LeAnn Rimes-Dean Sheremet Divorce Finalized

That didn't take long.

On the very same day Dean Sheremet filed for divorce from LeAnn Rimes, they agreed to a confidential divorce settlement, L.A. court records indicate.

"The settlement shall not be filed in this proceeding due to the parties mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy," the document reads.

It presumably divides their cash, property and valuables of LeAnn Rimes and and Dean Sheremet, who will be legally single as their marital status ends.

LeAnn Rimes' marriage to Dean Sheremet is no more.

Their nearly eight-year marriage crumbled as Rimes began a relationship with actor Eddie Cibrian, who was married at the time to Brandi Glanville.

Eddie was also linked to Scheana Marie while married to Brandi.

Cibrian and Glanville are also in the process of divorcing.

Eddie and LeAnn are dating for real now.

Tom Cruise Sued Over Alleged Wiretapping

Michael Davis Sapir claims that actor Tom Cruise, attorney Bert Fields and infamous jailed private investigator Anthony Pellicano conspired to spy on him.

He says they illegally wiretapped his phone ... why would they do that?

There is a bit of history between Tom Cruise and Michael Davis Sapir.

In 2001, Cruise sued Sapir for $100 million after he claimed video of Cruise "engaged in a homosexual relationship." That lawsuit settled later that year.

Both parties issued a statement saying that no such tape existed.

In the latest suit, filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, Sapir claims Pellicano illegally wiretapped his phone during the time of the 2001 lawsuit.

Sapir claims in the suit that Cruise, Fields and Pellicano were all privy to what was going on, and is currently suing the actor for $5 million, minimum.

Bert Fields says they did not even hire Pellicano to work on the Sapir case.

There was no comment from Cruise's rep. Pellicano? Well, he's in jail.

Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole Break Up

The Hills' Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole have broken up, according to a source close to Brody. He and the Playboy model were together for over a year.

Of course, the two had supposedly split on The Hills season finale, but it looks like that was totally staged ... or maybe just elaborate foreshadowing.

Jayde hinted at the split on Twitter: "Sometimes when you truly love someone you have to let them go. I never understood that quote until now."

Deep.

Just the same, Nicole reportedly "celebrated her breakup" with a 12-strong crew of girlfriends at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood Friday night.

The following night, Jayde hosted a party at Chicago's Manor nightclub, where she was "telling everyone" about her breakup with Brody Jenner.

According to a source: "She made it sound like it was his doing, saying, 'He said he needs time to 'find himself. I don't have time for that.'"

Jayde Nicole and Brody Jenner had a good (argument-filled) run.

Brody, she said, has "gone to Australia" for some soul-searching. And by that he means girls. Nice, stable girls who won't yell at him 24/7.

Jenner himself Tweeted: "So I decided to stay in Australia BY MYSELF!!! Hahaha this is Crazy ... Might just stay here and start a new life."

Wow, she really did a number on this guy.

Guess not even seeing Jayde Nicole nude can make up for all the emotional torture she inflicts. It can only carry you so far in a relationship.

On the just-concluded season of The Hills, Nicole and Jenner argued about his flirty relationship with aggressive ex-girlfriend Kristin Cavallari.

"Everything was totally fine before you came here, so you need to go back to wherever it is that you came from," Nicole sniped at Cavallari.

Long List of Meds Found in Brittany Murphy's Home

Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, and mother, Sharon Murphy, made a frantic attempt to revive her before paramedics arrived on Sunday morning.

Notes written by an investigator from the L.A. County Coroner's office show there were a shocking number of prescription meds on the late star's nightstand.

Brittany "had been complaining of shortness of breath and severe abdominal pain" for 7-10 days prior to her death from cardiac arrest two mornings ago.

Murphy went into the bathroom around 7:30 a.m.

Half an hour later, Brittany's mother, Sharon Murphy, went to check on her daughter, opened the bathroom door and found her on the floor unresponsive.

Sharon yelled for help. Her husband, who broke his silence on his wife's tragic death last night, heard the screams from Sharon and ran to the bathroom.

Sharon called 911 and Simon Monjack, who had been in bed, "attempted to revive the decedent by placing her in the shower and running the water."

Murphy was unresponsive and purged her stomach contents prior to the arrival of the paramedics. When paramedics arrived, she was "without signs of life."

Paramedics moved Brittany from the bathroom to the master bedroom, where they found a slew of prescription drugs. The medications included:

Beyonce or Eva Longoria: Who Would You Rather (Smell Like)...

If you thought deciding between Beyonce nude and Eva Longoria nude was difficult, try to determine which of these beauties you'd rather smell like.

Jamie Jungers Grilled Over Tiger Woods Nude Pics

As she continues to make the media rounds dishing about her affair with Tiger Woods, mistress Jamie Jungers was caught in a bit of a lie Monday morning.

During a radio interview with John & Ken on KFI 640 in Los Angeles, she was questioned about taking photos of Tiger Woods nude. Jungers grew furious.

She denied having any nude photos of Tiger, but her aunt, Susan Minor, recently said in her own interview that Jamie Jungers did - and bragged about it.

"My aunt? I don't believe she said that," Jungers said, before the radio hosts pointed out that they just watched Minor's interview on RadarOnline.com.

Jungers grew angry and then called her aunt "kinda crazy," but the hosts pressed her further and asked if she was getting a payoff from Tiger's camp.

"You know what," Jungers snapped. "I haven't made a penny from all of this $h!t and the only reason I'm involved with this is because of an ex-fiancé."

Yeah, except that's not true. While her ex-fiance did reveal Jungers' affair with Tiger first, she has sold her story, with permission, to media outlets since.

Did Jamie Jungers photograph Tiger Woods nude?

As for the nude photos, three separate family members say Jamie Jungers told them she took nude photos of Tiger Woods after he passed out following sex.

It's a moot point, as Woods' lawyers have already blocked any photo deal, but Susan Minor challenged Jamie to a polygraph showdown to prove her claims.

Further proof that Jamie's a big liar? She said earlier in the interview that she is limited by her publicist in what she could reveal about her affair with Tiger.

But when she didn't like the questioning, she blabbered about her "personal business with Tiger" and how it "wasn't supposed to be brought out," etc.

The host interrupted the trashy model and possible escort, asking: "You have a publicist? Wait a second. It's private business but you have a publicist?"

Michael Jackson FBI Files Released; Death Threats, Bizarre Details of Molestation Probe Exposed

The FBI has released more than 300 pages of documents relating to Michael Jackson, and while they do not provide new insight into his June 2009 death, the information contained still raises eyebrows, and is just as bizarre as you'd expect.

The formerly classified material includes info regarding his 1993 and 2004 child molestation cases, as well as an extortion case where he was a victim.

Despite an application under the Freedom of Information Act, half his file remains secret. What is available, however, provides no shortage of material.

In 2004, local police in Santa Maria, Calif., requested FBI involvement believing the court proceedings against MJ made for "soft target for terrorism.

"No intelligence indicating a terrorist threat" existed, the FBI said, but the bureau did provide technical and investigative assistance into the case.

A new window into Michael Jackson's past has opened via his FBI file.

In June 2005, Jackson was found not guilty of all charges at the end of the four-month trial. The FBI assisted local authorities then and in 1993.

The FBI's legal office in London assisted local authorities with the Michael Jackson child molestation probe in 1993, and in 1995 U.S. customs officials asked the FBI to provide analysis of a VHS tape as part of a child pornography investigation.

The tape - "a multi-generation copy of poor quality" - was marked "Michael Jackson's Neverland Favorites: An All Boy Anthology," FBI documents say.

In 1993, police in L.A. began investigating allegations of child abuse against Michael Jackson made by the father of 13-year old Jordan Chandler.

Simon Monjack Defends Brittany Murphy, Himself

Given his semi-shady reputation and that relatively little is known about him in general, Brittany Murphy's husband Simon Monjack has come under scrutiny.

Such is the nature of celebrity deaths in general, too, especially when someone as young as Murphy (32) dies of cardiac arrest. Fans want answers.

Monjack is hitting back at rumors regarding his wife's passing, however, insisting she did not overdose on drugs and did not have an eating disorder.

"These rumors that she was anorexic? It's crazy. She was slim, but that was her natural physique," Monjack says, adding that he wants answers too.

"This is what's killing all of us. How did it happen? Why did it happen? Her mum, myself and her family – we want to know why we lost our baby."

In his tear-filled interview, an exhausted Simon Monjack said all he knows is what doctors told him Sunday: Brittany Murphy died of cardiac arrest.

They won't know the full details until after an autopsy, the results of which have been deferred pending most tests which could take six weeks.

Simon Monjack says he, too, is shocked at how his "baby" died.

Monjack raised eyebrows when he objected to having an autopsy done on Murphy (the Coroner's office overruled him). He explained that to People:

"My initial reaction to the autopsy was ... they're going to cut her open – I couldn't bear it ... That would break her mother," the 39-year-old said.

"But we realize we need to know. I look forward to getting the results."

He added that Murphy did suffer from a heart murmur (a mitral valve prolapse), which can cause fatigue, dizziness and irregular heartbeats.

Murphy didn't require medication to treat it, says Monjack, but she was quite ill before she passed away, and had a lot of medication at home.

"She was on herbal remedies that wouldn't speed up her heart," Monjack says. "But there was nothing here that could endanger her; there was prescription medication in the house for her female time and some cough syrup. That's it."

Asked point-blank if a drug overdose was a possible cause of death, the dejected Simon replied, "I can get rid of that one right now," he says.
