The Bachelor's Rozlyn Papa: Team Tenley!

She was kicked off The Bachelor after an "inappropriate relationship" with a crew member (which probably never happened), but Rozlyn Papa is over it now.

Producer Ryan Callahan was fired over his alleged dalliances with Rozlyn, although the exact nature of their relationship has always been disputed. Oh well.

Putting her bitter feelings aside took time, but these days she's in good spirits and weighing in on Jake Pavelka's final four - as a member of Team Tenley!

"If I were matchmaker, it would be Jake and Tenley," Rozlyn said, to the surprise of few, as there's little to dislike about sweet, squeaky Tenley Molzahn.

"I really liked her. She's my favorite!"

Emerging as a favorite herself before "the incident" sent her packing, Rozlyn also weighed in on the rumored winner and chief Tenley competitor, Vienna Girardi.

"Vienna is always sweet," Papa says. "She's a different breed. I didn't really get to see her interact with Jake very much, but I heard she makes it pretty far."

Despite the unfortunate circumstances that got her kicked off, whichever side you believe, Rozlyn says she harbors little ill will against Jake or The Bachelor.

Still, she can't resist maintaining her innocence and getting in a quick dig.

"There was never any sex between any producer and myself at any time. But it's great been for that show! Chris Harrison is still talking about the scandal."

Danger! Danger! Monica Leon Detained on Arson Suspicion

Last month, Monica Leon - aka "Danger" - accused Ray J of being gay. But that isn't the only firestorm she's started this year.

Literally!

According to TMZ, the former For the Love of Ray J finalist has been detained by police, following a fire in her Hollywood apartment. She appears to be a suspect in an arson investigation.

Why would Danger start a fire? It's unclear. Why would she get a tattoo on her face?

Here's what went down: the L.A. City Fire Department responded to a 911 call from Danger's complex at approximately 2:15 p.m. yesterday. When police arrived, the fire had been extinguished, but arson investigators were called anyway.

Due to evidence at the scene, authorities took Danger into custody pending further investigation. She's being held under a 72-hour watch.

In December, Monica was placed in a 5150 psychiatric hold after an incident involving her newborn daughter.

She's not exactly at the level or Ryan Jenkins, but maybe, just maybe, it's time for VH1 to re-evaluate its reality TV shows and how it screens - or, clearly, fails to screen - its contestants.

Alex McCord: Out of The Real Housewives of New York City?

Try to hold back the tears, reality TV fans:

Alex McCord and Simon van Kempen are reportedly out of The Real Housewives of New York City. Sources tell The New York Daily News "there are a ton of reasons they aren't being asked back" for a fourth season of the Bravo hit.

Such as...

"Viewers don't have a positive reaction to them, so they're easily replaceable at this point," an insider said, while Simon himself doesn't deny the rumor, saying:

"We have not had any discussions regarding a fourth season."

Moreover, the newspaper says the couple doesn't "really fit in with the other wives," while Simon threw a "hissy fit" when he discovered he was paid less than everyone else.

"Simon wants to be an equal on the show, but that doesn't really make any sense to Bravo," the source said. "After all, he's not a ‘Real Housewife,' now is he?"

No, he certainly is not. Then again, we're pretty sure neither Bethenny Frankel nor Kelly Bensimon is married... or real in any sense of the word.

The third season of The Real Housewives of New York City premieres on March 4. In it, "Alex picks a lot of fights, and it looks like it's an attempt to keep her story line relevant," said the insider. "But it ended up seeming inauthentic."

As compared to the rest of this totally believable, not remotely scripted show, of course.

Dr. Conrad Murray Arrest Derailed By Infighting

The now-infamous doctor expected to be charged in the death of Michael Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray, was going to be arrested, booked and arrainged today.

But, well ...

There's a feud between the L.A. County D.A.'s office and the LAPD over the terms of his surrender. These agencies are both intimately involved, and at odds.

It sounds like mostly politics, rather than any cracks in the case, but here's the very basic gist: the LAPD is bent out of shape about being kept in the dark.

The D.A.'s office had been working with lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray to arrange his voluntary surrender in court at the time of the arraignment today.

Infighting bought Dr. Conrad Murray at least a few hours.

Dr. Murray's lawyers were to drive him to the L.A. County Sheriff's Office at the Airport Courthouse in L.A. at 5:30 a.m. Friday, along with a bail bondsman.

He would be booked, post bail and then walk into court without cuffs or chains. This is often done to avoid the media circus and spectacle of a public arrest.

However, the LAPD objected, as cops want to arrest Conrad Murray, book him and bring him into court in handcuffs, something standard in homicide cases.

The D.A. reportedly backed off, and plan for Murray's voluntary surrender fell apart. According to TMZ, there is no arraignment today now. But we'll see.

When and if the authorities straighten this out, Murray is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge in connection the June 25 death of the King of Pop.

Lacey Brown: Back For More on American Idol

When Lacey Brown auditioned for American Idol last year, she sat next to eventual finalist Megan Joy in the cut room and was told by Randy Jackson that it was the end of the road.

Ha! Shows what Randy knows.

Brown is back on the show, receiving a golden ticket following her latest try out in Orlando. This Texas native wowed the judges with a rendition of "Over the Rainbow" and stands as a rumored season nine semifinalist.

Joe Simpson, father and pimp of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, is developing a television comedy for Nickelodeon based on his life raising two daughters.

Yes, we're serious. Because we haven't seen enough of Ashlee and Jessica Simpson's fairly uninteresting lives on TV and in the tabloids every day for 10 years.

This proposed 'tween series, a collaboration with comedy vet Tommy Lynch, is said to be based on the Simpson family's life in Texas before they were famous.

You know, the typically awkward, growing up years.

So we're sure there's nothing embarrassing to be mined from that, right? No, it's just Joe looking to further cash in on cash cows Ashlee and Jessica Simpson.

Tiger Woods Gets Sprung

Tiger Woods just got sprung, and we don't mean in the way Rachel Uchitel used to ... forget it. He has officially left sex addiction rehab, according to reports.

His wife, Elin Nordegren Woods, flew to Hattiesburg, Miss., earlier this week, to be with him as he exited the Gentle Path program he had been enrolled in.

Elin and Tiger are flying out of Mississippi on Friday and are planning on spending some quality time alone as they attempt to repair their broken marriage.

There's been no official statement from the Woods camp on his release from rehab. Then again, there had never been an official statement on his entry.

Elsewhere on the Tiger Woods rumor mill:

He's supposedly returning to golf at the Accenture Match Play Championship this month. Ironic, since Accenture was the first company to cut ties with Tiger.

"We don't know anything official yet, but wouldn't that be nice?" Wade Dunagan, the executive director of the big PGA event, told the Arizona Daily Star.

"The main question is, 'Do I know anything you don't?' The answer is no. We're still in the dark. I can't confirm or deny anything, because I don't know."

PGA Tour spokesman Chris Reimer said as much, calling reports of the golfer's return merely "speculation." The Accenture event is February 17-21.

In the meantime, though, Tiger Woods' mistresses continue to garner massive amounts of media attention, albeit my increasingly ridiculous means.

Yesterday, porn star Joslyn James held a freaking press conference to voice displeasure over a company's decision to market a line of new golf balls.

Baby Weight Debate: Kourtney Kardashian Reveals Tummy, Kris Jenner Sets Horrible Example

We don't ever often give the Kardashians credit, but Kourtney Kardashian set a good example for women last month. Of course, mother Kris than came along and ruined it.

Here's what went down:

Following an OK! Weekly cover story that teased an "exclusive" with Kourtney and focused on her post-pregnancy diet secrets, the new mother called out the tabloid for photoshopping her picture and exaggerating her recent weight loss. In essence, Kourtney was confidently saying: I didn't lose all my baby weight yet - and that's okay.

What a refreshing attitude.

In the latest issue of Life & Style, meanwhile, Kardashian continues this trend and says: "It's been hard to find time to work out. All I want to do is spend time with Mason.... Losing the weight has been a lot harder than I thought."

Again, isn't it nice to hear a celebrity not act as though the most important thing in life is to shed as much weight as possible, especially when provided with such an understandable, beautiful excuse as a newborn?

This makes it even more galling that mother Kris Jenner said in the same Life & Style article:

"Kourtney's going to be just fine. She's going to start QuickTrim. She'll be sexy Kourtney again in five minutes."

And if she's not, Kris? Will you disown her for missing out on an opportunity to shill for such an unhealthy weight loss product?

When it comes to her first grandchild, you'd think Jenner could go a week without shamelessly plugging a product. Then again, we're not sure why you'd think that. This is the Kardashian family, after all.

Casey James: American Idol Jailbird

When Casey James auditioned for American Idol in Denver, he was asked to remove his shirt. The judges, especially Kara DioGuardi and Victoria Beckham, wanted to take a close look at this contestant.

If only producers had done the same.

Radar Online reports that James has a criminal background and has actually served time in county jail. His offenses include: driving while intoxicated, driving with an invalid license and reckless driving.

In November 2001, the aspiring singer pled guilty to reckless driving, was fined $200 and spent 30 days in jail.

Then, in December 2002, he was arrested for DUI and operating a vehicle with an invalid license. He pled guilty again and was sentenced to 105 total days in jail.

Does this make Casey a bad person? Of course not. But you'd think American Idol would avoid featuring any contestant with a criminal record, even if he does have a body that DioGuardi and Beckham openly swooned over.

James isn't the only rumored semifinalist with a scandalous past. Todrick Hall came under fire a few years ago for possibly scamming a few families out of thousands of dollars.

Let's Make a Deal: Jon Gosselin Offers to Pimp Out Kids Again if TLC Drops Lawsuit

Facing a seven-figure breach of contract lawsuit, Jon Gosselin shockingly may allow TLC to film his children again ... if the network ceases legal action against him.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star pulled the plug on the show last fall, citing its "exploitation" of the kids, but really just out of bitterness toward TLC and Kate.

He is staring at an expensive trial as TLC pursues its breach of contract case, claiming Jon Gosselin has cashed in illegally with his countless media appearances.

TLC has already won a preliminary injunction against Gosselin, prohibiting him from engaging in behavior that violates the non-compete clause in his contract.

In short, he's getting screwed, and not in a good, Morgan Christie way.

That being said, Jon is ready to make a deal, and he's playing the only chip he's got left - allowing them to film his children again in exchange for backing off.

This is pretty much our reaction when we see Jon, as well.

Don’t expect Jon & Kate Plus 8 Reloaded, though. A source with knowledge of the situation says the network will never welcome the douche back with open arms.

“You can be sure that if the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon," an insider dished. "And there’s no guarantee that will happen either.”

TLC is convinced they can make their new project with Kate work no matter what Jon, who's also on the hook for major child support he can't pay for now, does.

It is also possible that Kate Plus 8 could return as several specials, rather than a regular series. In any case, all the settlement talk is coming from Jon alone.

When you think about it, TLC has little reason to cave. Jon is barred from making money off TV quasi-fame and will likely lose his trial, set to begin this Spring.

Still, his lawyer Mark Heller vows: “You haven’t seen the last of Jon Gosselin.”

Sorry for that disappointing news. Don't shoot the messenger.

Gia Allemand is vying for Jake Pavelka's heart on The Bachelor, but she vied for men's attention in a different way when she posed for these racy Maxim pics!

It turns out Gia, one of Jake's final four remaining women this season on the reality show, wasn't kidding when she lists her profession as "swimsuit model."

Michael Irvin: Accused of Rape in Civil Lawsuit

Michael Irvin has been accused of rape.

The former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver is at the center of a civil lawsuit filed this week in Broward Circuit Court, as first reported by The Miami Herald.

An anonymous woman, identified as "Jane Doe" in the documents, claims Irvin sexually assaulted her in 2007 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

She says the attack took place late on July 4 or early on July 5; and details an evening that started with Irvin buying her alcohol and then taking her to his hotel room, where the Hall of Famer allegedly raped her and another man forced her to perform oral sex.

The lawsuit also claims Irvin's brother, Derrick Irvin, "assisted in covering the sexual assault and rape up."

Irvin's lawyer, Larry Friedman, refers to the accusations as "totally untrue."

Local police were informed of the alleged incident on July 20, 2007 and spokesman Gary Bitner told the newspaper:

"They investigated it thoroughly. Although by that time there was no longer any forensic evidence or surveillance video," while the woman signed a "waiver of prosecution," which Bitner descibed as "her desire to essentially put it behind her and not have it be splashed all over the newspapers."

Irvin has worked as an analyst for the NFL Network and hosted an ESPN Radio show for the past few years.

The football star has been involved with the police before. In 1996, he pleased no contest to cocaine possession; in 2000 and 2005, he was arrested on more drug charges. Irvin actually competed on season nine of Dancing with the Stars, as well.

Charlie Sheen's SUV: Stolen, Crashed, Lying at Bottom of Cliff

As if Charlie Sheen's personal life wasn't unusual enough...

The actor's SUV was reportedly stolen early this morning and is currently lying at the bottom of a cliff near Mulholland Drive.

TMZ confirms the actor was awoken at 4 a.m. today with a call from an OnStar-like service. It informed him that his vehicle had crashed and its airbags had deployed.

Sheen relayed this news to his security team, who inspected the home, and found no trace of the SUV. At this time, Charlie called the police and reported it stolen.

Law enforcement officials later found the demolished SUV 400 feet down from Mulholland Drive, having seemingly plummeted off a cliff.

No victims nor suspects have been found yet.

Sheen is due in court on Monday to face a felony charge that stems from his alleged attack of wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day. The past six weeks have been even worse for the actor than the awful CBS sitcom on which he stars.

** UPATE: Sheen apparently left the keys in the ignition, and the garage door open, when he returned from work around 8 p.m. He sounds as intelligent as he is peaceful.

"Charlie is fine," publicist Stan Rosenfield said, while police have ruled out anything other than a basic car theft. It's not like Sheen made it difficult for the criminals.

James Watson: Dating Jamie Lynn Spears

Look out, Hayden Panettiere: Jamie Lynn Spears is coming after your title of the Hollywood's Most Ambitious Anti-Cougar.

In its current issue, Star Magazine reports that Britney's 18-year old sister has moved on from her baby's daddy, Casey Aldridge, and into the arms of a 28-year old named James Watson.

He owns a company called Advanced Multimedia Partners and "installs communications equipment and high-definition TVs for large corporations," a source says, adding: "James enjoys making money - and enjoys spending it, too."

NO LONGER OK: Despite the presence of a camera, fresh muffins and a newly-brewed pot of coffee in their kitchen, Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge somehow did not make it as a couple.

The couple started dating in December, which doesn't come as a surprise to those that know Jamie Lynn.

"Even when she was pregnant, she didn't really see a future with [Casey]," a friend said. "She only gave the impression of staying with him so long because it looked better in the eyes of the public."

That seems morally wrong, doesn't it? That's not the sort of thing Sarah Palin would ever force her own knocked up daughter to do because... oh, wait. Nevermind.

Lindsay Lohan vs. Samantha Ronson: Round 37!

Stop us if you've heard this before: Lindsay Lohan has made a public spectacle of herself.

Witnesses told Radar Online that the troubled, unemployed actress was drinking, drugging and flipping out at ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson on Wednesday night.

"Sam was working her usual weekly gig DJing at Crown bar," an onlooker said. "Lindsay turned up around 11 pm and she was in the mood for trouble!

"[She] was drinking straight out of a bottle of vodka and I saw her take an orange prescription bottle out of her bag and pop a couple of pills that she said were Adderal, she even offered some of the pills to a friend that was with her."

Lindsay Lohan reportedly hordes shoes, pills and public spats.

This anonymous source went on to say that Lindsay grew "more and more worked up" as Ronson failed to acknowledge her, even as Lohan dirty danced with another girl in front of the DJ.

Finally, Samantha had enough and referred to Lindsay as a "disgrace." The Crotch of Fire's response?

"She picked up a drink and threw it straight in her face! Sam was absolutely furious and picked up some DJ equipment that was by her and threw that at Lindsay. It was crazy!"

Judge on John Edwards Sex Tape: Hand It Over!

A John Edwards sex tape, made with former mistress (and current girlfriend?) Rielle Hunter actually exists.

No matter how many times we hear about this, no matter how many reliable sources confirm its existence, this will never cease to be a shocking development in an already-jaw dropping scandal.

Earlier today, Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones reprimanded Andrew Young, the ex-Edwards aide that played a major role in covering up - for awhile, anyway - his boss' affair with Hunter.

Jones ruled that Young has until Wednesday afternoon to hand over items "of a personal nature" that belonged to Edwards, according to The News and Observer. Young has said he's storing the alleged video in a safe deposit box in Atlanta.

John Edwards: Fake family man. Real sex tape star.

"These items are to be produced and turned over to the court. The court will put them under lock and key - and under seal - until the lawsuit is resolved," the judge said, referring to Hunter's temporary restraining order against Young.

Meanwhile, the relationship between Edwards and Hunter is STILL going on, confirms the latter's sister, Roxanne Marshall. She profited off it this week by telling Inside Edition:

"[Rielle] still believes they will be together. She is very happy. What mother wouldn't be, especially after his denying [fatherhood]?"

It's true. Just think of the role model Hunter's daughter now has to look up to. She might grow up to be a politician... that uses campaign funds to cover up a child she produced when she cheated on her cancer-stricken spouse.
