We've already seen Heidi Montag in Playboy. Recently, in fact.

Then again, that was pre-eyebrow lift, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, lips and chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and thighs, and buttock augmentation.

Therefore, it'll be like an entirely different girl posing next time!

While the '09 Heidi Montag nude Playboy pictorial left no doubt that she'd undergone outrageous plastic surgery beforehand, the 2010 should outdo that.

Tenfold.

Now that she's undergone 10 plastic surgery procedures in just one day, she's planning to show off almost all of her new self in the men's magazine again soon.

According to insiders, the reality star has been offered $500,000 to debut her brand-new DD boobs in a photo shoot. Nobody but Spencer Pratt is excited.

"Heidi's especially happy about her breast implants," a friend explains, adding that the reality star "could use the money." Album sales not panning out, eh?

Moreover, "she's finally ready to pose topless," unlike last year's quasi-revealing spread, and on that subject "she is already negotiating with the magazine."

Levi Johnston: Not a Deadbeat Dad, Just a Deadbeat

Levi Johnston is firing back at Bristol Palin - crib notes not required!

In response to Bristol's demand for $1,750 a month in child support, Levi says in legal papers that his income is "erratic." In other words, dude has no real job.

Bristol Palin claims that Levi raked in more than $105,000 in 2009. His attorney, Rex Butler says that prior to '09, Levi never made more than $10,000 a year.

Which doesn't say how much he made in '09, of course. Details ...

In legal documents filed this week, Johnston agrees to pay 20 percent of his adjusted 2009 income - how much he made is still unclear - to Bristol for Tripp.

Levi Johnston also says that in 2010, his only contractual guarantee for income so far is $25,000 plus "some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot."

As such, he can't pay $1,750 a month. Deadbeat. Not a deadbeat dad, mind you. That implies you're holding back money. Guy is simply a broke deadbeat.

His explanation: "As a 19-year-old with good hopeful [sic] for an entertainment career the chance of increased income is as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry: not particularly good."

What about that Desperate Housewives gig, dog? Don't sell yourself short. Also, isn't there more dirt on Sarah Palin? There are interviews waiting to be had.

Kara DioGuardi in Maxim: Hot or Not?

There's little question that Kara DioGuardi is annoying on American Idol.

She comes across as cocky and condescending, taking extreme offense any time Simon makes a dig in her direction and somehow managing to be neither reassuring to the contestants nor especially criticial. She doesn't even have a Randy Jackson, dawg-like catchphrase.

But there is one debate regarding this singer/songwriter: Is she attractive?

We wondered about this issue when DioGuardi strutted her stuff in a bikini on last May's Idol finale. We're now forced to ponder the question again because Kara is featured on Maxim.com:

During an interview with the men's magazine, DioGuardi touches on her fellow judges. A few excerpts:

On missing Paula Abdul: During the auditions, I missed her. She was so nurturing, and I try to have some of that in my critiques. I wouldn't say I have the maternal instinct that she had, though. I'm a little bit more New York, a little more hard-edge.

On Simon leaving the show: All I can say is the guy can do things not many folks can get away with, and people like when someone is true to himself.

On the addition of Ellen DeGeneres: I was like, "Rock on!" Are you kidding? The thing with Ellen I don't think everybody understands is that she's a huge music lover. That's what you need to be on Idol.

DioGuardi stood up for Ellen yesterday, following the latter's first night as a judge. But we still come back to the pertinent topic at hand.

Report: Evander Holyfield Beats Wife For Not "Putting God First"

Sometimes, Christianity is subject to interpretation. Some believe the death penalty is immoral, for example; others feel it is the only just solution at times.

Beating your wife because she isn't "putting God first," however? It's hard to see a way in which Christ would justify that one. Sorry, Evander Holyfield.

The former world heavyweight champ always made it clear he had no plans to retire from fighting - we just didn't know he was referring to the bedroom!

His current and third wife, Candi Holyfield, called the police after the couple got into a fight at their home last week. It all started because it was cold.

No, seriously. She claims the heat was off in their Georgia mansion and as she took their kids to the bathroom in the night, she complained to Evander.

“He told me I was only thinking about myself, and the children’s hearts beat faster,” she wrote in a court declaration seeking a restraining order against him.

The "deeply religious" boxer accused her of being disrespectful to God when pulled the covers over her head, and said she needed to “start putting God first.”

Maybe so, but come on, dude. You can afford to set the heat at 68.

Holyfield refused to let up, asking his wife if she'd been tithing. He asked for check stubs of her payments to their church and after she refused ... look out.

Candi alleges Holyfield hit her in the face on the back of the head twice and on her back. She claims Holyfield hurt her before in the presence of their kids.

Understandably, now Candi wants out.

“She is fed-up with his womanizing and money troubles," says a source. "She is working as a nurse and is now in the process of finding a new place to live."

The boxer, who was once married to Paulette Brown and then Dr. Janice Itson, claims he’s not earning as much as he once did. Eleven kids will do that.

Three wives, 11 kids, multiple violent episodes. Talk about putting God first! Evander has not spoken with cops. He and Candi are due in court Feb. 18.

The Bachelor's Vienna Girardi has become public enemy #1 for tabloids and fellow aspiring Mrs. Jake Pavelkas alike. Is she leading a secret double life?

That's the allegation made by the new issue of Us Weekly, which claims Vienna had a secret celebrity fling, danced for tips and betrayed a best friend.

Actually, that's pretty ho-hum compared to past accusations made against her, namely Vienna Girardi cheating on her Marine ex and stole his money.

Despite the smear campaign and Jake Pavelka meeting her weird family, the Floridian somehow made his final three heading into the season finale.

Will she receive the final rose?!

The haters are lining up to take shots at Vienna Girardi.

To be fair, the celebrity news magazine also revealed some scandalous gossip about the other girl Bachelor spoilers suggest is in the final two with Vienna.

According to her ex-husband's mistress (now fiancee), Tenley Molzahn is a prude, manipulative b!tch who withheld sex and didn't let him see his family.

Looks like a fight to the finish on The Bachelor this season!

Kardashians Prep for Fashion Week, Sample Breast Milk

With New York Fashion Week kicking off today, Kim Kardashian is about to make news for something other than her boyfriend winning the Super Bowl and her ex-boyfriend plowing her on video.

Indeed, the Kardashians will actually play a key role in the global event, as Kim struts down the runway tonight; and then hosts an entire show by herself on Tuesday, when her and her sisters' Bebe-sponsored clothing line is featured.

Is Kim nervous leading up to this debut?

"I don't really get too stressed under pressure, so I think this whole fashion stuff, being behind the scenes and being a part of it, really works for me," she told E! News. "Khloé gets really stressed and frazzled... Kourtney is always really calm and almost like too nonchalant."

As for working with her siblings on something other than contrived magazine covers and reality show scripts?

"It's kind of a dream for me to be able to design with my sisters," Kim said. "We each had such a significant role in designing [the line]... It came out like exactly the way we envisioned it!"

In bodily fluid news, meanwhile, Khloe, has something to share with you about Kourtney.

The youngest Kardashian sister felt the need to Tweet the following this morning:

Alexander McQueen: Dead of Apparent Suicide

Alexander McQueen, an internationally known and respected fashion designer, was found dead today in his London home.

Sources are reporting that McQueen committed suicide, as the UK media organization Sky News says he hanged himself in his apartment. No official cause of death has been released, however.

The 40-year-old British designer was often responsible for outfits worn by such stars as Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Prince Charles.

Said rep from McQueen's office in a statement:

"At this stage it is inappropriate to comment on this tragic news beyond saying that we are devastated and are sharing a sense of shock and grief with [McQueen's] family."

A new line from the artist, McQ, was set to be debut this afternoon at New York Fashion Week. He was also scheduled to premiere his new collection at Paris Fashion Week on March 9.

Our thoughts go out to McQueen's friends, family and loved ones.

Earlier today, Khloe Kardashian Tweeted that sister Kourtney had sampled her own breast milk. Khloe's response to this nugget of information?

If Khloe thinks that's oversharing, you'd think she'd refer to the thought of a solo sex tape as WTMFI (think about it).

Instead, she thinks of it as a great idea. On this Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she and a friend are discussing a gift for husband Lamar Odom when Khloe comes up with an idea:

“A little solo sex tape," she says, only to clarify for those that don't follow: "Like masturbation."

Hmmm... where would Khloe possibly get the idea that a sex tape would pay off for a random, talentless celebrity? Where, indeed?

it takes an awful lot to make Taylor Lautner's 18th birthday the second biggest Twilight news of the day, but...

Wife of Dennis Hopper May Want Him Dead

Women. You can't live with 'em ... if you're Dennis Hopper.

The 73-year-old has filed legal papers in his bitter divorce, and his doctor claims the less he has to do with his estranged wife, Victoria, the longer he'll live.

The actor's lawyer, Joe Mannis, says while his client battles advanced prostate cancer, Victoria has "repeatedly subjected him to severe emotional distress."

He's not kidding, either According to Dr. David Agus' declaration, "The presence of his estranged wife is hampering Mr. Hopper's present cancer care..."

"It is my belief and my recommendation that the less Mr. Hopper has to do with his estranged wife, the more likely he is to have his life extended."

This marriage may be in worse shape than Tiger and Elin Woods'.

Dennis is asking the judge for an order keeping Victoria 15 yards away from him and barring her from his residence. Probably not the worst idea.

Dennis filed for divorce against Victoria last month. She claims in response that Dennis' adult children are pulling his strings and want to cut her out of his will.

In their declarations, Dennis and his doctor say he is of sound mind to make his own decisions. If they divorce, she loses a 25 percent cut of Dennis' estate.

Hopper says that Victoria's mother "...told me in November 2009 that I should leave the bulk of my property to [Victoria] as I was going to die soon."

"I found this statement distressing, inappropriate, bizarre, and disturbing."

Dennis also says Victoria and her mom grilled him late one night in December about how much money and property Victoria would get when he died.

As for Victoria's claims that Dennis smoked medical marijuana in front of their young girl, he says he has never smoked anything in front of the child.

Dennis says Victoria's demand that he not smoke within six hours of seeing their daughter is "an absurd request." He says he would agreed to one hour.

Dennis is asking for daily visitation rights to 6-year-old Galen.

Wild woman Lady Gaga has reportedly been dating a guy named Matthew Williams, according to reports. It's the first we've heard of it, but he's a lucky fella if so!

After all, dating a hermaphrodite must be intense! Just kidding.

Rumors began swirling about the pair as Gaga was seen recently in LA with Matthew Williams and a baby believed to be his son. He's not the pop star's, of course.

"Matthew and Gaga have been dating for months," an insider says. "They were together on and off for a year, but mixing work and love just became too difficult."

After some time apart, they've rekindled the flame, though.

Matthew Williams' girlfriend is an odd one.

Matthew, nicknamed "Dada" by the singer, then dated and had a child with another girl, and Lady Gaga began dating that random entrepreneur named Speedy.

Their feelings for each other never went away, though.

"They spend all their time together, and travel everywhere, so it was bound to happen. Speedy dumped her. Matthew left his girlfriend for Gaga," the insider says.

Now they look - and travel together - like a family!

"Dada" Williams is one of the chief collaborators in the Haus of Gaga, the style team in charge of designing outrageous Lady Gaga fashion like you see above.

Bill Clinton Hospitalized, Undergoes Heart Surgery

Former President Bill Clinton, who has a history of heart problems, was taken to a hospital today and underwent heart surgery there, according to reports.

After he had chest pains, doctors inserted two stents into his native coronary. One bypass graft from Clinton's operation five years ago became obstructed.

Clinton is expected to recover and "continue to focus on the work of his foundation and Haiti’s relief and recovery efforts,” his office said in a statement.

As United Nations special envoy to Haiti, Clinton has been concentrating in recent weeks on disaster relief there after an earthquake took 200,000 lives.

The 63-year-old returned a few days ago from his second trip there since the quake. He and George W. Bush have joined forces in fund raising efforts.

Former President Clinton underwent more heart surgery today.

Clinton had quadruple coronary artery bypass surgery in 2004 and later developed rare complications affecting his lungs that required another operation.

The ex-Commander in Chief was taken today to the Columbia campus of New York Presbyterian Hospital, the same facility he was treated in back then.

Clinton’s health has been a concern ever since the 2004 heart operation. By his own account, the Democratic politician had never been entirely the same.

“It changed me,” he told The New York Times last year. “On normal days ever since I had that heart surgery, I’m a lot more laid back. But if I’m really tired, it’s more difficult for me than when I was back in politics before the heart problem."

"I have no explanation. I’m just observing it. It’s neither an excuse for any mistake I made or anything else. It’s something I’ve noticed. My life has changed.”

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton learned of her husband’s condition after concluding a meeting with President Barack Obama in the Oval Office.
