Gary Coleman Dies At 42

According to sources Gary Coleman died on Friday, just a few days after suffering an intracranial hemorrhage. He was 42 years old.

Gary Coleman was the child star of the television sitcom Different Strokes and played a few other roles in the Hollywood Industry. He died shortly after the life support he was on was terminated. His family and friends were with him. Shortly after his fall in his Utah home he fell unconscious and was taken to the hospital and placed on life support on Thursday.

Gary was born on February 8th 1968 and ten years later was starring on a television show. He made the phrase What you talking bout willis popular. And made his mark on other different projects he was with. He had financial and health problems throughout his adult life but his short stature met with a big heart and a big smile. He also played a show called the Kid With The Broken halo in the 80’s. This was not very long after Different Strokes was taken off of the air.

He filed for bankruptcy in 1999, years after he was able to sue his parents and others for using his childhood trust fund for their own purposes. Many people remember Gary Coleman as Arnold and sometimes people would accidentally call him that. In the television series he would get his cheeks pinched most of the episodes somewhere before the episode ended. He was very cute to them, and of course it was in the script.

The family is asking for privacy at this time. If you have comments about Gary or what you thought about him on television or in his later years we would love to hear from you. You can post your comments here or on our male celebrities forum on the web site.
