On her incarceration:

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt: Seriously Separated

Despite reports from celebrity gossip sources such as Radar Online that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are back together despite their public breakup, the plastic pairing tells People that their separation is literal as well as emotional.

"We don't live together," Pratt said, shooting down recent rumors that the gruesome twosome is co-habitating even after Heidi filed for divorce last week.

He and Heidi Montag are on good terms and are still spending time together, but Pratt says they're not reconciling and aren't living under the same roof.

Spencer Pratt has been in and out of the couple's Pacific Palisades residence, as seen on The Hills, while Montag is living in Malibu (with Cougar Zank).

Still, Speidi does see each other often.

It's easy to see why the public would be skeptical of anything these two say or do, but Speidi insists their breakup, while amicable, is the real deal.

"Spencer and I are finally moving forward with our lives, but with any divorce there is much to work through," Montag said. "We've been together almost five years ... there are assets to divide, work to be discussed, and we share our puppies."

The split hasn't been easy on either one.

"This has been a heartbreaking experience to go through and it's not that I don't love Spencer," Montag said. "We just want different things in life."

Justin Bieber to Star in 3D Biopic

Justin Bieber is about to become 3D-licious!

The adorable singer isn't content with his plans to takeover the writing world, as multiple sources confirm he'll star in a movie next year that focuses on his unexpected rise to fame. It will chronicle his life story and, most exciting of all, will be released in 3D.

Go ahead and scream, gals. Bieber will be coming to a theater near you - almost literally!

Oscar-winning director Davis Guggenheim (An Inconvenient Truth) is in negotiations to direct the film, which will arrive on February 11. Tweeted Justin about this news:

Lady Gaga Earns Record 13 MTV VMA Nominations

When she's not making headlines with revealing Vanity Fair covers and interviews, Lady Gaga is smashing records on the charts and in music award shows.

The star scored 13 MTV Video Music Awards nominations – the most ever received by an artist in a single year. The hardware is handed out September 12.

"I'm so honored for the little monsters and self-professed freaks of the universe, to have more VMA nominations in a single year than any artist," says Gaga.

"Ironically, I'm even more proud it's an unlucky number: 13."

"A long time ago, the world told me and my little monsters we would never be heard, together we changed the rules. God put me on Earth for three reasons: To make loud music, gay videos and cause a damn raucous. Thank you, MTV!"

That sums it up. We'd call her arrogant, but she's just too entertaining and forthright. She even plays off the Lady Gaga hermaphrodite rumors. It's great.

Among those lucky 13 nominations: best pop video, best dance music video, best female video and best choreography for her hit single, "Bad Romance."

The singer, who's also up for best collaboration for "Telephone" with Beyoncé, may be competing with herself more than anyone else. Her smash hits "Bad Romance" and "Telephone" are both up for best choreography and video of the year.

Stephanie Pratt and Josh Hansen Break Up, Bicker on Twitter

Stephanie Pratt and Josh Hansen have broken up, and somewhat contentiously. In other news, Stephanie Pratt was dating a dude named Josh Hansen.

Just kidding, we did know that. Because we watched The Hills' final season despite recommendations of our psychiatrists, we knew they were dating.

Amazingly, even after the revelation that by and large, The Hills is fake, that part was apparently real. Stephanie and Josh did begin seeing each other.

It's all over now, though. The sister of Spencer Pratt and the motocross racer "went their separate ways," her rep confirms. Yes, Steph has a rep.

Whatever triggered the breakup, Josh was not pleased.

"Another dysfunctional move by Stephanie pratt," Hansen Tweeted. "I was under the impression u had to be someones bf in order to get dumped."

"Keep star [expletive] ur (sic) way into Hollywood. Now pls GO AWAY!!!!!!"

A rep for Hansen says he and The Hills hanger-on were never an official item and that the racer is "moving on." Looks like he's making good on that, since the dude's been Tweeting at Girls Next Door star Holly Madison fairly regularly.

Tiger Woods to Rachel Uchitel: Silence or Else!

Tiger Woods' people recently reached out to his former mistress Rachel Uchitel, but it wasn't to schedule any late-night, Ambien-fueled sex romps this time.

Despite recent rumors, Rachel and Tiger are not getting married, and Rachel isn't pregnant with Woods' love child. Devon James already worked that angle.

The two haven't spoken to each other in months, but his attorneys contacted her because they were concerned about her going on VH1's Celebrity Rehab.

Since she's famous for doing Tiger Woods (sorry David Boreanaz), they were understandably concerned she'd talk about it on the show, which she can't.

Tiger Woods can rest easy. Rachel Uchitel didn't talk about him.

Woods' attorneys called to ensure Tiger was not mentioned even once, which she is not allowed to under the terms of that $10 million confidentiality deal.

Production sources connected with Celebrity Rehab say Rachel Uchitel never uttered a certain golfing great's name, and was a standout among the group!

“She made a very poignant speech [at the graduation], and she has probably progressed the most among the group," says a source close to the show.

"Even though she briefly left the show, when she came back, Rachel was more focused, and realized the work that she needed to do on herself."

Katie Price Says Children of Divorced Parents Are Lucky, Peter Andre Disagrees

Katie Price has made many a tasteless remark in the past, but her recent comments about how "lucky" children of divorced parents are - because of all of those extra presents they receive, don'cha know - where not looked favorably upon.

Especially not by Peter Andre, who she divorced and has kids with.

The reality star and singer told the Mirror (UK): “I have to say I really don’t agree with this. I think that divorce absolutely affects kids no matter what age."

"If it can be avoided, it should be. Obviously for some couples, divorce is the only option and there’s no other way for them. But, ideally, kids shouldn’t have to go through it and if they do, they certainly shouldn’t be classed as 'lucky.'"

Peter Andre and Katie Price have two small children.

"There is no amount of material possessions that could possibly make up for the fact that you don’t have both parents around you all the time.”

Well ... yeah. Definitely. Sounds obvious, right? Not if you're Katie Price.

Perhaps that was just her way of justifying her lack of mothering skills? The father of her first child, Dwight Yorke, has pretty much said she's a nightmare - a vain and terrible parent who should never raise kids. That or she's crazy.

For once, Kim Kardashian is asking fans to focus on a body part other than her cleavage.

The talentless reality star has partnered with Loren Jewels creator Loren Ridinger on a luxury line of earrings called the “Kim Kollection." Did you really expect it to be named anything else?

This 20-piece set will incorporate diamonds, emeralds, rubies and other precious stones and be available for purchase on September 1, just in time for Kim and her family to pimp it out on the season premiere of their show.

“Kim’s a fashion icon and millions of people are inspired by her style making. Our collaboration on the ‘Kim Kollection’ is a natural fit,” said Ridinger, failing to see the irony in referring to anything involving Kim as "natural."

Modeling an example of her jewelry line above, Kim is wearing 24 karat gold earrings. It's unknown how much these will cost, but know this before you start counting your allowance money: The least expensive item in the Kollection will be sold for $10,000.

The Situation to Guest Star on Bones?

Will The Situation (Mike Sorrentino) from Jersey Shore guest star on Bones? That's the rumor, as a Jersey Shore-inspired episode is already in the works!

The Fox series' creator, Hart Hanson, says he has approached The Situation to guest star in an October episode modeled, in part, after the MTV hit show.

“We’re trying to get The Situation to play a murder victim,” he said. “A guido is killed and Booth and Brennan enter that world to find out what happens."

"We’re not sure if it’ll actually happen or not. Talks are ongoing.”

Sources say The Situation would play fitness guru Ritchie “The V” Genero, with the role of Ritchie’s Victoria Gotti-esque mom not cast as of right now.

How will Bones star David Boreanaz handle this Situation?

“Bones actually understands them because she considers [guidos] to be a tribe,” explains Boreanaz. Adds star Emily Deschanel: “Brennan anthropologically studies them and knows the lingo and the behavior. [She's] down with the guido stuff.”

Aren't we all by now? The only disappointing thing about this story is that J-Woww hasn't been also cast as a guidette prostitute and steroids dealer.

Deschanel predicts that the episode will be packed with references to the breakout reality hit, noting “I guarantee that there will be a fist pump.”

There will be some here if this comes to fruition.

Roberto Martinez & Ali Fedotowsky Planning Spring Wedding, Putting Each Other First

She's no longer The Bachelorette after an emotional finale, but if all goes according to plan in the coming months, Ali Fedotowsky will soon go by another name:

The Bride.

Hunky Roberto Martinez popped the question Monday night on ABC, and is apparently serious about making the Massachusetts native his wife in short order.

“In the spring, we’re thinking,” Ali said when asked about when she’d like to marry her new fiance, who she chose over the broken-hearted Chris Lambton.

While their wedding will likely be a big event - “Her mom wants like 700 people,” Martinez said - the couple already extended an invitation to a VIP guest.

We're not talking about host-pimp Chris Harrison, either.

Asked by Jimmy Kimmel if they’d invite President Obama, who was not invited to Chelsea Clinton‘s wedding, Fedotowsky replied, “Absolutely, if they’ll come.”

We wouldn't bank on that, but either way, it looks like a wedding actually taking place for these lovebirds is 20 times more likely than, say, Jake and Vienna.

Spending five days together for every 10 days apart while the show aired, because of demands of the show, their relationship evolved out of necessity.

“We played games,” Ali said of entertainment in sequestration. “We made up handshakes.” Roberto adds, "I learned how I'm supposed to eat popcorn."

So there you go. Ali and Roberto are still together. But will they make it to the altar? The show's track record is not good, but the pair is not worried.

“We have so much faith in our relationship,” says Fedotowsky. “Every day we tell each other, ‘You are my priority. We’re going to put each other first.’”
