Allison Bridges, Chris Robinson Welcome Baby Girl!

Looks like Chris Robinson will be on diaper duty this New Year's Eve.

The Black Crowes frontman and wife Allison Bridges welcomed a daughter on Saturday, their first child together, a rep for the musician tells People.

"Chris Robinson and his new wife, Allison Bridges, have a healthy and beautiful baby girl," says the star's rep. "Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson, 6 lbs., 3 oz., was born on December 26, 2009 at the Robinsons' home in California."

Robinson, who married Bridges earlier this year, confirmed in September that they were expecting their first child together. It's his second child.

He has a son, 5-year-old Ryder Russell, with ex-wife Kate Hudson.

After a year of touring in support of the Black Crowes's latest album, Before the Frost ... Until the Freeze, Robinson plans to spend some time at home with his wife and daughter before the band starts a new project and tour in 2010.

Tracy Kachtick-Anders: Rosie O'Donnell's New Girlfriend

Since leaving The View in mid-2007, Rosie O'Donnell has remained out of the spotlight.

About a month after the comedian admitted long-time partner Kelli Carpenter moved out of their house two years ago, her rep has confirmed a new woman in Donnell's life: Tracy Kachtick-Anders, a Texas-based artist.

A photo of the couple walking together has been plastered across the Internet over the last 24 hours.

Who is Kachtick-Anders?

She is the founder of Open Arms Campaign, a non-profit organization aimed at recruiting and fostering adoptive families within the LGBT community.

"I have become an activist and work to educate everyone, not only about the plight of foster children, but also the inequality that faces LGBT people in their quest to create families," she has written.

Kachtick-Anders walks the walk, too: she has five adopted children.

O'Donnell, meanwhile, will host A Family Is A Family Is A Family: A Rosie O'Donnell Celebration, a HBO documentary in January that challenges the traditional ideas of family. We doubt Carrie Prejean will turn in for it.

Bankruptcy. Heartbreak. Rumors that she is a hermaphrodite. Flowers hurtling through the air and striking her in the head. Nothing can faze Lady Gaga!

During her performance of "Poker Face" in Atlanta, Ga., Tuesday, the singer was hit upside the head with a bouquet of flowers from an overexcited fan.

She barely even reacted. These things happen when you're Lady Gaga.

Susan Boyle Dishes on Her "Cinderella Story"

As the world gets ready to turn the page on 2009, one woman is likely hesitant to welcome in a new year: Susan Boyle.

The Scottish singer burst onto the celebrity map like no one in recent memory over the last few months, finishing second on Britain's Got Talent and then incredibly becoming the highest-selling artist of the year.

In a new interview, Boyle takes a look back, as well a look forward. Might the latter include a boyfriend? She seems to hope so...

On the world's fascination with her: A woman who went on Britain’s Got Talent with mad hair, bushy eyebrows and the frock I was wearing had to be noticed. Come on! I know it’s a cliché, but it’s a bit of a Cinderella story.

On her stay in a mental health facility: After the finale, I went there with extreme exhaustion. I’ve never felt so tired, but I look back on it now and it was a necessity. I wanted to get a break, without all the cameras.

On her dreams: I dream about security, about one day finding the right person and continuing to make people happy with my music. My advice to those who dare to dream is don’t give up. If I can do it, anyone else can.

Jon Gosselin, Hailey Glassman to Call Truce?

Will Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman will sit down with their lawyers to work out their issues and avoid both a legal battle and lengthy, public war of words?

That would be uncharacteristically mature and smart.

Nevertheless, that's the rumor going around. Now, after days of mudslinging and trading accusations, the two sides are apparently willing to attempt a truce.

Her attorney Stephanie Ovadia said that "Hailey Glassman, Jon, myself and (Jon’s lawyer Mark Heller) decided to privately sit down and discuss the matter."

"We are going to discuss a resolution.”

Hailey Glassman has accused Jon of pushing her against a wall. Jon accuses her of ransacking his NYC pad. Both claims are being investigated by the NYPD.

Jon has said he returned to his New York apartment after Christmas and found it ransacked, his belongs slashed with a knife and many items just missing.

Hailey’s attorney admitted that Jon’s ex-girlfriend, who shared the apartment with him, took the TV and other items, but said those items belonged to her.

She denies any vandalism took place.

Loudmouth Mark Heller confirmed that Hailey's camp reached out to him about meeting to resolve the matter with Jon and that it would happen soon.

Chris Harrison: Jake Pavelka a "Serious" Bachelor

Jake Pavelka is the "most serious" star The Bachelor has ever had in its 14 seasons, according to the show's venerable host-pimp, Chris Harrison.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Chris talked about the new season kicking off Monday. He said that Jake was totally blown away the first night.

"[Jake] looked at me the first night and said 'my wife is in this room," Chris recalled, noting that Jake Pavelka was "determined" to find someone.

As opposed to most people who star on The Bachelor.

Chris says this season, unlike past seasons, will feature craziness on an emotional and psychological level, rather than a "let's get naked" level.

Zzz. Although the contestant who cheats on Jake with a crew member sounds like it could provide some traditional, not-at-all-staged drama.

Chris Harrison calls The Bachelor an "amazing study in human behavior."

Of his role as the show's MC, his job is to keep the peace, as well as to say "ladies ... the final rose tonight." But Harrison says it runs deeper than that.

"I think I’m exponentially better qualified than Dr. Phil will ever be. And I’m about half as full of $h!t as he is. I could easily host a relationship show."

We would totally watch, who are we kidding? He's already a confidant for strangers: “Because people see me on this show, they tell me things,” he says.

“I’ll be at a bar, and people just open up to me. I know what people’s husbands like in sex, the size of their ... They just tell me anything and everything."

Friend of Charlie Sheen: Actor Feels Awful About His Actions

While Brooke Mueller was utterly wasted on Christmas Eve, when she was allegedly attacked by Charlie Sheen, the actor was also far from sober.

For someone that's battled substance abuse for years, this development is weighing on the sitcom star, a friend tells People.

"He let himself down by drinking," the source said, adding that "[Charlie] has two little boys and he does not want to get divorced again."

The latest indications are that Mueller feels the same way. Her lawyer says Brooke wants to save her marriage and move on from this well-publicized, terrible incident.

But what about the fact that Sheen reportedly went after his wife with a weapon? His friend offers the following, questionable defense:

"Did he have a knife with him? Yes. It's a pocketknife that his dad gave him 22 years ago, which he always carries. It's not like he got a kitchen knife and went after her."

Hear that, police?!? It's not a crime if the knife you use against your partner is a family heirloom that's always on your person, right?

Police: Tiger Woods Had "Fat Lip" After Crash

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Tiger Woods met with them four days after his November 27 car crash, and the golfer showed signs of a "fat lip."

An FHP spokesman said Tiger met with troopers at an undisclosed location December 1 to receive a traffic ticket for crashing into a hydrant and a tree.

Officers observed only "fat lip" on Tiger's face.

His appearance gave them no reason to believe he was the victim of domestic violence, and the investigation into his fight with Elin Woods was dropped.

This is the only confirmed Tiger sighting since the crash, casting doubt on veteran sportswriter Furman Bisher's recent theory about Tiger's whereabouts.

On his blog, the renowned golf writer detailed what a source says really happened on the night of Woods' infamous car accident outside his Florida home.

He writes that Elin Nordegren drilled him in the mouth with a nine-iron after she found Tiger's Thanksgiving Day text messages to mistress Rachel Uchitel.

According to Bisher's account, Woods was hit so hard that he flew to Arizona to get plastic surgery on his face, explaining his month-long disappearance.

It is possible Woods had surgery after meeting with the FHP, and the "fat lip" could explain why he tried to delay the meeting (to let the swelling die down).

Just the same, while it's likely that Elin went off on the cheater, the FHP meeting casts doubt on the surgery story, as he was supposed to be in Phoenix.

Joe Jonas Previews Camp Rock 2

Are The Jonas Brothers breaking up? We sincerely hope not.

But while their future on the music stage might be up in the air, we know exactly where you'll find these siblings this summer: on the big screen.

All brothers return for Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. They'll be joined in the sequel by Demi Lovato, as Joe Jonas offered fans a preview of the movie this week. He said:

"There's a lot more romance with my character and even with Nick's character. The romance, the singing and dancing – everything is bigger and better."

As for his on-screen persona, Joe says "the romance between Shane and Mitchie (Lovato) is still there and it continues to grow," but there will be an obstacle: a competing music camp called Camp Star.

The youngest Jonas brother, Frankie, also has a role in the movie. Lovato told People she can't get enough of working with the entire family:

"They are so easy to work with and we just hangout and have fun. They are like my brothers and they are my best friends. They always make me laugh."

Rachel Uchitel Denies Partying with Tiger Woods

Rachel Uchitel, the most notorious and the first of many Tiger Woods mistresses to be publicly identified, says she is not cavorting with the golfer in Florida.

Woods' whereabouts have become a guessing game of late, and with Uchitel in Palm Beach, Fla., near where Tiger's boat is docked, rumors are swirling.

It doesn't help that he was supposedly in love with her, or that aside from meeting with police December 1, there have been no confirmed Tiger sightings.

Regardless, Uchitel tells Access Hollywood he did not go to the city’s Everglades Club with her ex-lover over the weekend, despite reports suggesting this.

Uchitel spent Saturday night with a group of 10 friends, she said, starting at Echo for dinner, then moving on to 251 Sunrise, a local Palm Beach nightclub.

Tiger Woods? Nowhere to be seen.

Tiger Woods and Rachel Uchitel are not still hitting it, says she.

Gloria Allred also released a statement to Access Hollywood shooting down reports that Uchitel has been spotted partying with him, saying in a statement:

“Ms. Uchitel has had no contact with Tiger Woods for some time, and has not seen or had any communication with him since she has been in Palm Beach.”

In other Tiger news, he was dumped by AT&T as a corporate pitchman today. All those dirty texts to Jaimee Grubbs on his iPhone couldn't have helped.

Coming to The Bachelor: Girl-on-Girl Action?

The new season of The Bachelor, starring Dallas pilot Jake Pavelka, premieres Monday on ABC, and the network has been running a juicy promo to hype it up.

Amid images of Jake shirtless, pumping iron and talking about what a lucky fella he is, a voiceover promises the season will being with a "shocking scandal.”

One of the contestants (presumably) can then be heard saying of someone: “She’s been having this sexual affair with somebody else in The Bachelor house.”

Cut to obligatory shots of two girls under the same blanket and another two girls jumping on each other in what looks like it could be a playful tickle fight.

While some reports have claimed that a contestant hooks up with a crew member, could at be that a contestant cheats on Jake ... with another contestant?

That would be a way to drive up the ratings, for sure ...

Kim Kardashian Resolves to Stay Fit, Keep Blogging

While Kim Kardashian is already looking ahead to 2011, via a sneak peek at her calendar, she's also planning for a successful 2010.

On the final day of the year, Kim has taken to her blog and announced her resolutions for the 12 months ahead. Kardashian writes:

My New Year's resolution is to stay fit, workout harder and try to eat healthier. I would also like to make more time for my family and friends!

That last one could prove difficult. After all, Kim is constantly busy blogging, standing on red carpets and finding tops that accentuate her breasts.

Celebrity of the Year: The Cast of New Moon!

For the last couple weeks, The Hollywood Gossip has looked back at 2009 by naming the finalists for our prestigious, 3rd Annual Celebrity of the Year award.

In this section, we've been paying tribute to the unique stars that made the past 12 months so memorable for gossip followers across the nation and globe.

Now, following last edition's selection of Miley Cyrus in the #2 spot, we've finally reached the top. Drumroll please...

For 2009, THG's Celebrity of the Year is... the New Moon cast!

Critics might say we're copping out by choosing more than one star for this honor, but come on. Everyone involved with the Twilight Saga deserves recognition for turning a book series into the most popular, buzzed-about film franchise in years.

This doesn't always happen. Remember The Golden Compass? Probably not. Starring Nicole Kidman, it was meant as the first installment in a trilogy based on Philip Pullman's His Dark Material novels. A second movie was never even made.

So, what enabled New Moon to gross over $660 million worldwide? A cast of young, fresh, gorgeous, talented and seemingly grounded individuals. Below, we note each actor's 2009 accomplishments:

Robert Pattinson: Might as well start at the top. The British actor has grown into a global phenomenon. He can't walk away from a film set without being followed by countless paparazzi members, his every interaction with women is chronicled like it's a Presidential summit and he was named one of People's 50 Most Beautiful People of 2009.

Over the course of a few months, Pattinson covered Entertainment Weekly, Harper's Bazaar, OK! Weekly, Vanity Fair and Rolling Stone. He's also dating...

Kristen Stewart: She broods, therefore she is. While Stewart had already appeared in a critically-acclaimed movie (Into the Wild) prior to landing the role of Bella Swan, she took on a cult following after her performance in New Moon. Millions of women around the world both love her and hate her for bagging Pattinson, but one thing is clear: they can't take their eyes off her.

Taylor Lautner: He dated Taylor Swift. He rarely wore a shirt. He was actually able to recruit girls away from Team Edward for Team Jacob, based on his bulked-up role in New Moon. Lautner has already signed on for two new movies and appears to have a huge career ahead of him.

Ashley Greene: The actress almost broke the Internet when naked photos of her were leaked online.

Nikki Reed: Probably the least known main star of the franchise. But she's dating Paris Latsis, Paris Hilton's ex, and has been involved in numerous THG Fashion Face-Offs.

Kellan Lutz: Has the best young body in Hollywood and wants to be the next Jason Bourne. Has been involved with 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord and... did we mention his body?
