Does Vienna Girardi Have a Secret Boyfriend?

After an emotional episode of The Bachelor Monday, Jake Pavelka has narrowed his list of aspiring wives from 25 to two: Tenley Molzahn and Vienna Girardi.

But has he already made up his mind - and is it the wrong choice? According to reports, one of the final two has a second guy on her mind back home.

Guess what? It's not Tenley!

Lee Smith, the ex-boyfriend of Vienna Girardi back home in Florida, is very much still in the picture with ditzy one, the new issue of Us Weekly proclaims.

"She wants to get back together with him," a source says, noting that Vienna remains "head over heels" for Smith, to perhaps rather unhealthy extremes.

MISTAKE BY THE JAKE: Pavelka is asking for it by picking Vienna Girardi, which he reportedly does for reasons unknown. Lunacy, perhaps. Or her bubbly charm.

When The Bachelor wrapped production, Vienna rushed home to reunite with Smith, only to find he had taken up with local waitress Cassie Chamberlain.

"[Vienna] got so angry, she walked right into the house and to the bedroom," a source reveals, claiming Vienna "physically threatened" her and Smith.

The couple "woke up to see Vienna standing at the foot of the bed holding a wine bottle, like she was going to hit them with it." Better run for it, Jake!

THG NOTE: This is different than her ex-husband, who claims Vienna cheated on him while he was in Iraq and took all his money to pay for a boob job.

Okay, so if she was so in love, why would Girardi participate on The Bachelor? "To be famous," the source says. "She never thought she'd make it so far."

Tiger Woods: Spotted Running!

After nearly three months of rumors, speculation and salacious gossip, the first actual, visual Tiger Woods sighting since Thanksgiving night has been recorded.

Dude went jogging in Florida yesterday. Big news, we know!

Wearing a black cap, Nike shirt and gray shorts, the world's #1 golfer, who had not been seen since wrecking his car November 27, was running with his trainer.

A source says the photo of Woods was taken "with his consent."

The new image surfaced just hours after his agent announced Tiger Woods' press conference coming up Friday, in which he will finally break his silence.

Tiger Woods jogging. This is front-page news.

Having been outed as a sleaze with at least a dozen mistresses, Woods "will be speaking to a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates" tomorrow.

"While Tiger feels that what happened is fundamentally a matter between him and [Elin Woods], he also recognizes that he has hurt and let down many other people who were close to him," the statement says. "He also let down his fans."

"He wants to begin the process of making amends."

Although the press conference will not be an "open media event," arrangements are supposedly being made to "pool" the athlete's remarks to the wider media.

He will not answer questions tomorrow. No word if wife Elin will be on hand, or if Rachel Uchitel will be there covering the event as a correspondent for Extra.

American Idol rounded out its top 24 last night, which was great news for two dozen aspiring singers - but bad news for Chris Golightly.

One of the first names to get leaked as a season nine semifinalist, Golightly was disqualified at the last minute due to a contract he had signed with a boy band. There's controversy brewing over whether it's still valid, but Ryan Seacrest Tweeted last night:

Kellan Lutz has every reason to be proud of his body. Seriously, look at that thing.

When Lisa Rinna is calling you out on plastic surgery, that's like ... we don't even know what. But it says a lot about the new, "improved" Heidi Montag.

Rather than being able to relate, the actress, who has had Juvederm fillers, Botox, lip-plumping, breast implants and more, thinks Heidi went too far.

In fact, she refuses to allow Heidi Montag plastic surgery photos inside her home, where her daughters, Delilah, 11, and Amelia, 8, could see them.

"I will tell you, I had to take that cover off the magazine before it came in the house," she says of People magazine, which touted Montag's surgery.

"We have two girls. I don’t think it is something you want to bring in and say, 'Oh, look.'" What they say when they see their mom is another story.

Bristol Palin to Levi Johnston: Cough it Up, Liar!

Levi Johnston recently offered a classic defense of his deadbeat dad status, essentially claiming he is a mere deadbeat - he's got no cash to pay child support.

You need to have money and be withholding it to be a deadbeat dad, after all, and he says that's not so. Baby mama Bristol Palin, however, is not buying it.

Taking time away from calling out Family Guy on Facebook, Bristol has subpoenaed CNN, Playgirl and others to prove Levi is a liar earning more than he says.

A lawyer for Sarah Palin's daughter is scoffing at legal documents filed by Team Levi, which claim the teen he earned a mere pittance over the last few years.

Thus, he cannot pay the $1,688.42 a month in child support Bristol Palin seeks. We doubt that, and so does Bristol, who's calling his bluff in a court of law.

The gloves are coming off in this hilarious family feud.

Palin's lawyer issued subpoenas today to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and The National Enquirer to discern how much they paid.

What Team Bristol believes is a smoking gun is Johnston's dubious claim in a court declaration that he made no more than $10,000 a year prior to last year, 2009.

But in the new docs, Palin's lawyer attached Levi's pay stub from 2008, showing that he raked in $18,594.50 from one employer - a construction company in Alaska.

If he lied about that, imagine what he's lying about regarding the half-dozen celebrity gossip programs and publications listed above. Clearly they paid him a little.

Also, come on. Playgirl is no Playboy, but those Levi Johnston nude photo spreads were big sellers! Surely he got a big ass advance or some royalties, right?

Report: Ex-Boyfriend of Vienna Girardi Arrested For Stalking Her

Vienna Girardi is one of two women left on The Bachelor. As she battles with Tenley Molzahn for the final rose, America learns one shady thing about her after another.

Yesterday, we reported that The Bachelor bad girl was involved with a secret boyfriend before, during and since returning home from taping the ABC non-reality show.

While Vienna Girardi has been accused of stalking her ex, Brian Lee Smith, he personally was arrested in October of last year for trespassing at her parents' home.

Smith was arrested oshortly before Vienna left to film The Bachelor. A Girardi source says the two are over, and Smith was refusing to let go of their relationship.

Vienna Girardi's ex: Even crazier than she is!

Vienna has been accused of not leaving Smith and his new girlfriend alone since she returned home from taping The Bachelor. But a source close to her says, on the contrary, that Vienna has not seen Brian since he was arrested in her yard.

The source claims that Smith simply could not accept they were over and was even banging on the front door at Vienna's parents house the night he was arrested.

As for Vienna's take on the drama? "She's pretty much over it,” the source said.

The friend claims that when Vienna found out in the summer of 2009 that she was going to be a contestant on The Bachelor, she decided to break up with Smith.

Lynn Timberlake: Jessica Biel is Part of the Family

It was a family affair at Justin Timberlake's William Rast fashion show as his parents, Lynn and Paul, sat in the front row next to his girlfriend Jessica Biel.

Biel, Lynn says, is "one of us." That should quiet any breakup rumors!

"She's amazing. She's so down-to-earth and her family is great," says Lynn, adding that Justin and Jess click. "They're both very funny and creative."

During the show, which was sponsored by Sony, Biel often leaned over to whisper to a friend in the seat next to her about the many different looks.

Elin Woods' Painful Choice: Will She Leave Tiger?

She recently rejected his overture at moving back in after a tumultuous cheating scandal shattered their marriage, but Elin Woods hasn't changed the locks.

Tiger Woods may not be living in the Windermere, Fla., home he technically shares with her, but he has been visiting there. Is a full reconciliation to come?

No word on how long the open-door policy has been in place, but "as of this week," Woods has been coming and going regularly. Will she take him back?

Bethenny Frankel vs. Jill Zarin: Coming to The Real Housewives of New York City

You won't believe this, but a lot of drama is coming to The Real Housewives of New York City.

When the third season of the Bravo hit premieres on March 4, it will center on a feud between Jill Zarin and Bethenny Frankel.

"This is the angriest season yet," Zarin shared with Life & Style. "There's a lot of hurt, a lot of pain."

What are those feelings based on? Sources say that Jill is pissed with Bethenny because the script calls for it she wasn't there for Jill when the latter's husband, Bobby, was diagnosed with cancer over the summer.

"It was a difficult time for me and my family, and the loss of Bethenny's friendship tore me apart," Jill confirmed.

Frankel agrees that the season ahead is "brutal," but "I don't have any hard feelings about anybody. She adds:

"I'm too happy. I have too much to be happy about to worry about what's going on with other people."

Chris Brown: Ridin' Dirty ... Enough?

One year after beating the crap out of Rihanna, Chris Brown has been rebuilding his image and career, belting out hits on Graffiti, attending Fashion Week, etc.

But the Rihanna case lingers. Brown will face an L.A. judge today to determine if he is doing enough to satisfy his probation on his felony assault conviction.

Judge Patricia Schnegg has been skeptical about the type of community service Brown has been performing in Virginia - and whether it's been true hard labor.

Chris' sentence actually called for hundreds of hours of community labor, not just service - meaning he has to be poundin' the pavement (not just Keri Hilson).

Will Chris Brown be all smiles in a couple of hours?

Brown and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will go before Schnegg today with a list showing Chris got plenty dirty performing community service on Virginia roads.

Hopefully for his sake, Mark makes a compelling case. Otherwise his relatively light sentence for an assault case could become a whole lot heavier in a hurry.

Tiger Woods Statement: Leaked, Likely Bogus

A copy of the alleged statement Tiger Woods will deliver Friday at his comeback news conference has been leaked, although its authenticity is highly questionable.

Among its claims? That "things have not worked out" between Woods and wife Elin Nordegren and that they will separate. Another part of Tiger's alleged statement:

"There is no one to blame but me for the mess I have put my wife and family through." After careful deliberation with his spouse, "we have decided to live apart."

Baloney, right? Tiger's reps reportedly say it's not legit, and we believe 'em. Many more things about the so-called Tiger Woods statement don't add up than do.

While Elin Woods' decision on whether to leave Tiger is still up in the air, and we would not be all that surprised if she did, why would Woods get into it here?

Moreover, Woods mentions his custody arrangement and barely talks at all about his return to golf (supposedly at the Masters) in these very brief remarks.

Fishy.

Scott Disick Tries to Mend Relationship with Kris Jenner

Appearing today on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Scott Disick aimed to clear up a few misconceptions about him. Namely, that he isn't the Boyfriend from Hell.

He wants Kris Jenner to know that because Kourtney Kardashian's mother is full of "anger at all times" when the pair talk, he told Ryan. But there's hope for the relationship!

"Honestly, deep down, I think we both love each other a little bit, and I think that will come to the surface in due time. We already are getting along better these days," Scott said.

Disick told the American Idol host that Jenner constantly compares him to Reggie Bush and Lamar Odom, the football and basketball stars that are doing Kim and Khloe Kardashian, respectively.

"Kris thinks that if you're an athlete you tend to be a better person, when that's not always the case," Disick said.

In a new interview with Parade magazine, Elton John says he doesn't wish to be famous. How come?
