Oh, come on Beyonce. Again! First, her design company , the House of Deron, got sued for some crazy legal allegations and now she’s being sued again for her underwear line.
Triumph, an underwear manufacturer is suing Sony Music and Beyonce claiming that she wore an unauthorized copy of a design by a Bulgarian designer named Iskren Lozanov in her “Video Phone” music video. Sharp as nails Sony Music attorneys argued that the design in question was inspired by Picasso and it was original and blah, blah, blah. But too bad for Sony and Beyonce because the judge clearly saw this was a copy and ruled against them. Sony says it will appeal, but the fact is that the underwear designs don’t just look “similar”, they look copied!
