Following a month of dating, Denise Richards and Nikki Sixx have called it a relationship, with a source close to Charlie Sheen's ex saying the fling was never serious.

"They were never exclusive or serious to begin with!" says an insider. "I could count on my hand how many times they went out. They decided to try it and she was not intereste. That's dating! This isn't some big, dramatic split."

State Department to Jermaine Jackson: Enjoy Africa, Deadbeat!

Who would have guessed when Jermaine Jackson took a trip to Burkina Faso in Africa that he would end up stuck there because of his failure to pay child support.

His passport expired and he can't get a new one until he does.

How does that work? In 2008, Jermaine's baby mama Alejandra Jackson (mom of Jafaar and Jermajesty), had a judge issue a support order for $3,000/month.

Jermaine has racked up $91,921 in back child support since.

Under California law, if someone owes more than $2,500 a month, the state informs the U.S. government, which often will red flag that person's passport.

Once the passport expires, it cannot be renewed until the person becomes current on their outstanding support obligations. Now here's where it gets crazy.

Jermaine's passport expired during his trip, so he can't get a new one and is stuck overseas until he comes up with the cash or the U.S. Embassy intervenes.

The Embassy will often issue temporary papers so the person can return to the U.S. in certain situations, but we don't imagine they're in a huge rush here.

Who doesn't renew their passport so it doesn't expire by the time they come back from an international trip? Dude should be kept there out of stupidity.

Also, not only can he not support his kids, but he names one of them Jermajesty and the other one tries to taser Blanket. Not cool, Jermaine. Not cool.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Sophia Bush Reveal Connections to Gabrielle Giffords Shooting, Offer Condolences

For a pair of actresses, Saturday's tragic shooting in Tuscon was extra personal.

Both Gwyneth Paltrow and Sophia Bush had connections to victims of the incident, as the Country Strong actress is actually cousins with Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, although the two have never met.

“Although I have never had the pleasure of meeting congresswoman Giffords, my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family as well as the other victims of this horrible act of senseless violence," Paltrow told Entertainment Tonight.

Tweeted the One Tree Hill star, who the second cousin of Christina Green, a nine-year-old girl killed during the attack that was born on 9/11/01 and who was the granddaughter of former baseball manager Dallas Green:

“There are no words to explain what my cousin’s family is going through in Arizona. How can this be? Violence is never the answer."

Jared Loughner has been charged in the shooting, while President Obama has called for a national moment of silence today at 11 a.m. EST in honor of the victims.

Jenelle Evans, Teen Mom 2 Star, Charged With Drug Possession, Breaking and Entering

Jenelle Evans was charged with breaking and entering and drug possession after she and boyfriend Kieffer Delp broke into a vacant property this fall.

Local officers discovered the troubled Oak Island, N.C., twosome in possession of half an ounce of marijuana and a pipe at the time of the break-in.

JENELLE AND JACE: Poor kid. Poor. Kid.

Police arrived at the house and announced their presence - but nobody came to the door for 10 minutes. They then found one of the back doors ajar.

They entered the residence and found Jenelle Evans in the back bedroom with the lights off. Delp had peaced out but was caught near the property.

He admitted to owning the marijuana and paraphernalia upon his apprehension. The pair were arrested, held on $3,000 bail and later charged.

They are set to appear in court again on January 10 - a day before Jenelle's new show premieres on MTV on Tuesday - convenient for the ratings!

Former 16 and Pregnant star Jenelle will star alongside three other teen moms in the new series - Chelsea Houska, Leah Messer and Kailyn Lowry.

All four appeared in the second season of 16 and Pregnant.

Jenelle signed over 'primary legal custody and primary physical custody' of her 16-month-old son, Jace, to her mother Barbara on June 10.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo to Appear on Hawaii Five-O

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have landed a role on the small screen that involves more than just hosting.

The engaged couple has been cast on Hawaii Five-0, the highest-rated new show of the season.

According to CBS sources, Nick and Vanessa will appear on a February episode of the drama. Minnillo will portray a character named Susan who works as a deckhand on a cruise boat that's taken hostage. Lachey will be her fiance.

It's a role he's been studying for over the last few weeks.

Breaking Dawn Producer Spills Sex Scene Secrets, Storylines

From crazy sex in Brazil to an impending vampire massacre, there are many reasons for fans to be excited over the release of Breaking Dawn On November 18.

The film will be broken into two halves, but are the rumors of how this will take place accurate? Producer Wyck Godfrey spoke to USA Today this week and answered a series of questions...

On splitting the movies:
"We basically want to take the audience through the emotional part of Bella's journey as she becomes a vampire. The first part will cover the wedding, the honeymoon and the birth."

On the PG-13 rating:
"It would be a crime against our audience to go R-rated. This is based on a much more mature book. We need to progress and be more sophisticated."

On the birth of Renesmee:
"She is looking through the haze, experiencing pain and everything rushing around her. We only see what she sees."

On the Edward/Bella sex scene:
"It does not become soft porn. It is a legitimate and important part of the movie, romantic and sensual."

Kredit Kard Katastrophe: Kardashians Sued for $75 Million

The Kardashians have kause for koncern.

Five weeks after they took their debit card off the market because it was associated with dangerously high fees, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris have been sued by The Revenue Resource Group, LLC. For $75 million.

The company claims these sisters breached their contract when they pulled out of the aforementioned deal. It's the biggest pulling out scandal Kim has been involved in since November 2007.

Following an announcement by the Attorney General of Connecticut, who said he'd consider an investigation into the MasterCard-approved debit card, the siblings dropped out of their deal.

But Revenue Resource Group says they signed a two-year contract and their public bashing of the product has affected the company's bottom line. RRG is seeking $75 million in damages.

Perhaps this will teach the family a lesson about attaching their name to any product that comes calling. But, somehow, we doubt it will.

Samantha Ronson to Lindsay Lohan: Welcome!

Looks like World War III has been called off, or at least put on hold.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson struck a truce over LiLo moving next door to Sam in Venice, Calif., which caused a minor uproar earlier this week.

Reports say Lohan, who just got out of rehab and "had no idea" she was moving in to the condo directly next door to her ex, apologized to Ronson for it.

Sam not only bought it, they left things on good terms. Go figure!

Are Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens Back Together?

So much for those Rumer Willis rumors.

Just weeks after they shocked the celebrity gossip world with their split, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens looked to be back together at last night's SHG's Eden Hollywood opening.

They were "constantly touching and kissing each other," a witness told People.

Efron and Hudgens arrived together (alongside Brittany Snow) and quickly hit the dance floor.

"Vanessa was bopping around with her arms up while Zac had his hands all over her," the onlooker said. "Vanessa had a smile on from ear to ear and the two were inseparable after that."

It really was back to old times for the duo, adds the insider: "They were making out on and off for the last hour or so until closing. They acted like there was no one else in the room."

Gabrielle Giffords, Arizona Congresswoman, Shot in Head at Public Event

Gabrielle Giffords was at the center of what President Obama has described as an "unspeakable tragedy" this morning.

The Arizona Congresswoman was one of 18 people shot - 12 of whom are injured, six reportedly killed - during a shooting in Tuscon. The public event was a meeting of constituents that took place outside a Safeway grocery store.

She underwent surgery this afternoon for a wound to the head, with Dr. Peter Rhee of the University Medical Center saying he's "very optimistic about her recovery."

The suspected culprit has been identified as a 22-year old named Jared Lee Loughner.

On her Facebook page, Sarah Palin offered "sincere condolences" to Giffords' family and others involved in the shooting. Why is this relevant?

In March 2010, - after Tweeting at "Commonsense Conservatives & lovers of America [to] RELOAD!" - Palin used gun sights on a map to target Democrats engaged in tough re-election battles. Giffords was one of those politicians.

Bieber Fever: Caught by Glee!

Following the occasional rumor of the past few months, it looks like Glee producers have finally come down with a case of Bieber Fever.

Michael Ausiello, one of the most reliable sources in TV journalism, reports that the Fox smash will dedicate a full episode to Justin Bieber this February.

Despite his recent claim to be open to an appearance on the series, sources say Bieber is not currently scheduled to make a cameo.

Instead, as it has done for artists such as Britney Spears and Madonna, Glee will simply cover a number of Justin's singles on the upcoming episode. Insiders do say, however, that "Bieber himself will figure into the plot" in some fashion.

Jason "Blu" Griffith Arrested For Murder of Debbie Flores-Narvaez, Missing Showgirl

The former boyfriend of missing Las Vegas showgirl Debbie Flores-Narvaez, who had vanished without a trace back on December 12, has been arrested.

The arrest of Jason "Blu" Griffith for murder comes after much doubt had been cast on him considering the couple's often tumultuous relationship.

Debbie Flores-Narvaez was last seen at Griffith's home.

Flores-Narvaez's body was later recovered in downtown Los Angeles, although police are mum on where and when the discovery was made.

Three days after she was allegedly at his home, Flores-Narvaez's car was found abandoned in a Las Vegas neighborhood, its plates removed.

Griffith is being held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center.

The brunette beauty worked in several of Las Vegas's top clubs after following her dream to be a trained dancer. She studied law and business, her family said, and she was also a cheerleading ambassador for the Washington Redskins.

Prior to her disappearance, Flores-Narvaez sent an ominous text to her mother. "In case there is ever an emergency with me, contact Blu Griffith in Vegas," the text sent on December 1 read. "My ex-boyfriend. Not my best friend."

Last October, Griffith, also Las Vegas entertainer, was arrest for domestic violence and formally charged with coercion following a confrontation with his ex-girlfriend. A preliminary hearing is set for April on the coercion charge.

Police did not immediately return calls. The attorney retained by Griffith on the coercion charge said he could not speak about the murder arrest since he has not yet been formally brought on to represent Griffith on the case.

Those of you hoping for a second season of Sarah Palin's Alaska need psychiatric help will be disappointed to learn TLC didn't renew the thing. Darn/awesome!

Despite big-time ratings and buzz, tonight's two-hour finale of Sarah Palin’s Alaska appears to be the show's last episode, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Hey, more time to "target" politicians like Gabrielle Giffords, right Sarah?

Insiders admit that Palin seemed to enjoy doing the show more than she expected, in spite of some bad press and having to converse with Kate Gosselin.

But a second season could've been interpreted as a sign that she had no plans for a Presidential run in 2012, so this way, she keeps her options open.

Somehow we expect she'll be okay and find other arenas in which to bash Michelle Obama over encouraging child nutrition ... the nerve of that woman.
