Brandi Cyrus on Liam Hemsworth: Nice Fella!

Despite dressing like she's trying to pick up every guy in a club, Miley Cyrus is back with Liam Hemsworth.

And there's at least one person close to the young singer/actress who is psyched about this reconciliation: older sister Brandi.

“We hang out a lot," she told OK! of her, Miley and Liam. "Liam is honestly one of the most down to earth guys that I have ever met and he is so easy to get along with and he is a great guy and he makes Miley happy, so that’s good."

Why do Hemsworth and Cyrus click so well?

“One reason is because he is so laid back and chill," Brandi said. "Miley is so hyper and so outgoing, he’s so good for her, and he balances her out really well."

Brandi added that Miley will move out of her parents' home next month, when she turns 18. Is there any fear over the star going out on her own? Nope, Brandi said:

“Our family is so tight, like we’re really not that worried about sending her away because we see each other all the time and we’re all so close. I think she’s going to be fine.”

Miley Cyrus Makes Great Impression on Liam Hemsworth's Parents

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth might not be engaged, as rumors have suggested, but they recently took a big step in their relationship:

Miley met Liam's parents. How did it go?

"They loved her," Liam told Michael Yo on E!'s Daily 10, referring to a recent trip the couple took to the actor's hometown in Australia. He added:

"It was really cool to show Miley where I'm from and how I grew up, and it's a completely different world to where she's from. We don't have shopping centers or traffic lights or anything like that, where I live at least."

Cyrus didn't seem to mind the changes.

"It was awesome, I really like Australia," she said. "You know what? The media's really cool there, too. Even though there's paparazzi, they kind of stay their distance; it was kind of like Nashville by the sea actually, the town he's from."

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Play Kissy Face in New Movie Preview

While Robert Pattinson makes the media rounds and promotes Remember Me, it won't be long until one teen icon is shoved out of the spotlight for another.

On March 31, The Long Song opens. Expect Miley Cyrus to appear on a number of talk shows and magazine covers in the days leading up to that premiere.

Below, the singer and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth talk about their characters. They also get to first base in one clip from the movie.

Teases Miley: “Ronnie and Will are very different. She’s a little more independent with not a lot of money; he’s very wealthy, very taken care of by his parents. He has it a bit easier... on the surface.”

Will you go see The Last Song?

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth: NOT Engaged... Yet (?!?)

We'll start by shooting down a rumor making its way around the Internet:

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are not engaged! Witnesses apparently spied a diamond ring on the singer's finger, contacted a celebrity gossip site and talk began to surface that the Australian actor had proposed to the 17-year old.

This is not true. But might it be soon?

Cyrus and Liam

An insider told E! News that Cyrus does see herself "marrying young." Moreover, she's "totally in love" and has told people in her life that Liam is "the one." (Sorry, Nick Jonas and Justin Gaston, we hope you aren't reading this.)

Adding fuel to this engagement fire? Sources state that Miley and Liam now live together in the Cyrus family home.

Might marriage really be that far behind? Should Miley wait a few years before she settles down? And can Noah Cyrus please stop singing about getting crunked?!?

Those are the questions. What are your answers, readers?

Spotted Strolling: Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus!

Yesterday, we made fun of a recent interview Miley Cyrus gave in which she complained about life in the spotlight.

We stil believe she could have sounded more grateful about the fame and fortune that has come her way as a result of living/working in Los Angeles.

But it's also not hard to imagine how annoying it can be to go on a simple coffee date with your boyfriend... and suddenly be joined on it by a wave of celebrity gossip photographers.

That's exactly what happened to Miley and Liam Hemsworth this week. To their credit, both are smiling and seemingly taking the intrusion well. Heck, Cyrus is even wearing an age-appropriate outfit!

Click on the following photos for for larger images, while we re-evaluate our lives in light of these positive traits we're assigning to Cyrus. It feels very strange to do so...

Liam Hemsworth Fight: Caught on Camera!

In order to date Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth had to fight off the competition.

He dropped Nick Jonas with a figurative right hook and knocked out Justin Gaston with a pretend uppercut.

But the actor and his brother Chris were involved in a real brawl a few months ago, reports TMZ, and the punch-packing siblings were actually caught on camera!

Following an event in Hollywood, Liam (in the striped shirt) and Chris reportedly got into it with some random guy outside a restaurant. Words were exchanged, following by fisticuffs, as the following pictures depict:

The sides were separated and security reportedly intervened before the police were called.

We wonder if Miley is aware of her man's past. Hopefully, Liam kept the anger to a minimum when he and Cyrus filmed their new movie, The Last Song, and fell passionately in love.

First Look at The Last Song: Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Preview Movie

Miley Cyrus has denied publicly making out with rumored boy toy Liam Hemsworth, but she can't deny the following appearance together.

The young stars (and actor Greg Kinnear) popped up on ABC Family over the weekend to promote their upcoming movie, The Last Song.

Opening in April, the film stars Cyrus as Ronnie, a teenager sent to live with her father for the summer. She's confused, lonely and quite the brat... until she meets Hemsworth's character and falls madly in love. Interesting. Is life reflecting fiction these days for the couple?

The video shows most of the same clips as The Last Song trailer, but it's still worth viewing, as Hemsworth actually jokes about dating the singer. Check it out:
