Amy Winehouse Charged with Assault (Again)

Amy Winehouse was formally charged with assault earlier today in connection with the recent brouhaha she started at a local theater. Anyone surprised?

The 26-going-on-56-year-old soul diva was arrested after she turned herself in at a police station with her lawyer, a Thames Valley Police official said.

She was charged with a public order offense and common assault under the name Amy Civil, following her Saturday melee at Milton Keynes Theater.

Winehouse was granted a divorce from her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, in July, and is therefore not technically named Amy Civil ... if she ever was.

Anyway ...

One never knows what to expect from this nut job.

She is free on bail and must appear in court on January 20. Police did not provide details on the incident, but British media have had a field day with it.

The Sun reported that the singer allegedly heckled the cast, struggled with a member of the staff, bled on some actors and attacked the manager.

Winehouse is no stranger to roughhousing. She acquitted earlier this year of assaulting a fan who asked for a picture (aptly-named Sherene Flash).

A judge said he could not be sure if she lashed out at the woman deliberately, though police said Amy Winehouse was drunk when she punched her.

Miley Cyrus Has a Fast Food Fetish

Miley Cyrus adores many things: attention, country music, Liam Hemsworth, cheering on her ass-slapping young sister.

But a fascinating new report in Life & Style focuses on Miley's one, true love: fast food.

Despite staying at a five-star hotel in Ireland last week, the singer apparently only had a craving for certain high-calorie items:

"She sent out for... cheese fries and seven burgers," a source said. "She had two Double Takes with double the meat, two Atomic Burgers with chili and jalapeños, two Cheeez Please Burgers and a classic burger with secret sauce."

And how did she wash all this down? "With an Oreo shake," the insider confirms.

Cyrus' binge didn't end there: reportedly, a local burger joint, Eddie Rocket's, placed a staffer on call in case the star wanted more.

If these reports are true, we have two reactions:

1. Did Life & Style really spend money to find out what food Miley Cyrus likes to eat?
2. Way to go, Miles! We'd much rather see a celebrity remain true to herself and her diet than shill for some unhealthy weight loss supplement and shrink down to the size of a skeleton as a result.

Kate Gosselin Talk Show: Not Happening

In turns out Kate Gosselin, who had her sights set on a talk show career, is not going to be part of a new show that she shot a pilot for, according to reports.

The reason? Executives thought she was too controversial.

In September, Kate was one of several hosts for a Momlogic TV pilot. The show was described as The View for working moms, but it may not even happen.

With multiple hosts (Kate, Paula Deen, Lee Woodruff, others), the show was designed to tackle topics such as teenage pregnancy as well as lighter fare.

TV execs passed on Kate Gosselin. This time around.

Executives believed Kate was too controversial for the show, however, and didn’t think she was ready for a full-time hosting job, even as part of a panel.

Deen was being pushed as the show’s star, even in the multi-host format, and there was some concern that Kate Gosselin’s notoriety was upsetting her.

The decision to drop Kate doesn’t mean no more Kate on TV, however. She will be back on TLC in the spring with a new show, which is in development.

TLC says it is "fully committed" to Kate’s new show, even as it works to finish developing its concept. At the same time, it's working to finish Jon Gosselin.

It will be difficult to top the excitement over yesterday's featured Robert Pattinson photo:

The first official image from Eclipse, which featured Pattinson's Edward and Kristen Stewart's Bella in a meadow, was released.

Still the pictures below are pretty exciting. They feature Pattinson in a new role, as a character named Tyler from the upcoming film Remember Me. The movie co-stars Pierce Brosnan and Emilie de Ravin.

While Rob and Emilie were rumored to get close during the shoot, and while they look cozy below, Stewart has nothing to worry about. All indications point to a healthy relationship between her and her Twilight Saga co-star.

The disgraced golfer's whereabouts have become an even greater mystery than what his final tally of mistresses will reach when all is said and done.

Showing the type of discretion that helped him get away with countless affairs (well, until he wrecked his car), Tiger has been AWOL for weeks now.

Seriously. No photos. No sightings. Nothing.

Despite reports of him setting sail to the Bahamas with pals, Tiger Woods' yacht, named Privacy, has actually never left its marina in Palm Beach, Fla.

That sucker is still docked.

Tiger Woods' whereabouts - and next move - are unknown.

So where the heck is Tiger? Chasing this new chick? Golfing by himself? In sex rehab? Still hooking up with Rachel Uchitel on a different, secret boat?

He has not been seen in public since the day after Thanksgiving, when he crashed his SUV outside his home in Windermere, Fla., and the cops came.

Tiger is rumored to be dealing with his sex scandal with intense marriage counseling with wife Elin, followed by late-night golfing sessions, sources say.

We'd believe it.

From all accounts, the fallen star doesn't want to throw in the towel on his marriage, despite the seemingly impossible odds of a reconcilation with Elin.

Whether he can actually pull it off - and where and when he decides to surface publicly from wherever he is right now - is anyone's guess, however.

Liam Hemsworth Fight: Caught on Camera!

In order to date Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth had to fight off the competition.

He dropped Nick Jonas with a figurative right hook and knocked out Justin Gaston with a pretend uppercut.

But the actor and his brother Chris were involved in a real brawl a few months ago, reports TMZ, and the punch-packing siblings were actually caught on camera!

Following an event in Hollywood, Liam (in the striped shirt) and Chris reportedly got into it with some random guy outside a restaurant. Words were exchanged, following by fisticuffs, as the following pictures depict:

Ryan Seacrest turns 35 today.

On one hand, we wanna wish the American Idol host a very happy birthday and tell him to celebrate it in a safe, responsible manner.

On the other hand, we wanna strangle him until almost no life remains because he's responsible for hoisting Keeping Up with the Kardashians on the world. Seacrest serves as executive producer on that "reality" show.

Eerie Brittany Murphy DVD Cover Nixed

In an ironic and tragic example of life imitating art, the late Brittany Murphy's character in the horror film Deadline appears lying lifeless in her bathtub.

The actress' sudden death on Sunday, when she was found in the bathroom and could not be revived, sent the DVD rental company Redbox scrambling.

For obvious reasons, efforts to remove this particularly disturbing image from the DVD cover and other promotional materials are underway nationwide ...

Brittany Murphy stars in the horror film Deadline.

Murphy collapsed in the bathroom Sunday morning and, after unsuccessful attempts by family and paramedics to revive her, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Suddenly, the DVD cover seemed a lot less appropriate.

"We are removing the box art images from our displays," Redbox spokeswoman Laura Dihel said. "We will continue to carry her film, but not featuring the box art."

Single Brody Jenner Pines For ... Doug Reinhardt

Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole just split. But it's a bro he misses most.

According to reports, Brody is more upset about his "breakup" with former best friend Doug Reinhardt than his Playmate of the Year girlfriend of nearly 15 months.

Last night, Brody was at Guys & Dolls in W. Hollywood with a new girl on his arm, but looked sad when he didn’t interact with his former pal, who was also there.

“Brody arrived at 11:15 with two guy friends,” a witness at Guys & Dolls said. “He was joined less than 30 minutes later by a blonde, very attractive woman.”

“She was with him most of the night. It was clear this wasn’t their first meeting,” the source said, but Brody, who endured a similar falling out with former BFF Spencer Pratt, had (platonic) eyes for someone else entirely: Doug Reinhardt.

Doug, along with his notorious girlfriend Paris Hilton, had their own table and were joined by about 10 friends - none of whom was The Hills star - witnesses say.

“Everyone stayed until close ... Brody left hand-in-hand with the blond.”

Well, that's good at least.

Brody Jenner recently said he hasn’t seen much of his baseball bud since Doug reconciled with the ho-tel heiress/socialite and insists their friendship is over.

“We used to be best friends, now I never see him. Some people just get so involved in relationships they lose their friends," he lamented. "Partners come and go, but friends are there for you always. I’m done. Paris has taken him away.”

Tila Tequila: Not Exactly Pregnant

You won't believe this, but Tila Tequila recently wrote something on Twitter that wasn't true. We'll give you a few moments to get over the shock...

Earlier this week, the troubled reality star said she had agreed to be a surrogate mom for her brother and typed the words: "I'm pregnant."

Now, however, she tells Life & Style that she's isn't exactly knocked up, but:

"I'm about to be. When I tweeted that, I figured there's not enough space in the 140 characters. [I meant] I'm going to give him a Christmas present that's going to change his life."

You might be better served just going with a PlayStation 3, Tila.

Tequila says she plans on getting impregnated and then handing the child off to her sibling.

"I don't have time to take care of a real baby of my own," she said. "I feel I am very ready to experience the whole pregnancy process, but without having to actually have the baby as mine."

If Tila actually goes through with this, it will certainly be a kind, warm-hearted gesture. But she'll forgive us if we're skeptical.

In June, she Tweeted about another pregnancy, only to delete the post and take everything back days later.

Jon Gosselin: On Suicide Watch?!?

He's officially divorced.

He owes a lot in child support payments.

His most recent girlfriend wants nothing to do with him.

For all these reasons and more, Jon Gosselin is having a holiday season to forget. According to The National Enquirer, this is exactly what he may be trying to do... forever.

“Jon appears to be at the end of his rope. He feels that he has nothing left to live for,” a friend told the tabloid. “Jon feels betrayed by anyone he’s ever trusted. He’s drowning in a sea of debt, yet he blames everyone except himself for his problems."

That anger is allegedly directed at TLC, the network that made Gosselin all his money in the first place.

“Jon says TLC is still preventing him from pursuing other high-paying offers as a ‘vendetta’ for pulling the plug on Jon & Kate Plus 8. He claims they’re out to ruin him,” the insider said.

The unemployed douchebag owes $90,000 to Hailey Glassman, along with $13,000 per month in child support to Kate Gosselin. His anonymous pal says Jon may soon get evicted from his NYC apartment.

If that happens, it will at least give him more time to stalk Hailey and new boyfriend Damon Feldman. There's something to live for, Jon!

Vanessa Hudgens Files Lawsuit to Remove Nude Photos from Website

Vanessa Hudgens might have a nice body, but the actress wants to keep it to herself. And Zac Efron, of course.

The actress is suing the owners of www.moejackson.com because the website has posted her most recent nude photos - described in the suit as "self-portrait photographs" - and has refused to take them down.

"The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent," reads the lawsuit's documents.

Oddly, TMZ reports Hudgens has registered the naked pics with the U.S. Copyright Office. Her lawyers are seeking monetary compensation for damages from Butter Media, the company that owns the domain.

We're all for justice, Vanessa, but you do realize this lawsuit will draw attention to your naked pictures on that website, don't you? Perhaps that's your Christmas present to young male fans around the world.

Teresa Heinz Diagnosed with Breast Cancer

Teresa Heinz, the wife of Senator John Kerry, has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

In light of the controversial new guidelines from the U.S. Preventative Service Task Force - which advise women under 50 to actually NOT undergo mammograms - Heinz wrote in to The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette today:

"The cancer was detected at an early stage thanks to a mammogram and the work of a remarkable physician who insisted on investigating beyond what the mammogram could show. I have had two operations and my prognosis for a full recovery is good.

"As any woman can attest, mammograms can be nerve racking. And as the government's task force pointed out, they can produce misleading results and anxiety. But Ive' been personally reminded that they can also produce something else: a lifesaving early diagnosis."

Adam Senn and Lindsay Lohan are heating up for the holidays.

In related news, The City star has felt a burning sensation when he pees these days.

Lindsay's new boy toy accompanied her to Ali Lohan's 16th birthday party this week.

Once there, "he had his arm around her, was kissing her and stuck by her side,” a source said. “She was glowing. She loves the attention she's getting from Adam and looked extremely pleased with herself for landing Adam — she had a giant smile on her face!"

Witnesses also claim that Ali and mother Dina got into a huge, public fight. But that's par for this troubled family's course.

Adam Senn is totally tapping Samantha Ronson's sloppy seconds and Aaron Carter's sloppy 417ths.

As for Lohan and Senn?

"Adam and Lindsay took smoke breaks together away from the family and he was a total gentleman, holding the door open for her and letting her back walk into the restaurant before him,” the source added.

“Eventually everyone left and Adam and Lindsay stayed behind to spend some quiet time together. They were there until well after midnight, just the two of them. They are definitely having a good time together... she's spending a lot more time in New York than she normally does, just so that she can see him."

Until they didn't.

Jon was caught cheating with teacher pal Deanna Hummel, setting in motion an epic train wreck as his marriage and reality show simultaneously unraveled.

Free from the grating banshee that is Kate, Jon proceeded to get with Hailey Glassman ... and Kate Major, and Stephanie Santoro. Often at the same time.

He befriended Michael Lohan, hosted pool parties in Vegas, tried to start his own clothing line and earned a place in the upper echelon of global douchebags.

When his wild partying and nightly interviews on The Insider caused TLC to cut him out and rename their show Kate Plus 8, he proceeded to pull the plug on the show, citing child exploitation. They countersued for breach of contract.
