Tre From Facebook: Willow Palin is Totally Homophobic; Apology Not Accepted!

Tre, the Alaskan dude who Willow Palin called a f*gg*t on Facebook this week, does NOT accept her sister Bristol's apology, thankyouverymuch.

He says Willow Palin, who lashed out at him for mocking her mom's TLC show, uses such language so often, she may very well be a homophobe.

Tre tells TMZ that he's not gay, but feels offended and bullied, given that "Willow called me a f**got in front of the whole world and my family."

Sarah and Willow Palin

What would Sarah Palin have to say about Willow's vocabulary?

Asked if he felt it was a homophobic rant, Tre replied that he thinks so, seeing as "She says 'queer' and 'gay' so much ... so probably ... maybe."

Although Bristol issued a public apology via Facebook on behalf of her and Willow, Tre says he's yet to hear from either one of them personally.

Does he accept Bristol's apology? "No way ... Maybe if it was sincere from them straight to me, I would consider. But it would have to be direct."

"People say these are baby grizzlies defending Mama Bear ... but how is she defending her family by calling us queers and low-lifes and f**gots?"

Report: Dancing With the Stars Set On Lockdown After White Powder Mailed to Bristol Palin

The apparent target, according to TMZ, was likely Bristol Palin.

Law enforcement sources say the powder substance was discovered by a DWTSstaff member, and a section of the studio was then evacuated and cordoned off.

Mark Ballas and Bristol Palin

Fortunately, the FBI reported it appears to be mere talcum powder after "initial field screening was negative for hazardous substances." An investigation continues.

The powder was contained in a piece of fan mail addressed to Bristol Palin. We know plenty of fans are upset with her long run on the show, but this is just wrong.

Come on, people. There's nothing funny about terrorist threats, even if Brandy's elimination really sucked. Get a grip ... also, the white powder thing is so 2001.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Determined to Oust Bristol Palin on Dancing With the Stars

Maksim Chmerkovskiy may be surly, blunt, critical and not politically correct, but it's just because he's a serious competitor who wants to win. Period.

Despite being demonstrably outclassed by the field week in and week out, Bristol Palin is still waltzing and spinning. Which has Maks' head spinning.

The fact that Bristol the Pistol is even in the top four on Dancing With the Starshas reportedly rankled Chmerkovskiy, who's partnered with Brandy.

Bristol the Pistol PalinBrandy and Maks Pic

Bristol Palin's surprisingly long stint on Dancing With the Stars has captivated millions. Do not court Maksim Chmerkovskiy among those millions.

“Maksim is very emotional and takes this show very seriously, if you haven’t already seen. He really wants to win,” a source says of the Ukrainian pro.

“He works extremely hard and finds it depressing when people he thinks aren’t worthy of their current position get further then they possibly should.”

He and Brandy are both so competitive and hungry, tensions often rise between them - and they're allies. Imagine how he feels about Bristol Palin.

While acknowledging some bad blood, a source says not to look into the grudge too much: “To say he simply doesn’t like her might be a little much.”

“He is more not liking the whole situation of potentially losing to someone who he believes has significantly less talent than himself and Brandy.”

What do you think? Can Bristol possibly make it to the final three? If she does, either Brandy, Jennifer Grey or Kyle Massey will have to go home.

Bristol Palin Works Her Butt Off!

"I can't believe it's been three months already," she said. Heading into tonight's waltz and paso doble double-dip, she says "I'm pretty confident now."

That confidence should come in handy this week, when the Pistol and partner Mark Ballas perform routines she describes as fierce and "pretty sexy."

The challenge, she admits, is that "I'm not a sexy girl."

Bristol Palin Shakes It

OOH, YEAH! Mark Ballas likes what he's seen from Bristol Palin so far.

"I work my butt off," she adds, dismissing any conspiracy theories surrounding her unexpectedly long run on the show, saying it's all about effort.

Besides, for every voter that would vote for her because she's her mother's daughter, "Think about all the people who hate my mom!" she said.

That's a fair point.

As for the obligatory romance rumors that engulf any Dancing With the Starstandem, Bristol Palin says she and Mark Ballas are purely friends.

"Nothing with Mark," she said. "He's like a friend."

As for other potential suitors, Bristol says she has "no time" for dating right now, especially after the way her last serious relationship ended.

"I think he is misguided," she said of Levi Johnston and plans to run for mayor of Wasilla. "But at least he's going to finish his education."

Bristol Palin & Maci Bookout: Teen Mom BFF Alert!

Yup, Teen Mom star Maci Bookout and Bristol Palin are pals.

"We are good friends," says Tennessee native Maci, who forged a bond with Bristol the Alaskan Pistol at teen motherhood and abstinence events.

Maci Bookout and Bristol Palin

Maci Bookout and Bristol Palin: Who would you ... forget it.

"We're friends outside of... TV and the press," Maci Bookout says, calling it a normal friendship. "We more talk about our kids and our babies' dads and stuff."

Bet those conversations involve a good amount of venting. Their former fiances? Not on the best terms. Their sons are just a few months apart, too.

Bentley, Bookout's son with ex Ryan Edwards, just turned two; Tripp, Palin's boy with Wasilla mayoral hopeful Levi Johnston, turns two next month.

Asked how close her friendship with Bristol Palin is, Maci replied, "We definitely keep in touch and make sure everything is good with each other."

As for rumors that Palin didn't want any Teen Mom stars in the audience for Dancing with the Stars, where she's on the cusp of making the finals?

"I definitely don't think it's true," says Bookout, who attended a recent taping of the ABC smash that Palin has somehow lasted until the top four on.

"It was actually a lot of fun - upbeat and hyper!"

Another report claims the duo will team up for a spin-off reality show. Also bogus, Bookout insists; Palin even joked about the rumor with a text.

"She was like, 'So, I was just wondering how our new show is going,'" Bookout says, shrugging her shoulders at the idea. "We just laugh about it."

Will Bristol Palin Make the Finals on Dancing With the Stars?

Will Bristol Palin make the finals on Dancing With the Stars? Don't count her out, the way she's been improving people have inexplicably been voting.

Week after week, Palin has landed at the bottom of the scoreboard, but week in and week out, a far superior dancer packs his or her bags instead.

With only four couples left, there's a fair chance Bristol the Pistol ends up in the finals. What is it about Sarah Palin's daughter that keeps her on?

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas Photo

"Bristol Palin is somebody I think most of Middle America and regular people can relate to," judge Carrie Ann Inaba said. "She's a regular girl with normal problems and normal issues. I think a lot of people look at her and see themselves."

A lot of people look at the daughter of a major political figure, who's only famous for getting pregnant as a teenager, and see themselves? Eh, we'll buy it.

"I think the Bristol Palin conspiracy phenomenon," Inaba said. "I feel like she's very relatable to the average person. She's non-pretentious, very relaxed."

Will mediocre dance moves and overwhelming fan support carry her into the finale November 23? Who are YOU rooting for on Dancing With the Stars?

Dancing With the Stars: A Bristol Palin Conspiracy

Who will she outlast next? Rick Fox's elimination last night, and Audrina Patridge shockingly getting the heave-ho the week before prove that no one is safe.

The question is how it's even possible. Sure, she's better than David Hasselhoff or The Situation. But Rick and Audrina had the moves and the flair, and Bristol doesn't even want to be there. Her words and body language have said as much.

Bristol, Mark and Mario

STILL STANDING: Week after week, Bristol Palin beats superior Dancing With the Stars competition. How long can it go on? Could she actually win this thing?!

It's still a stretch to think that she could best Brandy and Jennifer Grey to actually win DWTS, but another week or two? Doesn't seem impossible right now.

Her talent is average at best, her effort mediocre, and fan support ostensibly lacking. What gives? There has to be some sort of diabolical plot at work here.

A couple of Bristol Palin conspiracy theories:

  • Sarah Palin has the entire Tea Party movement and everyone on her PAC email list dialing and robo-texting like madmen after every episode.
  • ABC rigs the results so she stays and we give the show free publicity with ridiculous articles like this one. Game, set, match, network execs!
  • Their Russian neighbors are voting around the clock.
  • Voters fear an attack by a swarm of Mama Grizzlies.
  • Christine O'Donnell cast a spell on DWTS phone lines.
  • The Teen Mom demographic is bigger than realized.

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston Reach Custody Agreement, Vow to End Entertaining PR War

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have reached a deal in their custody battle over son Tripp, and will not be bashing each other in public anymore, either.

For them, this is great news. For us ... boo. What fun is that?

Under the deal, filed with an Alaska Superior Court, Bristol Palin will get primary physical custody of lil' Tripp, who turns two years old this winter.

Levi Johnston will have visitation privileges, taking place between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 12-6 p.m. on Wednesdays as well.

Hopefully this doesn't conflict with his mayoral campaign.

Bristol Palin and Tripp JohnstonLevi

The agreement states that Levi has to pay Bristol child support. No amount is stated, but the calculation is based on earnings of $72,000 a year.

Most intriguingly, both parties now legally agree not to "speak badly about the other parent in front of the child ... or to allow anyone else to speak badly about the other parent or members of their family in front of the child."

In other words, no more Sarah Palin talking $h!t about Levi or vice versa. Again, probably for the best, yet a little disappointing for THG staff.

Moreover, if anyone violates this, they're cut off: "The parties shall not allow the child to visit with, or interact with, any family member who publicly ... or in front of the child, criticizes the other parent or the other parent's family."

Bristol Palin-Levi Johnston Engagement Off; Briana Plum Facebook Pic to Blame!

It looks like the second engagement of Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston is off, but that the rumor of him knocking up his ex-girlfriend is not the reason.

His flirting with another ex-girlfriend is!

Bristol, 19, called off engagement #2 to Levi, 20, last week following a huge fight over one of his ex-girlfriends - and we don't mean Lanesia Garcia.

Garcia was outed as Levi's possible second baby mama this week, but new reports say that the Playgirl model is not the father of her unborn child.

Luckily for our boy, he wasn't the one among the "three potential fathers" to have impregnated Lanesia during the probable week of conception.

But Bristol Palin still has beef with him - and Briana Plum.

Bristol PhotographLevi Johnston Playgirl Picture

Levi Johnston apparently got naked a lot in between his two engagements to Bristol Palin, and we're not even talking about his Playgirl photo shoot for once.

"Lanesia and Levi have dated off and on over the past few years but he's not the father of that baby," says a source to E! Online. "Lanesia's other ex-boyfriend is the father. She's not the reason that [Bristol and Levi] broke it off."

That would be Levi's other ex, Briana: "There was an interview with her and Bristol wasn't happy about things she said. There was also some picture on Facebook of him and Briana and Bristol just said, ‘Let's hold off on the engagement.'"

Neither Palin nor Johnston have confirmed this, but the parents of 19-month-old Tripp just got engaged again a few weeks ago, landing them on the cover of Us Weekly amid rumors of shopping a reality show featuring their young family.

Bristol Palin, Levi Johnston Reflect on Hilariously Staged Engagement

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston recently got engaged. Again.

While we don't doubt that the parents of 18-month-old son Tripp are genuine in their feelings for each other, they're clearly milking the reconciliation for all it's worth, even putting celebrity gossip coverage ahead of family.

In a poignant sit-down with Us Weekly, Bristol Palin reveals that her mother Sarah Palin "doesn't really approve" of her surprise engagement to Levi.

Perhaps because she wasn't told beforehand? Just a guess.

"She's apprehensive and concerned. She doesn't want to see me get hurt again," says Bristol. "My mom is not 100 percent backing us up right now."

Levi and Bristol PhotoAlaska Fan

How did Bristol and Levi break the news to Sarah? Over the phone.

"She knew Levi and I had been talking, but she wanted to know if Levi was really sincere about this," says Bristol, admitting Us knew before her folks.

"I told her we were working on our relationship for Tripp, and she told me, 'Actions speak louder than words.' She's going to wait to see if he changes."

"People are more worried for me than excited for me," she confesses.

Sarah Palin's feud with Levi is infamous, and her feelings evident in a vapid statement not congratulating them, but saying "Bristol believes in redemption and forgiveness to a degree most of us struggle to put in practice in our daily lives."

Follow the jump for a video of the magazine's interview with the probably soon-to-be newlyweds. WARNING: It's easily a 9.5 out of 10 on the Cheese Meter. We can only imagine with their future reality show is going to be like:

Bristol Palin: Engaged to Levi Johnston!

Having recently rekindled their romance, Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are now engaged - and not just to bolster her mom's poll numbers this time!

"We got engaged two weeks ago," the daughter of Sarah Palin tells Us Weekly. "It felt right, even though we don’t have the approval of our parents."

Bristol Palin is 19 and Levi Johnston is 20. They famously called off their previous engagement weeks after welcoming son Tripp in December 2008.

After an icy period of estrangement, nasty accusations and PR wars, they reconnected a few months ago while working out custody plans for their son.

"I really thought we were over," Levi said. "So when I went, I had no hope. I think we both just started talking, and then we took Tripp for a walk."

Bristol Palin, Levi Johnston and TrippBristol and Levi

Bristol and Levi now and during their previous fake engagement.

She says when Levi Johnston left that night, "we didn’t hug or kiss, but I was thinking how different it was. He texted me: 'I miss you. I love you.'"

"'I want to be with you again' ... I was in shock."

The two got back together in June, officially.

But perhaps the most amazing part, if you don't believe this is being embellished to sell magazines of course, is that the former Republican Vice Presidential nominee has been kept in the dark about the youngsters' plans ... until now!

Says Bristol: "It is intimidating and scary just to think about what her reaction is going to be. Hopefully she will jump on board." But will she?

Sarah and Todd Palin said in a statement: "Bristol at 19 is now a young adult. We obviously want what's best for our children. Bristol believes in redemption and forgiveness to a degree most of us struggle to put in practice in our lives."

Sounds like a thumbs-up to us ... or not? Either way, congratulations to the young couple. We're happy for them ... but still, we gotta ask ...

Bristol Palin Has No Acting Ambition

Bristol Palin says her acting debut on last night's episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager was probably her last venture into that career field.

But don't expect her to line up any more acting gigs in the future.

Asked if she wants to pursue an entertainment career after her debut effort, she says, "Not acting. I like doing speaking engagements and stuff like that."

"Right now I'm just focused on raising Tripp," Bristol Palin adds.

B. Palin

The 19-year-old mother of 1 1/2-year-old son Tripp, whose father Levi Johnston, says she was happy to film the episode of The Secret Life just the same.

She appears as a friend of Amy (Shailene Woodley) at a music program for teen moms in NYC: "I didn’t have many lines or anything like that," says Palin.

"I just hope that this show opens up a dialogue between parents and teens - and teens amongst themselves - about the consequences of teen pregnancy."

Is she discouraging or promoting teen pregnancy?

Judge to Levi Johnston: Pay Up Some More!

Levi Johnston screwed Bristol Palin at least once. Now a judge is putting the screws to him for not making good on required child support payments for their son.

Last week, he was ordered to pay $18,500 in back child support for 13-month-old son Tripp, or approximately $18,488 more than a box of condoms runs at CVS.

Now he's being told to cough up another $3,500, ASAP. Where will he get that kind of cash on short notice? Time for another round of Levi Johnston nude pics!

To be fair, Levi didn't do anything wrong ... at least anything additional.

Levi Johnston Playgirl Photo

Levi Johnston has a lot of bills to pay.

Long story short: an Alaska judge re-ran the numbers and determined the $18,000 in child support payments Bristol Palin requested from Levi was way too low.

So now, according to legal papers filed this week back home, Levi is on the hook for $21,561.12. Rough times for an aspiring actor and occasional naked model.

This is serious business, too. If Levi doesn't fork over the cash in a timely manner, he could face some serious consequences. We're talking fines and possibly jail.

Hey, at least you know he'd be quite popular in prison ...

February 27, 2010

Judge to Levi Johnston: Pay Up!

It's a good thing Levi Johnston posed for Playgirl: as a result, he should be able to actually support his son.

An Alaskan judge has sided with Bristol Palin and ordered Levi to pay $18,500 in back child support for 13-month-old son Tripp. The deadbeat father could have saved about $18,485 if he had just bought a pack of condoms back in the day.

Johnston must also shell out $1,688.42 per month in child support.

I Am Gonna Effing Murder You ...

Their sham of an engagement over, Bristol and Levi have gone from making public appearances to support Sarah Palin's political future to fighting it out in a courtroom.

"Bristol is pleased with the court rulings today and looks forward to resolving the remaining issues with Levi," said lawyer Thomas Van Flein, one of the few family employees that has not resigned due to Sarah Palin's selfish lunacy.

Bristol was present in the courtroom for the ruling. Johnston was not.

"I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi," she said in a statement, citing Johnston's $105,000 in 2009 earnings, versus his meager payments to her of $4,400.

Where will the pair go from here? Johnston might actually guest star on Desperate Housewives, while Bristol is booked for a hypocritical appearance on The Secret Life of an American Teenager. It's an ironic title for a show on which she'll cameo.

After all, Sarah Palin has gone out of her way to make sure Bristol's life is anything but secret.

February 24, 2010

Bristol Palin to Guest Star on The Secret Life of the American Teenager

Levi Johnston is trying to make headway in the fields of TV and posing nude. It's nice to see that his baby mama, Bristol Palin, has decided to follow suit.

Well, at least the TV part.

The daughter of Sarah Palin is coming to ABC Family as the real-life teen mom willmake a cameo as herself on The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

Levi is in talks to appear on Desperate Housewives.

Bristol Palin will appear as one of Amy’s friends at a music program for young parents. Sarah will certainly be so proud at her girl getting more publicity.

Bristol Palin, Levi Johnston, Trig Palin

Bristol Palin during her brief, fake engagement to Levi Johnston.

The casting announcement comes juts a week after Sarah and Bristol both made headlines by lashing out at Family Guy and its creator Seth MacFarlane.

Its depiction of a student with Down Syndrome riled up the Palins, even if the voice actress, who has Down Syndrome herself, says they should lighten up.

Is Sarah Palin being hypocritical by placing her daughter on a TV show, given that like MacFarlane, The Secret Life is just using the Palin name for ratings?

Just asking.

Bristol Palin: The Height of Hypocrisy

Earlier, we reported about teen mom Bristol Palin's upcoming cameo on ABC Famliy's The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Give it up for family values!

Isn't this hypocritical and counterproductive? Isn't having Bristol Palin on the show basically glorifying teen pregnancy? The network said in a press release:

"Bristol Palin is the most famous teenage mother in America. We're thrilled to have her join us, and I think she will bring additional attention to the issues facing teen parents that we've been exploring for a couple of seasons now."

"I am thrilled to be on this show and to be a part of a program that educates teens and young adults about the consequences of teen pregnancy,” said Palin.

What a crock.

They Chose LifeBristol Palin and Her Baby

Bristol Palin has chosen life. And apparently fame.

By putting a teen mom in any popular entertainment medium, ABC Family is (indirectly if not overtly) celebrating the fact that she's a teen who got pregnant.

After all, Bristol Palin is known for exactly two things:

  1. Being the daughter of Sarah Palin
  2. Getting knocked up by Levi Johnston

Now her famous mom wants to utilize that fact to make Bristol a celebrity while espousing family values at the same time. It's as disgusting as it is laughable.

Not to mention the ridiculousness of Sarah's claims last week about her family being off limits. Guess that only applies if Family Guy takes shots at them, eh?

This isn't Bristol's first dubious attempt to have it both ways. Last year, she was named Candie's "Teen Pregnancy Ambassador." What does that even mean? Especially from a clothing line whose ads feature Britney Spears in booty shorts?

At the RNC

2008: The seeds of celebrity (and Tripp Johnston) are sown.

Apparently it matters not, because it's all about making money off THE MOST FAMOUS TEEN MOM EVER! Really, ABC Family? This is your marketing hook?

Altruism, this is not. If education and prevention are really your goals, start doing public service announcements or donating time and money to charity.

If the Palins wants to shamelessly promote the Palins and teen pregnancy, great. But let's call it what it is - self-serving PR under the guise of "education."

February 19, 2010

Bristol Palin to Levi Johnston: Cough it Up, Liar!

Levi Johnston recently offered a classic defense of his deadbeat dad status, essentially claiming he is a mere deadbeat - he's got no cash to pay child support.

You need to have money and be withholding it to be a deadbeat dad, after all, and he says that's not so. Baby mama Bristol Palin, however, is not buying it.

Taking time away from calling out Family Guy on Facebook, Bristol has subpoenaed CNN, Playgirl and others to prove Levi is a liar earning more than he says.

A lawyer for Sarah Palin's daughter is scoffing at legal documents filed by Team Levi, which claim the teen he earned a mere pittance over the last few years.

Thus, he cannot pay the $1,688.42 a month in child support Bristol Palin seeks. We doubt that, and so does Bristol, who's calling his bluff in a court of law.

Levi Johnston Nude Playgirl PictureSarah Palin and Bristol Palin

The gloves are coming off in this hilarious family feud.

Palin's lawyer issued subpoenas today to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and The National Enquirer to discern how much they paid.

What Team Bristol believes is a smoking gun is Johnston's dubious claim in a court declaration that he made no more than $10,000 a year prior to last year, 2009.

But in the new docs, Palin's lawyer attached Levi's pay stub from 2008, showing that he raked in $18,594.50 from one employer - a construction company in Alaska.

If he lied about that, imagine what he's lying about regarding the half-dozen celebrity gossip programs and publications listed above. Clearly they paid him a little.

Also, come on. Playgirl is no Playboy, but those Levi Johnston nude photo spreads were big sellers! Surely he got a big ass advance or some royalties, right?

February 17, 2010

Sarah and Bristol Palin to Family Guy: You Suck!

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane now has something in common with Levi Johnston: both have been bitch slapped by the Palins.

On Sunday night, Fox aired an episode of this popular sitcom that featured a girl with Down Syndrome, who said at one point: "My mom’s the former governor of Alaska."

For a series known for crude and offensive humor, not much was actually made about the girl's state.

Stewie uttered the occasional rude line, but Stewie always utters the occasional rude line. It almost seemed as though MacFarlane inserted the Palin reference in there just to court controversy - and, of course, the self-absorbed "politician" snatched the bait.

Palin took to Facebook and said the joke was a “kick in the gut” because she it “mocked” her son, Trig, who has Down Syndrome. She then turned it over to her daughter because it's always healthy for an 18-year old to be in the center of a scandal.

Palin vs. Stewie

Bristol wrote:

When you’re the son or daughter of a public figure, you have to develop thick skin. My siblings and I all have that, but insults directed at our youngest brother hurt too much for us to remain silent. People with special needs face challenges that many of us will never confront, and yet they are some of the kindest and most loving people you’ll ever meet.

Their lives are difficult enough as it is, so why would anyone want to make their lives more difficult by mocking them? As a culture, shouldn’t we be more compassionate to innocent people – especially those who are less fortunate? Shouldn’t we be willing to say that some things just are not funny?

Are there any limits to what some people will do or say in regards to my little brother or others in the special needs community? If the writers of a particularly pathetic cartoon show thought they were being clever in mocking my brother and my family yesterday, they failed.

All they proved is that they’re heartless jerks.

THG's reaction to this mess:

  • There's absolutely no way Bristol Palin wrote that;
  • It's wrong to make fun of someone with Down Syndrome;
  • The show is an equal opportunity offender. Family Guy quotes take swipes at every race, religion and disability. Do they sometimes cross the line? Yes. We were appalled that the sitcom made multiples jokes about rape two weeks ago. But it's been on the air for eight seasons and there's clearly a market for its niche.
  • Palin had no problem when Rush Limbaugh used the word "retard" multiple times last month because she deemed his rant against Democrats to be "satire." And Family Guy would be what, Sarah, Pulitzer Prize-worthy drama?
  • If Palin were truly interested in anything but getting her name in the newspaper, she'd ignore this type of baiting. Her desperate need for PR is the only reason Levi Johnston is still around. If she'd ignored his taunts months ago, the world would have forgotten about him by now.
  • No respectable political figure issues statements from her Facebook account.
  • Examples such as this prove why Palin is closer to Tila Tequila than Hilary Clinton.

Bristol Palin to Levi Johnston: Get a Job!

Levi Johnston says he's like every other unwed, teenage baby daddy trying to cash in on his 15 accidental minutes of fame by starting an acting career:

Broke as a joke.

Yesterday, the Playgirl cover boy rejected assertions by baby mama Bristol Palin that he earned $105,000 in 2009 and should crank up the child support.

Bristol wants Levi to fork over $1,750 a month to care for their 1-year-old son, Tripp, but in a new court filing, Johnston says his income is too erratic.

Which is a nice way of saying negligible.

His only guaranteed income so far in '10, according to Team Levi, is $25,000 from "some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot." Hot contingencies!

But Bristol Palin ain't buying it. Her attorney, Thomas Van Flein, said in a statement today: "Bristol is hopeful that Levi will obtain work in 2010." SNAP.

Palin AdversaryBristol Pic

Levi Johnston knocked up Bristol Palin in 2008. Both are now 19.

She is "encouraged that he acknowledged in court his obligation to pay child support and he acknowledged paying $4,400 in the last 14 months," the lawyer said.

THG NOTE: That's $314.28 a month. Our interns could afford that! Way to go, Levi. You want some more credit for doing a half-ass job at your legal obligation?

Levi's lawyer Rex Butler retorted and stated that "we're refuting the manner in which they want child support figured. But at the same time we're willing to pay."

"They said they got $4,400 from him over a 14-month period but it was in the last three months. He'd have more to send if she kept her appointments with him."

THG NOTE #2: We're not entirely surprised, it's a little perplexing that Levi is that broke. He didn't get paid for any of his 867 interviews about Sarah Palin?

At least their lawyers agree on one thing. According to her attorney:

"Bristol expects to mediate a new child visitation schedule with Levi that balances Tripp's need to be with his father with Levi's need to travel and seek work."

Get on it, Levi. Seek work. Write the tell-all Palin book already!

February 12, 2010

Levi Johnston: Not a Deadbeat Dad, Just a Deadbeat

Levi Johnston is firing back at Bristol Palin - crib notes not required!

In response to Bristol's demand for $1,750 a month in child support, Levi says in legal papers that his income is "erratic." In other words, dude has no real job.

Bristol Palin claims that Levi raked in more than $105,000 in 2009. His attorney, Rex Butler says that prior to '09, Levi never made more than $10,000 a year.

Which doesn't say how much he made in '09, of course. Details ...

Levi n

In legal documents filed this week, Johnston agrees to pay 20 percent of his adjusted 2009 income - how much he made is still unclear - to Bristol for Tripp.

Levi Johnston also says that in 2010, his only contractual guarantee for income so far is $25,000 plus "some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot."

As such, he can't pay $1,750 a month. Deadbeat. Not a deadbeat dad, mind you. That implies you're holding back money. Guy is simply a broke deadbeat.

His explanation: "As a 19-year-old with good hopeful [sic] for an entertainment career the chance of increased income is as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry: not particularly good."

What about that Desperate Housewives gig, dog? Don't sell yourself short. Also, isn't there more dirt on Sarah Palin? There are interviews waiting to be had.
