Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, Fight, Faint, Party

We actually have something positive to say about this week's episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami: it was baby talk free!

As for what else went down on the most scripted show on television? We forced an intern to watch and to file the following report...

On this week’s installment, Kourtney is obsessive about getting her body back into pre-baby shape. Also, Khloe is back in Miami from LA.

Kourtney goes overboard in her mission. She has a shoot for Life & Style, who we all know has an exclusive deal with the Kardashians. She tells her stylist that she doesn’t want to be photoshopped because then it’s not realistic for other pregnant women to see.

Besides the fact that everything is photoshopped these days, it’s also unrealistic to for the average mom to be very rich with access to nannies, free clothes, trainers, etc.

We all know what happens next.

After all, when you are depriving yourself of food and overindulging in exercise you will lose your cool and possibly consciousness. Kourtney snaps at Scott and Khloe and then ends up fainting. She needs to be taken away in an ambulance to get hydrated.

By the way, how Patrick Bateman did Scott look in his outfit during that fight scene? Moreover, when Kourtney had the IV pulled out, she claims she “can’t look at that stuff.” I didn’t know Kourtney had any sort of gross out factor; after all she did pull her own baby out of her vagina on cable TV.

Meanwhile Khloe vowed that upon her return to Miami she would no longer be “whining Whitney” and would throw herself into being more helpful to Kourtney and Dash. She takes over the shop, babysits Mason, and is Kourtney’s biggest cheerleader.

She feels since the Dash ladies are working really hard, she should take them out for a night at Liv. People chug vodka from bottles and get dirty in the bathrooms. Shocking. Khloe claims she can’t party like that anymore now that she’s an old married lady. Yes, you can Khlo, but I’m into this new, mature outlook.

Truthfully, I’m usually a bigger Kourtney fan, but I fully take Khloe’s side on all of this. As a baby sister, I feel you!

She was trying to be helpful and Kourtney was crapping all over her. You know things are upside down when Scott and Khloe find themselves on the same side. Scott even has wisdom to share. And FYI Kourt, Khloe doesn’t have to tell you you look good because she’s your sister. If anything, sisters are always the most brutally honest!

Jon Bon Jovi: Living on a Prayer, Limping on a Stage

When the union went on strike, did Tommy give up?

When tips at the diner were sparse, did Gina throw in her apron?

No and no. Therefore, legendary rocker Jon Bon Jovi - inspired by the characters he created for the iconic single "Livin on a Prayer" - continued with his concert in New Jersey over the weekend, despite a serious leg injury sustained during the set.

Said a spokesperson afterward: "Jon Bon Jovi sustained a torn calf muscle. [He] made light of the injury and went on to close the show... The band ended the night together, thanking the capacity hometown crowd, and assisting Jon off the stage."

DeAnna Pappas: Engaged to Stephen Stagliano, Planning Shotgun Wedding?

DeAnna Pappas, the former star of The Bachelorette, is not only dating Stephen Stagliano, the brother of a former contestant on the show, they are engaged.

Supposedly. And planning to wed. Like soon.

DeAnna and Stephen, whose brother Michael pined for Jillian Harris on her season of The Bachelorette, were fixed up by his twin and his girlfriend, Holly Durst.

Holly was let go by Matt Grant when she was a contestant on The Bachelor, and also dated Jesse Csincsak, who got engaged to DeAnna on her season finale.

We know, it's really confusing.

As for DeAnna Pappas and Stephen Stagliano's wedding, it's supposedly imminent, although specifics aren't exactly available, courtesy of anonymous sources.

Take it with a grain of salt is all we're saying.

Hopefully, hosting her Lifetime series Get Married, where she offers wedding advice and tips to brides-to-be, will help prepare DeAnna for her own big day.

Oksana Grigorieva Denies Leaking Mel Gibson Tape

Mel Gibson is a vile, sexist, racist, hate-filled individual.

That said, the fact that his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva, was secretly recording him on the phone begs another set of questions.

Did she provoke the Mel Gibson rant that leaked to tabloids over the weekend? Is she responsible for the leak? Should she be held in contempt of court for it?

Oksana Grigorieva says she never meant for the nasty Mel Gibson tape to go public and has "no idea" who leaked it. Uhhh, so since she recorded it, who did?

Mel and Oksana are currently battling over custody of their eight-month-old daughter, Lucia. She accuses him of hitting her and even of making a gun threat.

Is Oksana Grigorieva trying to set Mel Gibson up?

Confronted by Pacific Coast News, Oksana did not have much to say about Mel, but insists she didn't want the tapes out there and she thinks "it's terrible."

Mel's side isn't buying her story, and his lawyers have already filed a contempt motion against Grigorieva because they believe she did in fact leak the tapes.

It's unclear what the consequences would be if they prove this, but attorneys for Gibson allege that Oksana is lying about him hitting her and is extorting him.

They say she recorded him in secret and wanted money for the tapes.

None of this changes that Mel's true colors - those of a boorish, despicable human being - were exposed on the tape. But it makes you question her motives.

Brangelina Will Get Married (Once the Kids Ask)!

Marriage is not happening for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

They've made this abundantly clear with their comments and inaction over the years ... but there's one thing that could change their minds. Well, six things.

"I think it would be hard to say no to the kids," Angelina said this morning on Good Morning America in an excerpt of an interview airing tonight on Nightline.

Not that we should hold our breath, as it 's not a huge priority for them, either. "They're not asking," Jolie says. "They are very aware that nothing's missing."

Marriage or not, Jolie, who stars in the new spy thriller Salt, touches on other aspects of her family in the interview, including whether it will get any larger.

Sounds like Brangelina is torn about the issue.

"We always have this thing, first thing in the morning, where we're really, really tired, and we look at each other and we wonder, Are we ever going to get sleep?" the Salt actress says. "And yet we still love the idea of having more children."

Offering a glimpse into their daily routine, Jolie says she's better at disciplining girls, while Pitt is better at disciplining the boys. "I think girls and Daddy can just bat their eyes," she says. "And the boys, funnily enough, can kind of get me."

Asked if she and Brad will grow old together, Angelina doesn't hesitate: "Of course ... We wouldn't have six children if we weren't absolutely sure of that."

She also describes the pandemonium of ordinary events such as breakfast: "We're like bartenders. We're like waiters," she says of herself and her partner.

"But we still, I think, are able to do it because we manage to have a great laugh. We do it together, and we find fun in it, and because of that, it doesn't matter if you don't get enough sleep. It's an honor to take care of them."

Edward Norton Booted from The Avengers Due to Lack of "Creativity and Collaborative Spirit"

Edward Norton is an Oscar-nominated actor.

But that bullet point on his resume wasn't enough to help the star keep his most recent job, as Norton has been booted fron the upcoming big screen adaption of The Avengers.

The May 2012 movie will bring together Marvel comic book heroes such as Captain America and Iron Man. It will star Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson and more - but will NOT include Norton in the role of Bruce Banner.

The studio explained why in this harsh statement:

"We have made the decision to not bring Ed Norton back to portray the title role of Bruce Banner in the Avengers.

"Our decision is definitely not one based on monetary factors, but instead rooted in the need for an actor who embodies the creativity and collaborative spirit of our other talented cast members. The Avengers demands players who thrive working as part of an ensemble... We are looking to announce a name actor who fulfills these requirements, and is passionate about the iconic role in the coming weeks."

Snaps, yo! Replied a rep for Norton:

"This offensive statement from Kevin Feige at Marvel is a purposefully misleading, inappropriate attempt to paint our client in a negative light... This seemed to us to be a financial decision but, whatever the case, it is completely their prerogative, and we accepted their decision with no hard feelings."

Norton starred in a 2008 remake of The Hulk that was panned by critics and bombed at the box office.

Vienna Girardi: Sexy, Single, Stepping Out

Jake Pavelka who?

She claims all she wanted to do was move home to Florida and get out of the spotlight, but a newly-single Vienna Girardi hit the town Saturday in Hollywood.

"I"m moving on with my life and I'm not looking back," a smiling Vienna told Radar Online at the Carrera Sunglasses Escape event at the Chateau Marmont.

With a positive attitude and without that stiff she used to be engaged to, she said "I'm really excited about just living on my own and being happy again."

Surrounded by friends, as well as some other celebrities like Nicole Richie, Vienna Girardi certainly looked pretty in a white tank top and skinny black jeans.

No word if her sex emails to Lee Smith have led to a reconciliation, but she's landed a marketing job at Biolustre and is enthusiastic about the opportunity.

"It's fantastic, I'm really enjoying everything I get to do," she says ... and certainly couldn't have said the same during her engagement to Jake. ZING!

Christina Milian, The-Dream End The-Marriage

Christina Milian and The-Dream have decided to separate.

Dream, a.k.a. Terius Nash, confirmed the split via his rep, who confirms he "is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful."

"The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward," the rep said in a statement.

Late 2009? They got married in late 2009! Way to give it your best guys!

THE-END: One baby and not even one year later, it's over.

The split confirmation comes after racy photos surfaced of The-Dream creepin' on random hoes, one of whom is his assistant of about a year, Melissa Santiago.

The producer and singer proposed to Christina Milian in July 2009. They eloped in September in Las Vegas, and said "I Do" a second time in Rome in December.

Milian gave birth to daughter Violet in February, and all seemed well at the time. The-Dream has three children from a previous marriage to singer Nivea.

Sad that it didn't work out. Here's wishing the couple the best in this difficult time.

Tila Tequila Given the Boot from Celebrity Rehab

Tila Tequila has exploited the death of Casey Johnson for personal gain; stripped down for the camera; and even faked a suicide attempt.

But she may have finally hit rock bottom with the following news:

Tila will NOT be taking part in the next edition of Celebrity Rehab.

The reality star had blogged about her inclusion on this VH1 series in May, saying she'd finally agreed to get treatment for her addiction to Ambien. But when Radar Online asked her rep if Tequila would be a cast member on the show, he simply replied: "No."

Seriously, what does it take to get booted from Celebrity Rehab?!? Dr. Drew Pinsky lives to profit off the troubles of Z-list stars.

Reports say the show is still scheduled to begin filming this month. Only Jason Wahler and Jeremy London are on board, though sources say the network is trying to sign up former tennis star Jennifer Capriati.

If it really wants to set a ratings record, there's an obvious candidate in need of MAJOR help: Mel Gibson.

Jesse James Alleges Death Threat From Ex-Wife

The chilling Mel Gibson tape, in which he berates ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is apparently not the only celebrity death threat alleged this afternoon.

Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, threatened to kill him in the past, according to what his lawyer just told the judge in their nasty custody battle.

Fighting for custody of daughter Sunny, James personally has been testifying on the stand this morning, but hasn't mentioned the allegation ... so far.

The motorcycle guru bought a house in Austin, Texas, and wants to take Sunny there so she can be closer to his most recent ex-wife, Sandra Bullock.

Ex-wife #2 is far from pleased about that proposed plan.

At least Jesse James and Sandra Bullock split amicably and quietly. He and his prior ex-wife are at each other's throats in court, and it's getting uglier every day.

Over nearly five years of marriage, Bullock developed a close relationship with Sunny and his two older kids before his cheating led to their divorce.

Lindemulder, who just got out of a halfway house and can't leave the state of California, filed documents trying to stop the planned move by James.

Janine says the Sandra Bullock excuse doesn't hold water because if she really cared about Jesse's children ... she would have stayed in California.

We'll see what a judge has to say about that, but we know James has alleged on many previous occasions that unstable Janine is a threat to Sunny.

A big enough threat to bar her from all contact? Stay tuned.

Should Casey James Be the Next Bachelor?

He came in third on season nine of American Idol.

But Casey James might wanna finish first in the heart of a reality show contestant, he admits, recently expressing an interest in The Bachelor.

After everyone's favorite host/pimp, Chris Harrison, ran into James at a party last month, he told the singer that he'd perfect for the ABC series. Responded James to OK! Weekly:

“I’ll try anything once. I’m always up for a new experience.”

Plenty of room under these arms, ladies!

James is busy with the American Idol tour right now, but you can imagine his reaction when pitched the idea of 25 women competing for his attention: “Oh, God, that sounds horrible!” he joked, adding: “Sign me up!”

When Casey first auditioned for the Fox competition, Kara DioGuardi openly swooned over him and made James take off his shirt. He's been considered a singing stud ever since.

If James doesn't take on the role, the next Bachelor will likely be one of Ali's castoffs from this season: Chris, Roberto, Kirk or Frank. Either way, desperate women will sign up for the show and ABC producers will script every event that takes place on it.

Mel Gibson Threatens to Kill Oksana Grigorieva, Admits Beating Her in Terrifying New Tape

The tape of Mel Gibson's racist, misogynistic tirade leaked a few days ago already proved what a disturbed guy he is, but we held out hope that at least Oksana Grigorieva's claim of him physically assaulting her was not true.

Not only is it true, he threatened to do it again ... and worse.

In a new eight-minute audiotape so vulgar and shocking it defies comprehension, Mel admits to hitting Oksana, says she deserved it and threatens her further.

This recording makes the previous Mel Gibson rant look tame.

Mel’s deeply disturbing remarks on the tape, which you can listen to after the jump (it is extremely upsetting) could be a powerful piece of evidence against the star in the criminal investigation that is being conducted by the authorities.

Mel Gibson needs serious help. Now.

Rambling and so enraged that he's gasping for breath, Mel pants heavily in between vile insults on the tape, at times nearly incapable of speaking. It's not an exaggeration to call this the most bizarre, infamous celebrity meltdown in history.

Equally strange? That Oksana remains perfectly calm throughout, presumably because she's taping it. Not that Mel's conduct is in any way justified, but there are no words capable of describing this ... no one should ever be THAT worked up.

What could have happened to trigger this kind of rage?

In any case, the tape, if legitimate, which it certainly appears to be after we've listened to it twice, the tape is not only big trouble for Gibson in the domestic violence investigation, but for his career prospects. It's that bad.
