Reel Review: The Robin Hood movie was released May 14th 2010. It was released by Universal Pictures. The director is hoping that it is going to do well in theaters. It is starring Russell Crowe and an all star cast. It is an action, adventure movie

What’s Inside: This movie is about the legendary figure known by many people and generations as Robin Hood, whose mythology grew to helping those in need by robbing from the rich to give to the poor. Known also as an expert archer, he used his bow and arrows as his only defense. Robin travels to Nottingham a town of corruption and oppressed people. People who are being crippled by extreme taxation. This is the only reason he did the things that he did. He puts together somewhat of a gang and became known as Robin Hood to the people. To some he was good, although to others he wasn’t good at all.

Wrapping It Up: With their country all but destroyed from so many years of war he brings back some of the encouragement that the people had lost. From this Robin Hood the movie brings action and adventure to the big screen.
