Devon James Demands Tiger Woods Paternity Test

DNA test be damned, porn star Devon James insists Tiger Woods is the father of her son and just filed a paternity action lawsuit against the world's #1 golfer.

Tiger's alleged mistress #10-15 (we lost count way back) filed legal docs in Manatee County, Fla., asking a judge to determine the paternity of Austin Brinling.

That is her 9-year-old son, also known as Austin T. James (T is for Tiger, obviously). Devon James filed this legal action in her legal name, Melinda Jannette.

The respondent on the petition: Elderick [sic] Woods. The legal action: to "establish paternity, parental responsibility, time-sharing, and/or child support."

The document filed by Devon James, one of two mistresses saying they carried a Tiger Woods love child, adds that she is trying to legally establish paternity.

We have no doubts that Tiger Woods has seen Devon James nude. But did a pregnancy result from their encounter almost a decade ago? Of that, we're less convinced.

James' mother, who currently has custody of the boy, claims a DNA test disproved this claim in 2002, establishing that another man was/is Austin's father.

Devon James, who claims Tiger knocked her up in 2000, only to reunite in a threesome years later, doesn't believe that her mom has any such DNA results.

Outside the courthouse, James says she filed the paperwork because she legitimately believes he's the father of her boy, and thinks her mother is lying.

The porn actress wants the judge to force Tiger Woods to submit to DNA testing, and says she would like the sports legend to become part of her son's life.

Miley Cyrus Performances: On The Late Show, With Bret Michaels

While Perez Hilton is basking in the spotlight and milking his Miley Cyrus photo controversy for all its worth, the 17-year old singer at the center of this scandal is acting like the mature one.

(Man, we never thought we'd write that about Miley Cyrus.)

Instead of harping on that situation, Miley is focusing on her music: she appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman last night, joked with the host about Twitter and then performed "Can't Be Tamed." Most amazingly, she did it while wearing pants!

From there, Cyrus woke up today and took to the stage with Bret Michaels.

First, though, she continued to defend her racy new image, saying on Good Morning America:

"You have to be who you are to the full. There's nothing that I'm holding back. And that's what I want to give to my girl fans. Just be who you are."

Ah, there's the pompous Miley Cyrus we know and love... to mock: sounding all high and mighty about her music when, in reality, she's just another recycled pop singer that wears skimpy clothing to prove how "edgy" she is.

Jesse James: Janine Lindemulder is Unstable

He may be America's Most Hated, but Jesse James says his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is a hard core druggie who shouldn't be left alone with their child.

In short, he's an immoral, cheating mess - but she's flat out dangerous!

She's also a convicted felon, which he didn't even mention in his recent bid to keep their daughter protected from her, but it probably won't help her case.

Jesse believes Janine is so unstable that he's refusing to allow daughter Sunny to spend time alone with her mom, in spite of a court order to the contrary.

The embattled bike entrepreneur's attorney is going to court Friday morning, armed with evidence that his second ex-wife cannot be trusted unmonitored.

Janine and Sandra are both peeved at Jesse ... for different reasons.

The judge in the custody battle issued an order last week, allowing Janine, a porn star straight out of a halfway house, the right to unmonitored visitation.

James, who has full custody rights for the time being, granted her access to Sunny recently, but apparently soured on the prospect of unsupervised time.

Reports say Janine was actually supposed to see Sunny yesterday but Jesse refused to hand over the 6-year-old girl because he felt she would be at risk.

Unfortunately for Jesse, the judge rejected Jesse's claim that ex-wife be denied visitation after her current husband denied she's on drugs in two letters.

As if drama with Sandra Bullock weren't enjoy for Jesse these days ... poor guy. Well, partially. He deserves all the blame for cheating on Sandra. Jerk!

She's the target of such salacious gossip from tabloids - just last week, we reported on how Brad Pitt is supposedly sneaking around behind her back - but when it comes to the facts, there are few celebrities as upstanding as Angelina Jolie.

She lives a private, family-oriented life, donating millions of dollars and countless hours of time to charity every year. This is a woman who's visited Haiti, opened a school for refugees in Afghanistan, toured war-torn Bosnia, and so on.

So much of what we report on is either scandalous or depressing. Once in awhile, it's refreshing to report on a celebrity who does so many good things.

Shannon Price Refuses to Shut Up and Go Away

For someone who claims he loved her so much, Gary Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price seems bent on making sure the actor does not rest in peace.

She's now saying she was cheated out of saying a final goodbye to the Diff’rent Strokes star, whose died May 28 and who was just cremated in Utah.

“She wanted to be there,” says Shielia Erickson, a rep for Price, noting that they found out about the cremation hours after it had already happened.

At the very least, Shielia says they should have been notified of the time, “even if we were saying a prayer at the time ... It’s sad she didn’t know.”

So true ... she could've gotten one more Gary Coleman death photo.

PAY THE PRICE: Shannon wants to make sure people do for all things Gary.

In the weeks since Gary passed, Price has lamented the loss of her precious paycheck partner. Erickson says “Shannon was hugging a picture of Gary last night.”

Probably while on the phone to the News of the World.

Shannon has been at the center of growing controversy since that day in May when he fell and hit his head, and Shannon called 911 but left him alone, bleeding.

Her reasoning? She didn't want to be traumatized.

In the hospital she took photos of him on his deathbed, which were later sold and although she denies profiting from them ... how would that possibly be true?!

Shannnon also took Coleman off life support even though he had signed a medical document saying he wished to prolong life, i.e. not have the plug pulled.

Now she’s fighting for his estate with Anna Gray, his ex-girlfriend and the executor of his 2005 will, which surfaced this week and many say will be validated.

Price alleges she was Gary's common law wife and thus entitled to everything he had. His estate could be lucrative due to residuals, and a battle is looming.
