Sports Illustrated model Jessica White was out celebrating her breakup with Sean Penn. That can be very exciting stuff, for sure, but she got a little carried away.
White was arrested over the weekend for assault.
“Jessica was out with a bunch of friends celebrating her new single status,” her lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, who (in)famously represented Jon Gosselin last year, said. “She just ended her relationship with Sean Penn and was celebrating.”
Is Jessica White as dangerous as she is gorgeous?
According to reports, White allegedly hit a woman repeatedly in the face and pulled her hair before getting arrested outside New York City’s Avenue Lounge.
She was held in police custody for over 12 hours.
Heller says there “were at least five witnesses that will be able to corroborate her (White’s) story and confirm that her conduct was not criminal in nature."
Adding that White is not "the type of woman who gets into cat fights,” Heller said that “Stories concerning celebrities frequently get blown up and I am confident that the air will be released a blown up story that has obviously been over inflated."
Maybe so. The Charlie Sheen story, though? That thing's still inflating!
