Kristian Herzog: Oksana Grigorieva Bodyguard, Boyfriend, Tell-All Book Author?

Oksana Grigorieva's bodyguard Kristian Herzog says he's had a close relationship with her since May. Like, really close. Unprofessionally close. He's smashed that!

So he says, anyway, and while you can't trust anything connected with O.G. in any way really, the tell-all book he's writing about her should be an interesting read.

As she fights for custody and accuses her baby daddy of domestic violence, Herzog promises the book will blow the lid off the Mel Gibson case too. Why?

Herzog is claiming he has more than 1,000 text messages and emails in which he communicates with Oksana about the case - evidence (hello, Mel Gibson tapes!), witnesses, legal strategy, conflicts between the players, etc.

The bodyguard was recently ordered to stay away from Oksana and Mel's daughter, Lucia, because of a criminal record involving guns, so his credibility is shaky.

Still, he was with her 24/7 for some time and tells people close with the case he dated Oksana Grigorieva for months and still communicates with her daily.

He never signed a non-disclosure agreement, either, so game on!

Could Lindsay Lohan Spend a YEAR in Jail?

Elden Fox has a reputation as a fair justice, but one with limited or no patience for defendants if there is any inclination that one has violated his orders.

He's ordered Lindsay Lohan to appear in person at her hearing Friday, even though she's now in rehab and is not planning to dispute her failed drug test(s).

These two facts have Team Lindsay extremely concerned.

THE BELL TOLLS FRIDAY: Lindsay Lohan has reason to worry.

Sources say that after all she's pulled, Fox could sentence Lohan to a year behind bars when she appears for her probation violation hearing tomorrow.

Since she was already on probation when she failed the test that landed her back in rehab (after a few hours behind bars), he has enough legal leeway.

"Even though Judge Fox has said that any failed drug test would result in an automatic 30 days behind bars, he could go beyond that," a source said.

"Beyond that" could mean flat out terminating her probation.

If that happens, sentencing Lindsay to a year in jail is on the table. She would get credit for time served earlier this year and probably do 4-5 months.

This still seems unlikely, given the non-violent, mostly harmless nature of Lindsay's antics. But the law is the law, and a message may need to be sent.

The train wreck failed a drug test just three weeks after her release from UCLA Medical Center in August, which itself followed an early release from jail.

She appeared in court and was remanded to custody at Lynwood Correctional Facility. Her lawyer filed an appeal, however, and she was freed on bail.

Lindsay then voluntarily checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., where she’s been receiving counseling and treatment ever since.

"I think everyone would like to see her go back to rehab, but there’s an overwhelming feeling that something is going to happen to Lindsay," says a pal.

If she doesn’t go away for a long time, people fear the worst: "They’re reconciling with the fact that she could go to jail for a while ... people are scared.”

Judge Fox refused to meet with Lindsay’s lawyer before the hearing.

Kristen Stewart Speaks on Fake Pregnancy, Real Babies

Kristen Stewart is set to get pregnant. Kind of. Sort of. On screen, at least.

In Breaking Dawn, the actress will don a prosthetic belly and be involved in an intense birth scene, as she welcomes daughter Renesmee into the world.

“I’m incredibly pregnant in the first movie,” Stewart told The Los Angeles Times, adding of the prosthetic: “I’ve worn it.. It gets immense. It gets so massive at some point that it actually looks inhuman. Like it’s hurting her. There are striations of bruises.”

Last year, a ridiculous rumor said that Stewart herself was with child. Might this soon be the case? It doesn't sound that way.

"My best friend just had a baby. She's my age," said the 20-year old. "So I'm a godmom now, which is.... crazy... It's actually making me realize more that I have absolutely no idea. Like, I see that going on, and I'm like, 'Oh, my God.'"

That's the same reaction many girls have when they look at Kristen's boyfriend.

Dianna Agron Issues Apology for GQ Glee Photo Shoot

The Parents Television Council has compared them to pedophilia.

Katie Couric has said they don't "fit the Glee gestalt."

Now, cast member Dianna Agron has spoken out about the racy GQ photos that have created an uproar for her, stars Lea Michele and Cory Monteith and the show in general.

In a blog entry, the actress says she is speaking only for herself and "in perpetuating the type of images that evoke these kind of emotions, I am sorry." She goes on to write:

"If you are hurt or these photos make you uncomfortable, it was never our intention. And if your eight-year-old has a copy of our GQ cover in hand, again I am sorry. But I would have to ask, how on earth did it get there?"

"I understand that in today’s world of advanced technology, our kids can be subject to very adult material at the click of a button. But there are parental locks, and ways to get around this. I am twenty-four years old. I have been a pretty tame and easy-going girl my whole life. Nobody is perfect, and these photos do not represent who I am.

I am also not the girl who rolls out of bed with flawless makeup and couture clothing. I am most comfortable with my hair thrown on top of my head, in sweats, laughing with my friends. Glee is a show that represents the underdogs, which is a feeling I have embraced much of my own life, and to those viewers, the photos in GQ don’t give them that same feeling. I understand completely."

Bob Guccione, Founder of Penthouse, Passes Away at 79

Bob Guccione, the founder of Penthouse, passed away at his Texas home last night. He was 79.

Guccione became a billionaire by taking nudity to a raunchier level than his magazine's chief rival, Playboy. In 1982, he was included on the Forbes 400 list of the wealthiest people in the world. He was also a painter.

Throughout its history, Penthouse has been involved in a number of controversies.

It published nude photos of Vanessa Williams in 1988, costing her the Miss America crown. A year later, it featured stories on the sexual exploits of televangelist Jimmy Swaggart, toppling his ministry. It also introduced the world to Tila Tequila.

Guccione is survived by his wife, April, and four children.

JWoww Turns Down Playboy

JWoww of Jersey Shore will not be posing nude in Playboy after all. She will, however, continue posing nearly nude on every other conceivable occasion.

That's just how the girl rolls. Straight up filthy and proud of it.

The reality star, whose real name is Jenni Farley, had been rumored to be posing for Playboy for some time, but revealed that she turned down the offer.

Why turn down an easy $400,000 (!) for the naked pictorial?

QUEEN OF CLEAVE: JWoww won't get naked, though.

"There is a better opportunity out there, which everybody will probably see soon," JWoww said Wednesday on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show.

Perhaps it could be a Jersey Shore spinoff, although it's been rumored of late that MTV wants her out and to focus on a show featuring Snooki solo.

"We'd love to do one, but nothing's confirmed," she said, although she and Snooki are teaming up in another way: "We are moving in together!"

"That's a guarantee. [Snooki] is an awesome roommate. [We] lived together three times and not have any arguments ... we can make it work."

Over the past few weeks, we've expressed our disdain over the young Jenner siblings posing for a supermarket tabloid, and over 13-year old Ava Sambora walking down the runway.

"It was a totally special experience," Lopez told Us Weekly of the spread. "It's exactly why I'm excited to be a part of this. Now there are two Gucci spokesbabies for a beautiful cause!"

The details of the cause are as follows: in honor of the collection, the company donated $1 million to UNICEF's Schools for Africa initiative. We certainly can't take issue with that.

As for her children's fashion tastes?

“Emme picks out her own outfits and likes to sleep in her princess dress," Lopez says, adding: "It’s hard to get Max dressed. He prefers to run around the house with no clothes on."

Eight is Not Enough: Octomom Actually Shooting For 10 Kids

For a future welfare recipient, Nadya Suleman is a real overachiever.

Her physician testified this week that her initial goal when she met him in 1997 was to have 10 kids. She actually has 14 ... eight of whom are the same age.

Nadya told the fertility specialist that she “wanted a large family,” and was “very intelligent” and “knowledgeable” during that meeting. Looks can be deceiving.

OCTO-VAGINA: It's actually not a clown car.

Dr. Michael Kamrava is fighting back against allegations that he was grossly negligent in treatment of Nadya Suleman, who gave birth to octuplets in 2009.

The doctor said that after Nadya gave birth to her daughter in 2002, making six children at the time, the nut job returned asking “for more pregnancies.”

Kamrava revealed, “She wanted me to intentionally make twins.” He also claimed he “severely discouraged” her from getting more fertility treatments.

Then he implanted 12 embryos anyway. Say goodbye to that license, dawg.

Like her co-stars, Teen Mom star Maci Bookout has been through a lot. Here, she sets the record straight about Ryan Edwards, Kyle King and little baby Bentley.

The 19-year-old star of the MTV show recently talked with Radar Online about everything going on. Excerpts from her interview with the website below ...

Baby Bentley is priority #1 for Maci Bookout.

On moving to be closer to Kyle King: "I did it for two reasons: I wanted Kyle and I to be in the same place, and I wanted to be on my own and learn about myself and Bentley. Even if Kyle and I hadn't worked out it would be worth it."

On letting Bentley spend more time with his dad: "I want Bentley to spend time with his dad because he can learn so much from him. I also don't ever want him to grow up being like, 'I never got to spend time with my dad.'"

On whether there's a potential romantic future with Ryan Edwards: "No. There is a future with us as co-parents but not a future for us as a couple."

On why she and Kyle work: "Kyle and I are best friends and are there for each other. It's nice to know someone is there for you no matter what."

Maci is not back together with Ryan. Nor will she be.

On how she gets through the day: "It's actually easier for me when I have a lot to do. My routine is wake up, feed Bentley, play, school, come home, 30 minutes to relax, play dirt bikes and trucks, eat dinner, play, take a bath and sleep."

On marriage another baby: "Definitely want both, but not right now. I have been thinking I need to grow up, get married and have more kids and feel like I need to tomorrow, but then I realize I am only 19 years old."

On Teen Mom altering her perspective: "I don't know because I was 16 when this started and it feels like this has always been my life."

Beyond is Not Pregnant, Tina Knowles Swears

Rumors of a pregnant Beyonce are blowing up the web once again this week, but once again, it looks as though the baby talk was all a bit premature.

Sources seemingly confirmed that she and hubby Jay-Z were expecting, but just like last time (and the other 132 times) there's no child on the way.

Tina Knowles would know, and she told Ellen DeGeneres as much.

"I heard that, but I'm here to clear the rumors up," the elder Knowles said. "Truth is, it's not Beyonce that's pregnant. It's me... I'm kidding, y'all. I'm 56. No, it's not true."

"Not right now. With all the rumors by now I should have 5-6 grandchildren."

She'll just have to dote on Solange Knowles' offspring for now.
