Bodyguard Group is on Team Oksana Grigorieva

The majority of THG poll respondents stand with Mel Gibson in his ongoing legal and custody battles with his controversial ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva.

We're guessing her bodyguards don't read THG. Their loss.

In any case, the men who are currently protecting her - all U.S. military veterans - are coming to her defense and making it clear they're on Team Oksana.

If you missed it, Oksana alleges he abused her and their eight-month-old daughter, Lucia, in January. Authorities are investigating but haven't charged Mel.

Many are skeptical, but bodyguards believe her. The Bodyguard Group, a referral service for veterans, just posted the following statement on its site:

"The Bodyguard Group has reviewed both versions of events and ALL of our members agree that ONLY Oksana is being 100% honest... We ask that everyone support Oksana and take a stand against all men who abuse women and children."

While it's unusual for bodyguards who don't normally take sides to be so vocal, the post adds, "We could not keep silent after the abuse Oksana suffered."

It is unclear if any bodyguards are the witnesses her attorneys claim saw Mel hit Oksana, but they seem fairly certain the actor was abusive in some way.

Bruce Jenner Defends Kendall Jenner Bikini Pics; New Modeling Photos Released

The rather mature statement Kendall Jenner released last week regarding her controversial bikini pictorial isn't enough for Bruce Jenner.

That former Olympian has spoken out himself in defense of his daughter, saying he doesn't understand why she received any flak at all for posing in a bathing suit.

"She wasn't showing anything that was inappropriate - you know, too much cleavage or anything like that," he sais. "They were just like hot shots ... I saw the pictures and I said, 'OK.' If that is what she wants to do - she wants to be a model - then more power to her."

Tiki Barber, Traci Lynn Johnson Go Public, Clarify "Skewed" Affair Rumors

Former NFL star Tiki Barber and Traci Lynn Johnson, now his official girlfriend, sat down with Entertainment Tonight to refute rumors about their affair.

Rumors, they say, which are skewed by perception. Or something.

Tiki is accused of leaving pregnant wife Ginny for the 23-year-old Johnson after 11 years together. But the former Today personality says it's not true.

"It's hard, because everything is so skewed by the coverage, and by the perception," the longtime New York Giants running back said on ET.

For her part, Traci Lynn Johnson added, "I just feel that now is the time to just make sure the rumors that were said are revealed as false."

Traci Lynn Johnson and Tiki Barber say they did nothing wrong.

Tiki and Traci say that despite claims that they dated for two years before being busted, they were only friends during his marriage. He says:

"We were only friends when I was still married. I was separated, out of my house so it wasn't until then that we took things to the next level."

Traci adds: "Tiki and I were romantically involved when he was separated, plenty of people who are separated have boyfriends and girlfriends."

Tiki hopes for a normal life for his four kids: "My goal is to not have the kids suffer because of the failings of mine and my soon to be ex-wife."

"I'm just a normal guy who had a job that people cared about, and maybe there is a standard to live up to that but it's a hard one, for anyone."

He didn't live up to Ginny Barber's standards, that's for sure.

Britney Spears Will Not Appear on Glee

The upcoming Britney Spears Glee tribute episode may have been the pop star’s management's

own idea, but the singer herself will not be appearing in it.

“Britney’s not in it,” Jane Lynch told reporters today at her wax figure unveiling at Madame Tussaud’s in Hollywood, Calif. “It’s a tribute to her music.”

Even though Spears herself will be absent from the episode, Lynch promises that tales from entertainer’s real life will be tied into the show’s storyline.

One of our all-time favorite tales, in fact.

“It’s kind of [about] how Matt [Morrison]‘s character Mr. Schuster doesn’t see any value in her and the kids really do,” she says. “And at the end [of the episode], he comes around and he likes [her music] so much, he shaves his head.”

Great moments in celebrity gossip - and soon, Glee.

Who would have guessed Britney shaving her head would one day inspire an episode of a Fox comedy about a glee club. You can't make this stuff up.

On the subjects of Spears and Glee, her ex Justin Timberlake has been rumored to appear on the series also ... and also isn't likely to actually do so.

“I love him,” the show’s co-creator Ryan Murphy, who also wrote the screenplay for Eat, Pray, Love, told reporters last week at TCA. “But I think somebody just said, ‘Do you want him?’ And I think Lea [Michele] said, ‘He’s my favorite.’"

"Suddenly, he was on the show.”

Too bad he won't be in person ... but there's always room for some *NSync adaptions, are we right? Actually no, let's say bye, bye bye to that idea.

Amy Poehler, Will Arnett Welcome Baby Son #2!

Amy Poehler and Will Arnett's family is growing fast.

The actress and comedian, whose Parks and Recreation quotes leave us howling every week, gave birth to the couple's second son Friday morning.

Abel James Arnett weighed in at 7 lbs., 13 oz., and joins older brother Archie, who was born in October 2008. Congratulations to the happy family!

"Amy, Will, Abel and Archie are all healthy and resting comfortably," says her rep.

Parenthood, Arnett raves, is "just the best. It's a human being that you're responsible for. Scary, but even in its scariest moments it's fantastic."

Amy and Will are parents to two sons now!

Poehler is nominated for an Emmy for her lead role on Parks. She's ready, too:

"I am going to have a baby a couple weeks before. I do it every year. I get my hair and nails done, I get a facial, I have a baby and then I go to the Emmys."

Indeed! Arnett is also up for an Emmy for his guest role on 30 Rock as Jack Donaghy's flamboyant nemesis, and can be heard in Despicable Me.

Snooki Reflects on Arrest, Vows to Calm Down

Having reflected upon her recent arrest for public drunkenness, Jersey Shore star Nicole Polizzi, a.k.a. Snooki, is downplaying it, but is still taking it seriously.

Her father's reaction to Snooki getting arrested has caused her to dial back her alcohol consumption. We don't believe that for one second, but here's hoping!

"I didn't hurt anybody – stuff like that happens in Jersey," she said. "I was in the drunk tank for a little bit, I had too many tequilas. What are you gonna do?"

Indeed.

Later in an interview with People, she expressed a bit of remorse: "My dad was very, very pissed," she revealed. "He's like, 'I didn't raise you like this.'"

"I just felt really bad, so I'm definitely going to stop drinking during the daytime. And now when I go out, I'm only going to have a couple drinks."

Snooki: A model citizen, making Poughkeepsie, N.Y., so proud.

She admitted she'd been drinking since about noon the day she passed out drunk, saying "It was a good wakeup call for me. I learned that I need to calm down with drinking. It definitely embarrassed my family and that's just not good."

We can't imagine this was the first time (this week's episode or virtually any Jersey Shore quote would have that effect), but that's beside the point.

Snooki also revealed that she doesn't really remember most of her arrest experience, and is nervous about her court appearance set for August 18.

"I'm scared to go because I feel like a criminal," she said. "I'm not a criminal. It's just a drunken mistake. Obviously I like to party. I like to have a good time but may be overdoing it a little. So right now I'm just watching myself."

"When I see 7-year-olds, they're like, 'Oh, I envy you.' I'm like, 'Why? You're seeing me party,'" she said. "'That's not something you should envy.'"

Seven-year-olds watch Jersey Shore? So troubling on so many levels.

Violet Kowal, Other Mel Gibson Mistress, Lawyers Up

Remember Violet Kowal? Mel Gibson's OTHER alleged mistress? No? Well, she wants to make sure she's not left out of the actor's recent saga - financially.

Kowal, a 39-year-old "fitness model" (some have referred to her as a porn actress) from Poland, has just retained the services of attorney Gloria Allred.

Back in May, we reported that Violet Kowal claimed she had an affair with Mel Gibson while Oksana Grigorieva was pregnant with their daughter Lucia.

If he were putting it to Violet while living with Oksana (while married to Robyn), that would add a new twist - if it's even true or he violated any laws.

It's unclear why Kowal needs legal representation at this point, but hey, it worked out for Rachel Uchitel fairly well. There's eight digits of motivation.

In case you haven't read any celebrity gossip for the past month or so, Mel and Oksana are engaged in a brutal legal and custody battle over Lucia.

The Mel Gibson tapes - in which he rants and berates her in the most foul way imaginable - and accusations of violence have dominated headlines.

Mel has personally been MIA lately and that's because he's on a family fishing trip with two of his sons, much to Oksana Grigorieva's consternation.

Oksana's laywers tried to schedule Gibson's deposition for the ongoing child custody battle in the middle of his trip. The court date has been delayed.

Her people think the delay is evidence that Mel is not committed to Lucia. TMZ reports Mel will be "front and center for his deposition in short order."
