Whoa: Lucid Amy Winehouse Surfaces in Brazil

Amy Winehouse took to the mic in South America this weekend to do what she does best. Actually, wait, she was there to sing, not snort coke.

The 27-year-old singer performed in Brazil the other night and didn't collapse, flash her private parts or bungle the entire set. Wild, we know.

Dressed in a pink and white gingham dress which a dipping chest neck line, Amy wore her hair in a ponytail and not her trademark beehive:

The Back to Black singer belted out a number of tunes from her collection and performed a number of covers at the Summer Soul Festival in Florianopolis.

At this point, it's been just over four years since she released her Grammy-winning album Back To Black. Still waiting for that much-anticipated follow-up.

One piece of advice would be to ditch her now ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil. It's unclear if that dude is back in the picture or not. Here's hoping for not.

Amy Winehouse Claims to Be Drug Free Since 2007, Hopes to Procreate Shortly

After years of substance abuse, arrests, divorces and health woes, Amy Winehouse says she hasn't done drugs in three years and hopes to have a baby one day.

LOL, and God help us.

"I literally woke up one day and was like 'I don't want to do this any more," the singer told the BBC News. "I'm much healthier now. I used to use drugs and I haven't used drugs in almost three years. It's not a hard thing."

SO HEALTHY: Amy Winehouse is in tip-top shape, no doubt.

Funny thing is that for Amy Winehouse, "drugs" only mean heroin and cocaine. Even if she really cut those out, which we doubt, she still uses beer and weed ... A LOT.

In any case, the star is fresh off her first UK gig in two years, performing at a charity event near her home, Camden, and is planning to release a new album in 2011.

We've heard that ... every year since 2007!

Winehouse last recorded music in 2006, when she released the album Back to Black, which earned her five Grammys. But since then, personal issues have taken over.

She gradually lost weight, has appeared drunk at concerts, has been involved in violent confrontations at clubs and other venues, running afoul with the law at times.

Photographs of herself covered in blood and/or appearing disheveled were a celebrity gossip staple for a time, as were reports of her hospitalization due to exhaustion.

She checked into a rehab clinic in 2008 after the release of a video that allegedly showed her smoking crack cocaine. Her father said she had developed emphysema.

Her love life took a turn for the worse as well. Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage, but then got back together. Shiver.

Now, she says she would like to one day have a baby.

"I'm of the age when you start thinking about it - not seriously - but you start thinking about kids. But I'm not going to be getting pregnant in the next nine months."

Mischa Barton Moves to London With DJ Ali Love, Makes Out With Amy Winehouse

At one point, Mischa Barton had a fairly promising career. The OC was a hit, she was scoring endorsement deals, and seemed like the next big thing.

Now she is moving from L.A. to London with new boyfriend DJ Ali Love, and is known more for her turbulent personal life than any recent acting work.

Linking up with Amy Winehouse should only help that.

The UK wild child met a fellow fallen star with wasted potential at a Camden pub yesterday. Soon enough, there was some locking of lips involved.

The supposedly-reformed pair were spotted shaking hands then kissing each other before enjoying a chat over a drink or 20. This cannot end well.

Amy and Mischa have plenty of common ground to bond over.

Winehouse is said to be clean after a high-profile battle with drugs, while Barton announced she is going straight following her most recent DUI arrest.

Of course, both have done stints in hospitals and rehab. Mischa Barton was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold last year after a meltdown at home.

Now in London to spend time with DJ Ali Love, her new boyfriend, Barton said she's being healthy and has been reading scripts for new acting roles.

She told the Daily Mail on Sunday: "I’m avoiding drinking, which is a shame as there’s nothing better than a glass of delicious English Pimm’s."

Wino, who is dating Reg Traviss, can't make the same claim.

After meeting Mischa Tuesday, the Back to Black singer headed to central London, hitting Balans bar where she stayed for hours, ordering champagne and cocktails, before dancing and singing her way to nearby Chinatown.

She returned home at 11:30 this morning in the same clothes.

Last night on The Bachelor, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi got engaged in large part because, to quote Jake, their chemistry is "lightning hot." What a tool.

Ridiculous cue card lines aside, certain couple just have that spark. Case in point? Newly-reunited former spouses Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil.

The photo below was recently taken at Blake's love nest in Sheffield, England. It's believed to be the first image of the two since they got back together.

How did they ever fail the first time? Eh, probably the heroin use and his prison sentence. But for the love of God, take a look at this searing passion ...

CRACK COCAINE: John Mayer likens former fling Jessica Simpson to hard ass drugs. These two also conjure up the image of crack, but not in the figurative sense.

The picture was taken by a friend at Blake's flat, and is actually the first we've seen of them since November 2007 when Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested and jailed.

The couple's divorce was finalized in September 2009 but they became engaged again, or at least "in a relationship" on Facebook, just a few months after that.

The image was released by a friend to show Amy and Blake are happy, despite rumors Blake is cheating on Wino with a pre-op transsexual, among other women.

Sources: Amy Winehouse is Likely Bisexual; Blake Fielder-Civil Had Fling with Pre-Op Transexual

The revelation that Amy Winehouse is bisexual may come from a completely unreliable source, but at the same time, would anyone doubt that for a second?

Didn't think so. And the rumors that Amy is into girl-on-girl comes just days after rumors that her ex-husband had a relationship with a pre-op transsexual.

Naturally.

Wino told friends, regarding Blake's dalliances: "So what? I like girls as well. I have had relationships with women but that doesn't mean I don't love Blake."

Oookay. She added: "Something about being with a woman is very satisfying. I don't care what people think about me being bi - I just do what feels good."

Despite this declaration of sexual freedom, Winehouse is said to be livid with Blake Fielder-Civil over stories linking him to a male Wino lookalike named Mia.

Just when you thought Amy Winehouse gossip couldn't get any weirder ...

"It is embarrassing. I knew this girl. She used to stand outside my house all the time. I even spoke to her on the phone telling her to keep away," she said.

"[Blake] had even told me she was hassling him. He can't keep doing this to me. But I don't judge him for it - everyone has their own sexual desires."

Sound logic. Last night, a friend of confirmed that Amy, who's supposedly engaged to Blake again, is indeed bisexual, and consented to her speaking out.

"There is nothing restrained about Amy's sexuality," said the pal, noting that Wino has a crush on X Factor judge Cheryl Cole. "She doesn't hold back."

"She says what she feels. She often talks about other women. Most women can appreciate another's beauty but Amy definitely takes that to the next level."

Despite their recent divorce, his apparent links to that guy Mia and his secret proposal to Sarah Aspin in rehab, Blake is still "The One" for Amy, however.

"Right now, she's absolutely devastated," the pal said. "Deluded or not, Amy genuinely believes her and Blake are a fairytale who will end up together one day."

Amy Winehouse Treated For "Nervous Exhaustion"

Stop us if you've heard this one before: Amy Winehouse collapsed yesterday.

The cause, as hilariously described by the singer's rep? Nervous exhaustion!

Wino is being treated at home for exhaustion after a chest infection "coupled with the stress of her recent arrest on suspicion of assault" both took their toll.

THG NOTE: Also taking their toll? Massive amounts of hard ass drugs.

A source close to the 26-year-old train wreck said that she is “soldiering on” to get her latest album completed (riiiiiight) despite not feeling well these days.

The star has been told to “keep low profile and fully recuperate” over the festive period. That means keeping Blake Fielder-Civil at least 100 yards away.

Amy’s recent arrest - for allegedly attacking a theatre manager at a performance of Cinderella in Milton Keynes on December 19 - has led to her being charged with assault - or in UK terms, "a public order offence and common assault."

She will appear in court to answer to the charges on January 20.

Amy Winehouse Charged with Assault (Again)

Amy Winehouse was formally charged with assault earlier today in connection with the recent brouhaha she started at a local theater. Anyone surprised?

The 26-going-on-56-year-old soul diva was arrested after she turned herself in at a police station with her lawyer, a Thames Valley Police official said.

She was charged with a public order offense and common assault under the name Amy Civil, following her Saturday melee at Milton Keynes Theater.

Winehouse was granted a divorce from her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, in July, and is therefore not technically named Amy Civil ... if she ever was.

Anyway ...

One never knows what to expect from this nut job.

She is free on bail and must appear in court on January 20. Police did not provide details on the incident, but British media have had a field day with it.

The Sun reported that the singer allegedly heckled the cast, struggled with a member of the staff, bled on some actors and attacked the manager.

Winehouse is no stranger to roughhousing. She acquitted earlier this year of assaulting a fan who asked for a picture (aptly-named Sherene Flash).

A judge said he could not be sure if she lashed out at the woman deliberately, though police said Amy Winehouse was drunk when she punched her.
