Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt: Bankrupt?!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt claim they've blown $10 million and are behind $2 million in taxes, considering filing for bankruptcy and have no place to live.

While we don't believe anything the gruesome twosome says, that music "career" had to be a huge financial disaster, and 120 plastic surgeries can't be cheap.

"We were immature, worrying too much about [fame] instead of the business part," Spencer tells Life & Style, which likely paid for the right to speak to him.

Terrible Tandem

BROKE AS A JOKE? We're not buying it. If Speidi's out of cash, where did he get that sweet staff? It doesn't add up, people. [Photo: PacificCoastNewsOnline.com]

"In hindsight, we shouldn't have spent any money. We should have been low-key and saved ... I've looked into bankruptcy and unemployment checks."

If Spencer Pratt gets an unemployment check, we're moving to Canada.

Heidi and Spencer never imagined The Hills wouldn't still be successful four years after its 2006 debut, which is absurd, since that's actually a long run.

So when the final season was cut from 20 episodes to 10 and they weren't paid for the 10 unaired episodes they were inexplicably booted from, well ...

Times apparently got tough.

"We thought The Hills would be like 90210 and we'd have 5-10 years," Spencer says. "The ratings were consistent, but we never saw Jersey Shore coming."

Seriously, who did bro?

"At our lowest point, I considered posing for nude pictures in Playboy," says Heidi Montag, who previously posed for the magazine. What stopped her now?

Spencer's parents' appeal for her to keep her clothes on in exchange for living in their guesthouse. "I feel like I'm 14 years old again," Spencer Pratt says.

We're just surprised they haven't disowned him.

"My parents are my lifeline," he says, and Heidi adds that "Spencer's parents go to the grocery store for us once a week, and that's all that we get."

"We don't want sympathy," Spencer says. "We did this to ourselves and feel like idiots. But we've grown up and are definitely not as naive anymore."

Eh, anyone buying this nonsense? Seems like it's a fake ploy for sympathy to us, much like their previous fake sex tapes, divorces, marriages, etc.

Oh well, glad to hear they're happy at least!

Kendra Wilkinson Cries About Fake Single Parenthood

Kendra Wilkinson is a single mother.

If being a single mother means living apart from your husband for a few months while he rakes in six figures, that is.

In the latest issue of Life & Style, the tabloid cover mainstay plays up the rumored trouble in her marriage to Hank Baskett by crying about how difficult it is to live in Los Angeles while he plays football for the Minnesota Vikings.

A Non-Single Mother

"Not having Hank around hurts," Kendra tells the magazine. "Moving across the country by myself makes me think of my own mom who raised me and my brother alone. Hank's not going to be [away] forever, but with him not physically here, I'm a single parent now."

It's a good thing for Kendra this interview didn't take place during the Vikings' bye week, huh? She wouldn't be able to make that statement otherwise.

In closing, Wilkinson says she'll do anything for her family, even make up scenarios in order to garner sympathy from ignorant Life & Style readers. To wit, she lies:

"I'm going to go back to the minus-2-degree weather to spend Thanksgiving, baby Hank's 1st birthday and Christmas in a small one bedroom hotel room with my husband and son. That's all that matters to me."

A couple points of interest: the average low temperature in Minnesota in November is 25 degrees, not negative two. Also, the minimum salary in the NFL this season is $325,000. It's unclear why the couple would be staying in a one bedroom hotel room.

Dancing With the Stars: A Bristol Palin Conspiracy

Who will she outlast next? Rick Fox's elimination last night, and Audrina Patridge shockingly getting the heave-ho the week before prove that no one is safe.

The question is how it's even possible. Sure, she's better than David Hasselhoff or The Situation. But Rick and Audrina had the moves and the flair, and Bristol doesn't even want to be there. Her words and body language have said as much.

Bristol, Mark and Mario

STILL STANDING: Week after week, Bristol Palin beats superior Dancing With the Stars competition. How long can it go on? Could she actually win this thing?!

It's still a stretch to think that she could best Brandy and Jennifer Grey to actually win DWTS, but another week or two? Doesn't seem impossible right now.

Her talent is average at best, her effort mediocre, and fan support ostensibly lacking. What gives? There has to be some sort of diabolical plot at work here.

A couple of Bristol Palin conspiracy theories:

  • Sarah Palin has the entire Tea Party movement and everyone on her PAC email list dialing and robo-texting like madmen after every episode.
  • ABC rigs the results so she stays and we give the show free publicity with ridiculous articles like this one. Game, set, match, network execs!
  • Their Russian neighbors are voting around the clock.
  • Voters fear an attack by a swarm of Mama Grizzlies.
  • Christine O'Donnell cast a spell on DWTS phone lines.
  • The Teen Mom demographic is bigger than realized.

Behind the Demi Lovato Breakdown: What Led to Rehab?

I was bullied in middle school. People say sticks and stones may break your bones but names can never hurt you, but that's not true. Words can hurt. They hurt me. Things were said to me that I still haven't forgotten.

So wrote Demi Lovato on the PACER's Teens Against Bullying website last month. This letter is even more relevant now, as the young singer left her tour this week in order to seek treatment for issues related to low self-esteem.

What led Lovato to this point? While a few fans take the simplistic approach ofblaming Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene, the truth is more complicated and deep-seeded. It all culminated in an ugly incident an an airport in Peru on Saturday.

Touring with Her Ex

Demi Lovato was in a fragile state before she was forced to go on tour with her ex-boyfriend, as seen here.

Rumors of Demi cutting herself started well over a year ago, as she showed up at a couple red carpet events with scratches on her arm. Sources say the artist struggled with bulimia for years, leaving her in an insecure state when the romance between her and Jonas ended.

"After she split with Joe, it was just a whole bunch of drama, very awkward," an insider tells E! News. "Everyone tried to be professional, but you could tell it was wearing down Demi. It was a taboo subject to bring up, but clearly she wasn't over Joe.

"The [Jonas] boys got a break after the tour, but Demi went a nonstop promo campaign for Camp Rock 2 and was pushing the single for that movie. It really was too much ask of a girl that young. She just couldn't handle it."

This source cites overwhelming stress as the cause for Demi's breakdown, which led her into a scuffle with a backup dancer in Peru over the weekend.

"She just lost it right at the airport in front of everyone," said the source. "The [Jonases'] dad basically said right there, 'That's it. You're going home.'"

It's sad stuff, but let's all hope it's for the best. Such an incident served as the catalyst for Demi to realize she has a problem and she's now taking the proper steps to get help for it.

Rihanna and Eminem Run It Back With Love the Way You Lie, Part 2

A sequel is rarely as good as its original. Just ask The Matrix and Pirates of the Caribbean

Still, Rihanna and Eminem have chosen to tempt fate, releasing a follow-up to their number-one smash, "Love the Way You Lie."

Love the Way You Lie, Part 2

In this version, Rihanna takes the lead, while the rapper sits back and gets his own verse near the end of the four-minute plus single. What prompted the female singer, who was initially opposed to the idea, to go along with part two?

"We heard a broken-down version that was stripped down, just piano... I fell in love with it. We recorded it, then we did another version to the stripped-down version with drums, then we did another version with drums and Eminem. And then that was the one that just felt really good."

Snooki and Jionni LaValle: Going Strong!

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi started dating Jionni LaValle earlier this fall. We're happy, and a bit surprised to report they are going strong! It's been like a month!

The Jersey Shore star says she's done hunting for tan, juicehead gorillas, because she's found one worth sticking with. Jionni LaValle, you are a lucky man.

After meeting her through mutual friends, Jionni, who is in school to get his teaching degree, has hit it off with Snook ever since. Here's a photo of them:

Jionni LaValle and Snooki

Sorry, Emilio Massella and Jeff Miranda. Jionni LaValle is smushin' Snooki.

A friend of Snooki’s says “he’s is a good kid, finishing school to become a teacher like his two older brothers. She talks about him all the time and sees him pretty damn often.” Best of all, Jionni is shy and prefers not to be in the spotlight.

“He doesn’t give a [expletive] about (fame)” Snooki reportedly stated last week at her Halloween party in Vegas. Hey, that would be a first. Snooki Tweeted today: “My boyfriend is amazing!! Miss you Jionni :)” All together now: Aww.

Jon Gosselin & Ellen Ross: Harassed at Taco Bell!

It's tough being Jon Gosselin. Or the mediocre girl dating Jon Gosselin.

A trip to a Taco Bell turned into a Taco Hell of sorts for the lyin' Hawaiian and Ellen Ross after the Pennsylvania couple was recognized at the drive-thru.

Ross, his girlfriend since the spring, was so pissed at their treatment by the Lemoyne, Pa., restaurant's employees that she lodged an official complaint.

Jon Gosselin and Ellen Ross

Can't Jon and Ellen grab some chalupas in peace?

She demanded that one of the employees concerned – “the one with the wrap around her head” – be fired. Like we said ... so it goes in the life of Jon.

On October 18, a server tried to gets some Jon Gosselin pictures with a cell phone, causing the increasingly publicity shy pair to become outraged.

They were apparently laughed at, openly mocked, ogled and harassed by the staff. Maybe Ellen Ross will reflect on this in her new advice column ...

Ross' complaint reads as such: "My boyfriend (Jon Gosselin from the reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8) and I came through to purchase dinner."

"When we pulled up to the window there were three girls inside and a man. The three girls noticed who Jon was as his phone rang and he answered (it was his attorney, coincidentally), they proceeded to laugh loudly and talk about him as if he weren't there they said 'OMG how funny, that's him OMG, say something to him say something.'"

"Jon put his car window up to avoid them. Every employee inside was gathered at the window staring and talking loudly about us. When we put the window back down to get our food, one employee (she had a wrap around her head) pulled out her cell phone and held it up to us to try and take a picture, while laughing at us."

"No one did or said anything to stop this. It was humiliating. We are sending a certified letter complaining about the manager's lack of professionalism and his obvious lack of control on his staff. I also want to be put in touch with the owner, and I will go to corporate to file a complaint if this problem is not addressed properly."

"I expect it to be resolved immediately since there is no excuse for your employees to make a spectacle out of us for their entertainment when they need to be doing their jobs, so instead they violated our privacy. I surely hope this employee whom I see frequently (the one with the wrap) can be terminated immediately."

"Employees be terminated immediately or we will sue your company for taking pictures of us while we waited for our food. At this point we had already paid. I am extremely disgusted by this conduct. I have been a paying customer for years at this specific location and to your company in general. I do not deserve this."

"Jon is a regular guy, living in the area, and does not try to stick out anymore. I expect this to be taken care of immediately. I plan to spread the word to friends, family, and neighbors to not eat at this store, or any others for that matter."

You tell the Bell, Ell. You tell the Bell.

Farrah Abraham Fights For Control of Baby Sophia

It's no Amber Portwood stealing baby Leah, but Teen Mom co-star Farrah Abraham has been in a battle of her own with people trying to take her daughter.

Stormie Clark, the mother of Farrah’s late baby daddy Derek Underwood, had been seeking “grandparent’s rights” in Pottawattamie County (Iowa) Court.

A judge denied her request, keeping Sophia in Farrah's custody. But it was too close for comfort for a young single mom already battling against all odds.

Teen Mom Farrah Abraham, Daughter

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham with adorable baby Sophia.

In order for a judge to have approved this request for visitation, Stormie would have needed to prove she has a pre-existing relationship with baby Sophia.

She does not. If Farrah Abraham were unfit to decide who Sophia should or shouldn’t be around, that would have been grounds as well. Also not the case.

Again, it's no Amber beating up Gary Shirley and getting the cops called, but Farrah’s relationship with Derek’s family is still messy. Keep on keepin' on girl.

Justin Bieber to Ellen: Selena Gomez is Sweet, Bullying Is Not

It must be Impressive Young Artists Week on Ellen.

First, the show gave a platform to Willow Smith, who blew us away with a rendition of "Whip My Hair." Watch it NOW.

Then, earlier today, Justin Bieber appeared alongside Ellen DeGeneres and touched on issues from dating to bullying, the latter of which is relevant these days due to the sad circumstances surrounding Demi Lovato. Excerpts are below...

Lovers of Dance

Justin Bieber fans simply must watch how this artist shocked Ellen attendees on today's show. Check it out now!

Does he ever date? "[It's] very hard but, you know, it happens. I like to hang out with girls and date and stuff like every other 16-year-old."

On attending a football game with Jaden and Will Smith and Selena Gomez: "It was weird. No one bothered me at all. We were at a high school game and [Selena] came too. It was the weirdest thing. She's sweet. She's a sweetheart."

On bullying: "If you are a bystander you definitely should help out because it could be you next. Everybody goes through bullying. Everybody has, even me.

"On my Youtube page there are so many haters. They just say crazy stuff. Like, I'm not mad. I'm 16 years old and I don't have chest hair and I'm not angry about it at the moment. That will come. People are like, 'Look at him he puts helium in his voice before he sings.' You just have to laugh at yourself. It's funny."
