Kelsey Grammer’s Wife Files For Divorce

Camille Grammer’s lawyer has filed a petition for divorce from her husband of 13 years, actor Kelsey Grammer. She is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their children. She is citing “irreconcilable differences” and is seeking spousal and child support.

It was just announced a few weeks ago that Camille will be a co-star on Bravo’s upcoming Beverly Hills franchise of The Real Housewives. I guess a bitter divorce from a famous actor will pull good ratings.

A rep for the couple released the following statement: “Kelsey and Camille value privacy. They understand that private lives sometimes get played out in public but ask on this occasion that their privacy — and the privacy of their children — be respected.”

Sad news. This is the third marriage that Kelsey has managed to screw up. Again..I have to quote Albert Einstein. The definition of insanity is repeatingthe same behavior but expecting different results. You would think after the second divorce Kelsey would be an expert on what works and what doesn’t. Since he is not..I’m going to assume that most the blame falls on his shoulders.

Dean McDermott In Hospital With Collapsed Lung

Tori Spelling is so going to kick Dean McDermott’s ass when he gets out of the hospital. If you’ve ever had the misfortune to watch the Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood reality show then you know how she feels about his bike racing. It’s a constant issue between the two. Tori always scared he is going to kill himself and leave her to raise two kids on her own..and the idiot nearly did.

Dean McDermott is in the intensive care unit of a Los Angeles-area hospital with a punctured and collapsed lung following a motorcycle accident. He was dirt bike riding with two friends on Tuesday when he crashed his bike. He is expected to make a full recovery.

His wife, Tori Spelling, was the first one called to the ER. “His friend called me and said he was in the ER,” she said. “He didn’t want to scare me, so he just said he had a crash and that they were X-raying him.”

Britney Spears Breaks Down In Front Of Paparazzi

At least this breakdown doesn’t involve anyone shaving their head, bashing in car windows or getting impromptu tattoos. But it did involve a lot of screaming and crying when she the paparazzi swarmed her on her daily trip to Starbucks.

I know she probably wants to feel like she is a normal person and wants to come and go like the rest of us, but she just can’t. She has like 18 assistants and lackeys that would be happy to make her daily ‘Bucks run. Hell, she could even afford to have a small Starbucks built into her home and keep a barista on staff full time.

There are ways around it. She just keeps putting herself in these situations and it’s hard to feel sorry for her anymore.

Britney Spears Accused of Child Abuse

Britney Spears is the subject of a new investigation following a former bodyguard's alleging that she abused her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

However, inside sources say that the troubled pop star and her management are not concerned over the claims made by Fernando Flores in the UK's Sun.

Flores says he told investigators that Spears beat one of her sons with a belt and fed them food they were allergic to which in turn made them violently ill.

He also claimed he had no choice but to resign from the job as a result of her “erratic” behavior (he said he was subject to Britney Spears nude come-ons).

Team BS says the child abuse allegations are ... well, BS.

“(Flores’ claims) are simply not true," says a Spears source. "There are always people around Britney, nannies and such. She is never alone with the boys."

"She would never have the opportunity to do something like that. She’s very loving of the kids. Neither she nor [manager] Larry Rudolph, are worried."

Another source, who previously worked with the starlet, agreed that Britney Spears is the target of a bitter former employee upset by the loss of his job.

“Britney may have been a little out of control sometimes but never would harm her babies, never in a million years would she hurt them,” said the insider.

Although the Department of Children and Family Services were regulars at Britney’s home years ago, she is now “totally clean” with the department.

Also, as of Wednesday, they were unaware of Flores’ request for investigation into the matter, despite the former bodyguard's claim that he told them.

Suspect as Britney Spears' parenting skills are, it's hard to give this credibility. Instead, let's focus on happier topics, like her new Candie's clothing line!

As their tumultuous and utterly predictable split continues to play out in public, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi will discuss it Monday on The Bachelorette.

The duo sat down with their former host-pimp Chris Harrison to talk about the split for the July 5 segment, and let's just say it's as ugly as it is contrived.

A sneak peek of the interview reveals no big Bachelorette spoilers - just dueling accusations and blaming one another for the demise of a fake relationship.

Asked why they made the breakup so public, Vienna said: "Either way, our relationship had been public. No matter how we broke up, this had to happen."

Right. There was no other option.

"The world was going to want to know," she said. "I know Jake and I knew as soon as we broke up he was going to run to a media outlet and tell his side. I just wanted to make sure I had a voice also. I haven't had a voice this entire time."

Jake responds ... well, presumably. The clip we have here doesn't show that part, but he reportedly gets so pissed at her that makes a fist at Vienna at one point.

Girardi's accusations are consistent with what she's been saying all along, though - that he's a fame whore who misled her. Dude doesn't even put out!

Source: Chris Brown Faked BET Awards Tears

Chris Brown defenders are not gonna like this one bit.

The singer received a lot of attention, both good and bad, for his tearful tribute to MJ at the BET Awards Sunday. As he sang "Man in the Mirror," Chris broke down.

The display of Brown channeling Michael Jackson and the lyrics hitting close to home united fans in support. Queen Latifah openly said Brown deserves forgiveness.

Yet an insider tells Us Weekly today that it was fake.

CROCODILE TEARS? The sincerity of Chris Brown's display is debatable.

Before he took the stage, a backstage source says one of Brown's bodyguards gave the singer tear-inducing eye drops: "He rubbed it in and he started crying."

Brown's rep denies it, telling Us that Brown simply "was moved by the opportunity to pay tribute to his idol." But the witness says Brown definitely used drops.

We may never know for sure, but it's not the biggest stretch in the world. Was Brown's tribute a blatant ploy for positive PR or a sincerely moving homage?

Mel Gibson Racist Tirade Against Oksana Grigorieva: Sickening and Caught on Tape

Mel Gibson told the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva, that she looks like "a f*king pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of ni**ers it will be your fault."

Seriously. He was caught on tape.

The always upstanding actor was secretly recorded by Oksana in the midst of their breakup and custody battle. The words "whore" and "c**t" were also used.

Sickening stuff, honestly.

The tapes were submitted by Oksana Grigorieva to the judge in the custody battle over their baby daughter, which has grown increasingly contentious lately.

Mel Gibson: Even more of a disgrace than thought!

They were recorded prior to May, when Mel and Oksana reached a custody deal - one that since fell apart, with her accusing him of being a deadbeat dad.

Oksana, who says she has incendiary emails she kept from Gibson, has also accused Mel of punching her in the face during a heated January altercation.

We'd like to believe that it's more complicated than this, that there are two sides to the story, that there's a chance Gibson is innocent of any wrongdoing.

We're not inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, however.

After all, this disgraceful human being once said, after being busted for DUI, "f**king Jews ... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

The professional celebrity posed alongside her fake doppleganger in Madame Tussauds today, following her blog entry that hyped the honor of receiving a wax statue in the iconic museum.

Kim says the feeling of standing next to yourself is "surreal."

Dean McDermott in Motorcycle Accident, Hospitalized with Punctured Lung

Dean McDermott is only famous because he's married to Tori Spelling and the couple exploits its cute children on a nauseating, utterly contrived reality show. It's rather disgusting.

Still, we wish no physical harm on McDermott, which is why we hope he recovers quickly from this week's dirt bike accident. As of this writing, he's in the intensive care unit of a California hospital with a punctured and collapsed lung.

"He's in a lot of pain," Spelling said, adding that her husband has finally concluded his adventurous hobby isn't worth such consequences. "He's taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life."

McDermott was taken to a Los Angeles hospital after crashing on Tuesday. He was bleeding severly at the scene, but was fortunately able to Tweet:

Thanks for the well wishes. A collapsed lung is no fun, and is a lengthy heal. Feeling pretty bad today. Day 2 is always the worst.

With Dean injured, we'll refrain from asking the obvious question here: Who on earth is following Dean McDermott on Twitter?!?!?

Because Tori and her man had often argued about his dirt biking riding, she relayed the exchanged they shared soon after she arrived by his hospital bed:

"When I first saw him he just softly said 'I'm so sorry.'" I just held his hand and cried. That's when he said, 'I'll never do this again. You and the kids mean everything to me.' "

The married pair has two kids: Liam 3; and Stella, 2.

In what would likely rival Real Housewives star LuAnn de Lesseps for worst musical offering of the year, Kate Gosselin is looking to add singer to her resume!

The reality star is reportedly itching to deliver a Christmas album chock full ofreligious-y tunes - with her eight adorable kids on backing vocals no less.

"Kate is pitching a CD of holiday songs sung by herself and her kids," a record exec says. "She sees herself as a modern day Maria from The Sound of Music."

Kristen Stewart to Twihards: Don't Murder Me!

We mean this with all due respect, but perhaps Kristen Stewart should quit acting. She really doesn't seem to enjoy the spotlight, does she?

Aside from making inappropriate comments (such as comparing the paparazzi to rapists, which she quickly apologized for), the actress comes across as painfullyawkward in interviews. It's refreshing, but it's also just strange.

Now, in an interview with British magazine Hello!, Stewart admits that she has serious fear of fame. Especially fame at the level she's achieved.

"I don't feel very comfortable on the red carpet," she said. "I look out there at a thousand people and I realize they could rush me and assassinate me. No security could protect me. Ostensibly they're fans, but I think about them turning on me."

Kristen says she "struggles to keep myself from crying" during public appearances and shows many signs of social anxiety disorder, a legitimate phobia that is triggered by perceived scrutiny from those around you.

There is good news for Stewart: at least she can go home and have Robert Pattinson hold her tightly every evening.

Andrew Garfield Named the New Spider-Man

Sony Pictures has found someone to follow in the webbed footsteps of Tobey Maguire.

Little-known actor Andrew Garfield has won the coveted role, as the franchise is looking for a reboot. It will take us back to a time long before Peter Parker gained his special abilities.

Garfield was born in Los Angeles, but raised in England. He appeared in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus and will co-star with Justin Timberlake in the upcoming Facebook-based film Social Network. He received a BAFTA in 2008 for his performance in Boy A.
