The Bank of Beek is open for Heather McComb. James Van Der Beek is now one step closer to freedom, reaching a settlement with his estranged wife to amicably end their seven-year marriage this week. Per court documents, the former Dawson's Creek star and McComb hashed out the deal through mediation. He agreed to pay $7,750 a month until 2013.
