The Eagle of The Ninth Movie

This is a movie that is going to be released in February 2011. It is being released by Focus Features. The rating is not shown. It is an adventure movie. The Eagle of The Ninth movie is starring Channing Tatum and other cast members.

It is based as a Roman adventure by using the novel with the same name. Twenty years after the disappearance of the entire ninth Legion in the Scotland mountains. A young centurion Marcus Aquila played by Channing awwives from Rome determined and convinced that he will solve the mystery at hand and restore his father’s reputation. His father being the commander of the Ninth, and a good man. There is only on traveler with him and that is his companion slave Esca.

They set out together and across the Hadrian’s Wall into highlands uncharted of Caledonia. Here they must confront and deal with savage tribes. Marcus must make peace with his own father’s memory, and do the virtually impossible task of taking back what rightfully belongs to his people. The lost Legions emblem, the Eagle of the Ninth.

This will be a movie that has you in suspense wondering what is going to happen next. The type of movie that is similar to those of the barbarian days and the days of Roman exile.
