It’s about time that the bells of a reconciliation ring. And so far they keep ringing loud because it looks like the bad rift between Angelina Jolie and her father Jon Voight is finally over after many years. The happy father and daughter have been seen together in many places including Venice. And Jon seems to be having a grand old time with the Jolie-Pitt clan. In Venice, Jon even joined the entire family for a trip down Venice canals. Very different than the last few years when Angelina didn’t even acknowledge him or listen to his please to reconcile. We’re not sure what set off the reconciliation mode, but we’re certainly glad they did.
A representative for Jon has said of his travels with the family, “He wanted to spend the day with all of them,” says the rep. “It was wonderful. He’s crazy about his grandkids. He thinks each and every one is very special.”
Let’s hope they continue like this.
