The Battleship movie is set to be released in May 2012. It is being released by Universal Pictures. It is starring Taylor Kitsch. It is an action and adventure movie. The director of this movie is hoping that it goes over well in theaters and box offices. This movie is based on the board game by Hasbro and the movie should be awesome with the special effects and technology placed in movies now.

It begins with a naval strike and adventure across the seas, in the skies and over land. This is our planet under siege and the planets fights for survival against a superior force.

For example the rating of the movie. The director Peter Berg feels as though this movie is going to be a big success in the theaters. Battleship has been around for quite some time and the concept of someone putting it into a movie on the big screen has imagination and special talent.
