Brittany Murphy’s Will Ditches Husband Simon Monjack

The official conclusion is now that Brittany Murphy’s estate left everything to her mother and completely excluded her husband Simon Monjack. According to reports, Brittany wrote the will back in 2007, before she had married Simon and the will was stored in her manager’s safe.

Simon tells us he wasn’t surprised at this finding and in fact, he says he encouraged Brittany to add a line to the will that stated “I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will,” he said. Yeah, but we don’t know what to believe when it comes to you Simon. You’ve created lots of doubts in our heads with your mysterious actions.

And of all those rumors that plagued the couple, Simon says, “Our marriage was dogged by these ridiculous rumors. Brittany’s life was dogged by ridiculous rumors, and the truth always wins out. I hope people have the sense to really understand that everything was beautiful and wonderful in our relationship and so pure.”
