Jennifer Hudson: Pregnant Again!

Another round of congratulations is due for Jennifer Hudson and fiance David Otunga.

Star magazine reports the pair is expecting another child, just four months after Hudson gave birth to her first son. Man, that singer's womb is working harder than over 14% of the population in the state of Michigan!

Crude jokes aside, friends say this pregnancy wasn't planned.

“Jennifer was in total shock when she found out she was having another baby,” said a source. “She had wanted some space between the kids’ ages.”

Jennifer Hudson's newborn will not lack for a good meal... if you know what we mean!

Despite the shock, Hudson and Otunga are treating the news like an early Christmas surprise.

“She and David love kids,” added the insider. “It’s another thing for them to celebrate during the holidays.”

Report: Tiger Woods to Check Into Rehab For Sex, Prescription Drug Addiction After Holidays

After the holidays, Tiger Woods will check himself into rehab to seek treatment for addiction and prescription drug use, according to The National Enquirer.

We know, we know. You're not inclined to believe the Enquirer. But you didn't believe their story about Rachel Uchitel at first either, did you? Just saying.

The disgraced golfing great agreed to get help at an Arizona clinic after spending the Christmas holiday with pals as part of a deal struck with wife Elin.

He's been fighting hard to save his marriage. She is reportedly off to Sweden with their two children for the holidays, but she hasn't left him ... yet.

"Elin gave Tiger an ultimatum: seek treatment or forget about winning her back," says an insider. "Rehab is at the top of the list of things he must do."

"Tiger agreed, and he will be going into rehab in early January to treat his sexual compulsion as well as his use of the drugs Ambien and Vicodin."

Can Tiger Woods somehow escape from this rough patch?

Sometimes, as we learned from his crazy, Ambien-fueled sex romps with Rachel, Tiger's vices had a tendency to overlap. But that's all in the past.

"He has quit the PGA Tour to show Elin he is serious about changing his ways," says a Tiger source. "But Elin also wants to relocate to Sweden."

"She wants to have Tiger fire key members of his entourage to make a clean start. And, of course, he promised her he won't ever cheat again."

Of Tiger's dabbling in painkillers, the source adds:

"Before this blew up, Elin was already worried about the medication Tiger was taking ... she thinks it has contributed to the rest of his problems."

reported it, so we're pretty sure it's legit.

The 14th season of The Bachelor begins January 4, and when it does, people may find Jake Pavelka to be the most desirable star in the show's history.

Reggie Bush Proposal: Denied by Kourtney Kardashian!

When Reggie Bush lines up across from linebacker Brian Urlacher on Sundays, he has no fear.

But place the NFL star next to a hormone-laden Kourtney Kardashian, days after she gave birth, and the running back cowers in trepidation.

Such was the case last week, according to sources that claim Bush was set to finally propose to Kim Kardashian - until an irate Kourtney stepped in and threw a fit over the possibility that this engagement news would overshadow her status as a new mother.

"Kourtney screamed at Reggie, 'You can't do this to me!'" a family friend told The National Enquirer. "Kourtney is extremely hormonal right now, and her emotions got the best of her. Reggie was stunned and caught completely off-guard."

The anonymous, clearly legitimate source added that Bush was so frightened by this display that he's shelved plans for a proposal until early 2010.

Balloon Boy Hoax Fines at $42K and Climbing

The parents who orchestrated the Balloon Boy hoax were hit with a tab of $42,000 from local, state and federal agencies for their October, national TV stunt.

There may be more where that came from, too. But the Heenes' attorney, David Lane, told the Denver Post the Fort Collins, Colo., couple isn't ready to pay.

"Let's see the bills," he said, adding that he was e-mailed the amounts by the Larimer County D.A.'s office. "They're not paying until they see some receipts."

The Heenes reached a plea deal on charges stemming from the hoax, in which they led the world to believe their son was on board a homemade balloon.

Unfortunately, they avoided serving time behind bars ... or on a homemade balloon hurtling into outer space. Now that punishment would fit the crime ...

Richard and Mayumi Heene are to be sentenced Wednesday in Larimer County.

A judge may determine they owe more in restitution to responding agencies, from police to the National Guard and the Federal Aviation Administration.

"If they've got records to show these are legitimate costs, then we can discuss it," Lane said. "But, first off, these people don't have that kind of money."

A rapt TV audience watched the flying saucer-shaped balloon drift across the Colorado plains October 16 after the Heenes said son Falcon was on board.

When the balloon landed, the boy was not inside.

He was hidden in an attic at his house and later said on national TV that the incident was done for a show. That's right, he outed his own parents on CNN.

Genius.

Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Jerry Ferrera: It's Over!

The shocking relationship betwen Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Jerry Ferrera is over.

After more than a year of dating, the couple - who met when Sigler guest-starred on Entourage as Ferrera's character's girlfriend - has reportedly parted ways.

Sigler attended last week's premiere of It's Complicated by herself, and a friend says the actress has actually turned to Lance Bass for a shoulder to lean on.

"Lance is a really good friend to Jamie," the source told The New York Daily News. "He's been helping her out and giving her good advice."

While Sigler wasn't thrilled about the split, the insider says she's doing okay.

"It came at a good time for Jamie-Lynn. She was coming home to New York for the holidays anyway, and she wanted to do her own thing for a little while and definitely be out of Hollywood."

Lynne Curtin: A Wanted Woman

The face on Lynne Curtin? Not real.

The situations she and her castmates on The Real Housewives of Orange County find themselves in? Also not real.

The legal problems now facing Curtin and husband Frank? Very real.

The pair were scheduled to appear in a California courtroom yesterday to answer questions regarding a $1.2 million judgment they've been ordered to pay to a former business partner... but the couple simply bailed on the proceedings.

As a result, TMZ reports a judge has issued a bench warrant for Lynne and Frank's arrest. Unlike the ridiculous exploits on Curtin's scripted reality show, this is actually a serious matter.

In August, meanwhile, Lynne and Frank were evicted from their home for failing to pay rent.

We can think of at least one New Year's resolution for Curtin: focus more on your family than on fame. This is a novel concept for any supposedly Real Housewife, we know.

According to various sources, Warner Brothers has registered TMZSports.com, a sports-themed domain meant to serve as complement to its popular celebrity gossip website.

Insiders say this spin-off was planned long before Woods - and his wayward driver - made it clear just how much the public is interested in the private lives of sports stars. But it's safe to assume Tiger's nine-inch iron play helped speed along the decision.

Meanwhile, that sound you hear? It's the furious deletion of names/numbers from the cell phones of athletes all over the world.

Who has the most to fear if TMZ Sports comes to fruition? Handsome stars with exciting love lives, such as those pictured above: Tom Brady, Tony Romo, Reggie Bush and Alex Rodriguez.

Who has the least to fear? The Hollywood Gossip!

Charlie Sheen: Arrested for Assault

He may be best known for starring in Two and a Half Men, but Charlie Sheen now has one giant problem on his hands.

The actor has been arrested for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief. Sheen was picked up in Aspen for an alleged incident of domestic violence against wife Brook Mueller.

While the police may claim Sheen celebrated Christmas by honoring Chris Brown, his rep says otherwise:

"Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion."

Sheen - who has been accused of sleeping with hookers, beating up dogs and keeping pornography on his computer while married to Denise Richards - is being held without bond.

He'll remain in jail until Monday, due to a Colorado law that requites a protection order between those arrested for domestic violence and their victims.

Sheen and Mueller got married in May 2008 and welcomed twins in October of that year.

** UPDATE: It's been confirmed that Mueller called 911 and claimed her husband laid his hands on her - but Sheen told cops that Mueller was the aggressor and he was simply trying to keep her away.

Amy Winehouse Charged with Assault (Again)

Amy Winehouse was formally charged with assault earlier today in connection with the recent brouhaha she started at a local theater. Anyone surprised?

The 26-going-on-56-year-old soul diva was arrested after she turned herself in at a police station with her lawyer, a Thames Valley Police official said.

She was charged with a public order offense and common assault under the name Amy Civil, following her Saturday melee at Milton Keynes Theater.

Winehouse was granted a divorce from her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, in July, and is therefore not technically named Amy Civil ... if she ever was.

Anyway ...

One never knows what to expect from this nut job.

She is free on bail and must appear in court on January 20. Police did not provide details on the incident, but British media have had a field day with it.

The Sun reported that the singer allegedly heckled the cast, struggled with a member of the staff, bled on some actors and attacked the manager.

Winehouse is no stranger to roughhousing. She acquitted earlier this year of assaulting a fan who asked for a picture (aptly-named Sherene Flash).

A judge said he could not be sure if she lashed out at the woman deliberately, though police said Amy Winehouse was drunk when she punched her.

Miley Cyrus adores many things: attention, country music, Liam Hemsworth, cheering on her ass-slapping young sister.

But a fascinating new report in Life & Style focuses on Miley's one, true love: fast food.

Despite staying at a five-star hotel in Ireland last week, the singer apparently only had a craving for certain high-calorie items:

"She sent out for... cheese fries and seven burgers," a source said. "She had two Double Takes with double the meat, two Atomic Burgers with chili and jalapeños, two Cheeez Please Burgers and a classic burger with secret sauce."

And how did she wash all this down? "With an Oreo shake," the insider confirms.

Cyrus' binge didn't end there: reportedly, a local burger joint, Eddie Rocket's, placed a staffer on call in case the star wanted more.

Kate Gosselin Talk Show: Not Happening

In turns out Kate Gosselin, who had her sights set on a talk show career, is not going to be part of a new show that she shot a pilot for, according to reports.

The reason? Executives thought she was too controversial.

In September, Kate was one of several hosts for a Momlogic TV pilot. The show was described as The View for working moms, but it may not even happen.

With multiple hosts (Kate, Paula Deen, Lee Woodruff, others), the show was designed to tackle topics such as teenage pregnancy as well as lighter fare.

TV execs passed on Kate Gosselin. This time around.

Executives believed Kate was too controversial for the show, however, and didn’t think she was ready for a full-time hosting job, even as part of a panel.

Deen was being pushed as the show’s star, even in the multi-host format, and there was some concern that Kate Gosselin’s notoriety was upsetting her.

The decision to drop Kate doesn’t mean no more Kate on TV, however. She will be back on TLC in the spring with a new show, which is in development.

TLC says it is "fully committed" to Kate’s new show, even as it works to finish developing its concept. At the same time, it's working to finish Jon Gosselin.
